Bad service unfortunately, even when you order by phone they dont start preparing the order until you come to the branch. Even when you do pay for the order they don’t serve the food for people ordering first, but you have to keep asking and tell them to do so…

Food is good but dine in is verry long time to wait specialy for the bucket broasted...i waited for almost an hour..not good need to improve

A close alternative to the famous Albaik. The chicken tasted really good. But the garlic sauce is average.. and small size! You will definitely need to buy extra. They dont deliver. You have to go pick it up yourself.

Dinein for Dinner good taste with resonable price, Hamour fish tastes good. No plc for kids to play like other Maza having them.

Good in Quality but less in quantity as compare to Al Baik and others.

Very Tasty fried chicken, reasonable prices UPDATE 31/3/2022 Many orders followed Food still excellent But the staff are very very RUDE and unprofessional, they talk to customers in offensive manner, and no regulation between take out and dine in orders , they could dely your order up to 40 minutes and deliver orders after you for any unacceptable excuse Staff are very rude and no manager to talk to, every counter worker tells you I am manager and insults you more !!! This bad experience repeated over many times.

Good fast food. The best meal is Broast chicken. Some of the sandwiches are not good they should try to cook it well. Especially the shrimp sandwich it’s not that good. The prices are moderately okay. I like it.
