Tasty sandwiches but the service is slow

Good place tasty food

This Kudu is way more fancy than I thought, the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable even the food tasted different than I tried it on another Kudus (In a better way of course).

One of the best place to chill around !

Tables and seats all over are full of old food and sticky. The treatment is not good. Staff needs training

This Kudu outlet located on Dahran road near othaim mall-AlAhsa, is beautiful and spacious. The ambience is superb when you visit here after sunset. The staff are professional and food is good maintaining the Kudu standard. Kudu meals and laffino's are my favorite. All in all, a 5 star rating for this outlet.

one of the crews has to be trained on customer service, he calls customer to collect order at the counter not by the name or Sir or friend but using a very bad word.

Takes time to prepare the order and a few customers always wait in front of you.

Lazy staff or work load = no customer care, delayed orders. Normally 2 staff work at a time what I've experienced in most of the time but here 6-8 staff (only 1/2 were working, rest were doing gir gir gir only). Please consider customer's time.
