No customer support ....I bought a trademill & need to replace a burner motor gave them all details of machine............The counter sales told me to bring complete machine & they will replace by sending it to RIYADH...All I need is a damn drive motor .... They don't know how to do business..... Rather I will import the parts from the manufacturer by myself.....
