We love staying at the Intercontinental Al Ahsa! It’s our home away from home - a great refuge when we want to get out of the hustle of Riyadh. The spa facilities and gym are my favorite part of this hotel. Complimentary with your stay is access to their well-equipped gym and spa wet areas with a steam room, sauna, two hot tubs, and a large indoor pool. This time around, we got a room with access to the Club lounge. We had an incredible breakfast, compliments of our club lounge access. Alvin was our server and he is amazing! He was so accommodating with our breakfast requests. Alvin was so sweet with my child too. He was a delight and a real highlight of our trip! Intercontinental Al Ahsa is the only place you should be staying in Hofuf. It’s my favorite hotel with lovely staff.

Excellent service and espcially the new Restaurant Falvor that was launched in the same day the we arrived. Special appreciation to all the front desk staff Mr. Absulaiziz and, Yousif and Ahlam and Ali for their front desk experience and for Mr. Abdulaiziz from Resturant Manager and Mr Waseem was very helpfull. Housekeeping was excellense and the Club Launge staff Attitude by Mr. Tarabudin . The Spa was outstanding with great services for my family. Overall an exceptional experience!

Very pleasant stay here for two nights. Drove here from Qatar to spend the weekend , mainly because we wanted to travel somewhere convenient with three young children- its less than 90 minutes from the border. When we arrived we were impressed with the standard of the hotel, it looked like a palace, very grand. Our rooms were modern, clean and very spacious and food was fantastic. They catered for the food allergies within our group with ease. The location of the hotel was very convenient for visiting the local attractions, and could easily have spent more than the weekend here exploring the magnificent oasis. The standout feature of the hotel is, though the staff. Incredible customer services. We have stayed at 5 star hotels in Qatar, and across the world with kids and the staff here are 100% amongst the best. Very attentive, very thoughtful. Thank you not just to Chef Sara and Ressel but everybody we have met.

Went for a buffet dinner and It seems that their buffet hall is severely understaffed. There were just two service staff manning the restaurant and no one was at the reception to accommodate the incoming diners. It took a while to have us seated. Staff did well, in spite of their multiple tasks to fill while the dining area is at high volume of diners, making sure that we have what we need. Kudos to them. I find their food warmers were very annoying because I have to hold the lid while taking food and it makes it more challenging since a cloth cover is placed on the knob. The possibility of slipping and falling on the counter or worse on the floor will be very embarrassing. 😅

Rosel was amazing, she has done facial and a wonderful hed massage and nail manicure for me, she is an expert, So polite and professional. I like the service so much, I will do it again. I recommend you to try too.

I was disappointed with the receptionist's behavior toward myself and my colleagues when we first arrived. I inquired politely if she could do her best to accommodate an early check-in at 12 o'clock and was astonished by her response: "Do you want me to phone the residents and request them to leave so you can check in early." This is poor customer service from a hotel with five star ratings. I'm in Al Hsa for the first time for a conference, and I don't think I'll ever stay here again👎

I recently visited the spa , for the first time .From the moment I walked through the door . I was greeted politely. The atmosphere was peaceful , relaxing , quiet. The oder was pleasant calming aroma. the pictures on the wall are absolutely stunning. The choice of colors ,subjects and clearity is remarkable. It's a visual treat as they bring a touch of the outdoor into the space and create a calming atmosphere. I enjoyed the Moroccan bath which was provided by ( sukinah ). She is quiet ,smily and professional . Also I enjoyed the massage and facial which was provided by( sangeeta) the indian lady she is quiet , smily , professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for this incredible experience. I truly enjoyed every moment and felt completely rejuvenated. I appreciate the attention to detail and the serene atmosphere you've created. I will definitely be coming back again.

When you book a 5 stars hotel, you ultimately expect a 5 stars experience... + The lobby, restaurants and wellness spa areas are very enjoyable, nice and well maintained. - Diner / breakfast open buffets were very basics. - No small towels in the room and only one set of bathrobe/slipper available. - The room service experience was really bad, called 3x times for a small towel which never came. - Matress is very old, so old they put a sort of comforter on top of it. - A/C is really really noisy. --- First time in my life that I have a sleepless night in a hotel room, and I have not only been in 5*. "The WHO guidelines for community noise recommend less than 30 A-weighted decibels (dB(A)) in bedrooms during the night for a sleep of good quality." Average of room 513 is 46dB with peak at 52.

I regularly stay in the hotle due to my husband’s work. First of all, the update is very amazing I really like the new style. We throughly enjoy our stay, amazing front desk team, we always get the best service. Clean rooms, every thing you might need is available. There’s a Nesprosso machine and variety of tea. The breakfast menu has hude options with fresh omelette, coffe, tea. I really enjoyed my time and I always look forward to my next stay.

The club floor renovated rooms are a real improvement; spacious, nice design with a great rain shower bath room. The gym is equipped superbly. Buffet is up to standard. Service is great, team was able to really help us with some specific requests for my family. Great place!

I really enjoyed here with my family the view and environment was really impressive. especially the food have very delicious taste which is unforgettable. At the reception Houra was very nice and accommodating, at the restaurant Chef Sara prepared amazing dishes for us. I will come again with my family and friends...

Travelled with my family over the weekend. we loved our stay. It was so comfortable and the best service in The Flavours. Chef Amir was super accommodating and nice. Good hotel with very nice service. Classic Rooms are a bit too old,but renovations are going on. Reception is very nice and quick. Lounge service (Thank you Muuna) is perfect. The only thing to add in lounge menu is soup.

We’ve a great wonderful dinner with great guy, Chef Raj who has given us excellent service. He made a great Pepperoni pizza and spicy chicken curry 10/10. I sincerely advise going to the meal with Chef Raj. The rest of the staff, especially Subin, was really kind, respectful, and helpful with smile

Amazing design, i love the place. The buffet is very rich. Some floors are renovated with high tech and unique design while the rest are still under renovation. I will definitely come back.

This hotel will surprise you . Such a small town , but luxury and antique Hotel. Definitely advice to get your room with breakfast because you will get happy cause how good is it. Friendly personal , and Helpful . Today I’m gonna try a spa and I have a feeling it’s amazing.

This hotel has an incredible feeling of home outside of your actual home. A great view of Alahsa oasis. Great services, incredible rooms, and most of all delicious food.

Rooms were very dated and felt dingy. Room service was very sporadic, sometimes as late as 9pm. There are updated rooms on some floors, when I asked about moving to one of those floors, I was told they would check woth the sales team and get back to me, which never happened. The lobby is updated and very nice. The gym is also updated and has some very nice equipment.

The first stay was amazing, we got a very modern room, the staff are very friendly and the hotel ambience is amazing. The second stay we got an old room ( it seems it hasn’t been renovated) the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t like the first room we had and the room decoration and furniture seemed old

Villa is very spacious, well furnished, one master bed and 2 bedroom with attached bath. Also a maid room and driver's room. Breakfast was superb, local dates, Pakistani sweets,etc etc. Staff very courteous and ready to serve. Mr Ilyas and Mr Muhammad went out of the way to serve us. Mr Ibrahim very active and quick to bring hot tea etc. Overall very enjoyable and satisfying experience. Thank you Al Ahsa Intercontinental Hotel.

Hotel staff is great, especially Alvin and the breakfast team in the lounge. New updated rooms are amazing! Once the renovation is complete the entire hotel will be of the highest standard.

If you want to have a good ambiance while having a dinner, well Al Bustan Restaurant is great place to be, with good food, great service crew and a great restaurant manager. I highly recommended it for fine dining. For sure you’ll gonna love. 😊

My experience at this place was definitely a shock considering the places I've been too it was exquisite and elegant you will never be able to replicate your experience at anywhere else aside from here it is definitely worth coming upon this place and having fun furthermore the waiters were very nice and respectful especially segar

It was a good experience because of two staff members, which are Waseem and Saheen. The reception staff is unfortunately poor and lack professionalism and they made a lot of mistakes with the bills, specifically the female receptionist that work on Wednesday in the morning, she really made our experience here a little bit sad because of the way she acted and the way she was so angry when we told her to check the bills again, we had to leave the hotel because of her.

I stayed 3 nights .. very old room furniture, noisy ac, no exhaust fan in toilet, slippery bathtub, no value of money. They are only lucky not many hotels in Ahas. I don’t recommend it to anyone at this status. If you want to visit rooms of 80s, come to InterCont Ahsa.

My second stay here, this is by far much better, services were very good, staff very helpful, amenities sufficient, people at respetion were helpful and friendly especially Ahlam. Room service and housekeeping are so polite and prompt. But ABOVE AND BEYOND IS MR MOHAMMED AL MALKI THE RECEPTION MANAGER. HE DID HIS BEST TO PROVIDE US WITH A CAR AND DRIVE US TO OUR DESTINATION. THANKS MR MUHAMMAD.

I really liked the meat prepared over low heat, a very rich taste and very soft I thank chef Aarmir for such a good preparation, the food is completely recommended.

Went to the gym with a private trainer ( Coach Faten ) So far i love the classes and i like how clean and how calm the gym is. Coach faten is the best:)!

The hotel has the usual intercontinental Vibe and the comforts. The rooms were modern and extremely clean. We had a lovely breakfast with excellent service by Alvin our waiter Please note. There is some construction going on as of today oct 7/8 2022 so during the day you will hear the sounds of construction, which can be quite loud in certain parts of the hotel.

You may need to hire an actual massage therapist, and make sure the towels are clean and the place smells nice

The restaurant was amazing, the stuff are helpful and caring, my daughter asked for an order that is in the buffet, and they made it especially for her, thank you (Alvin), and the manager (Abdulaziz)

Visited the place lately I loved the live music despite the fact it is all Arabic while my music is more blues and jazz however the singer was hero with elegant style and good performance. We met the singer after he finished the show his name Mohsen Al Ali great person to share discussion and chitchat. We ordered house burger it was kinda small not really a problem for me, considered a quick bite burger over two or three times as well we choose Mojito it was ok to acceptable despite the fact I expected the Mojito is fine because when tried in Manila it was way better n more tasty. I'll come back soon to watch Mohsen Al Ali show such a great man with nice voice 💕. Thx a lot keep up the good work. Workers were Great btw despite the fact plz increase the waiters count

We booked the room for 3 persons today and after settle the registration and confirming the room, we were shock when entering the room because they simply provided us 2 single bed with 1 additional extra bed in totally very very bad condition. Mattress, blanket and pillow no quality at all. We arise the issue to the concierge but it never settle. Receptionist was really not helpful at all, unable to settle the issued, just informed that's the only solution they can do was refund the money. For us its not about the money but their service and how they treated us badly. Several time we made a complaint an finally they came and change the extra bed with half good quality. We choose this hotel due to 4 star reviewed but they gave us totally bad experience. They have to improve to provide the services. They don't deserve star at all for the room.

The (new modern) rooms are super clean and beautiful. Mariam at the reception was very nice and accommodating, at restaurant Chef Sara prepared amazing dishes for us, and the Hostest Hoor was lovely and took care of us! Over all i would come here again and again.
