We have a really lovely experience at Malabar showroom at burdubai 2. Especially with Tharick, he was such a pleasure to deal with, he was so patient and accommodating, we felt like we knew him from a long time. Overall we had a very good experience. Would really recommend visiting them if you are planning to buy any jewellery.

They have wide range of collection compared with the others competitor shops located nearby but we feel the making charges here is quiet high when compared. Mr. Safuvan helped us to pick the best one and give us the best possible price. I have already visited the Malabar gold branch 1 which located very near to this location but we haven’t satisfied with their service,However in this location even after huge crowd they managed to organize and assign a executive for every customer Kudus to the team ❤️

One of the worst staff they have in their store. I am purchasing gold from last 12 years but today I got their worst customer service. They are claiming lifetime free service. First time, I gave them earing for repair, when I give their staff said it take 15 working days and its free. They called and said your earing is ready you can come and collect. Once went there, they ask for amount to pay because they add gold. They never said anything about of payment when they collect for repair and also when called not say a single thing of payment. The staff their named Mr. Umar and Mr. Dhileep accept their mistake that they have to called me and informed me about payment but they still want me to pay after accepting his mistake and the Mr. Manager of the branch dont have guts to come and speak, only ordering his staff. Which type of policies malabar is following. I will never ever buy anything from malabar again and told my friends and colleagues never buy anything from them. They are liar and specially manager of the branch is worst manager I ever saw in UAE stores.

The store was excellent and they have wide range of collections. Especially one of their staff Ms. Shwetha was was excellent. I observed that She have lot of patience in showing the items without getting irritated. She understands the customer requirements and gives her best.
