Today I had a very poor experience at their meena bazar branch....just because I liked an item but they didn't reduce the making charges...I went out to check other shops nearby....but I came back as I didn't find s similar item.....when I told them that other shops are charging lower making charges for similar items....the salesman rudely told me to go and buy from other shop....never felt such humiliated as a customer......request the management to train the salesman customer relationship and behaviour .....they don't know how to politely treat customers though negotiations can always happen as customers have right to bargain........ ultimately I bought the product but thought to share my bad experience

This branch in meena bazaar has most disrespectful sales staff. At the entrance we get a good warm welcome but the sales staff they don't bother to approach us even if we are waiting at the selected right ornamental block. If they don't respect their employee and job, know that they don't respect customer as well. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Now making charges are 20-25% for am ordinary ornaments only.

Your team refused to give me the tag which was attached to my diamond nose pin. The guy who did the billing took that tag and kept it with him, when I told him to give it to me, he told me he cannot, I can check the details on the bill. If I paid for the product why I cannot have the tag of my product. How can I reconfirm that the product I received was a genuine product, I don't have bar code to verify it.

Least customer focussed staff. I went to the store with my mom for gold earrings, and after showing us two trays of gold earings their salesperson said "can you hurry up and select something we have more customers to attend besides you". We all know buying a gold item is not a window shopping thing, a customer takes his or her time to buy something valuable like this, and hearing this kind of stuff from a salesperson can trigger anyone. Later on when i spoke to manager about their staff behavior he was least interested to solve the problem. Overall I would not recommend anyone to visit this store, because they do not value their customers.

My personal experience is great. I 1st went to this shop in 2018. From then till now I have the only the best to share. Staffs are very pleasant and ready to help. I cannot point just one but all are very helpful. I have been there when very busy too, but even at that time they were at their best. So I can suggest to anyone blindly to visit and purchase from this Shop. All the best to all the staffs there.

I bought 2 gold bangles from there on Dec 2017 each weight was 12 gram, one was broken with in 3 months. Quality was not good😐😐

Having lots of good collections and best customer service

Too cost I don't like ,i brought 64 grams ornament within 6 month it broken, Then I give back for service yo them they stick and return back after reach the home again it broke there is no quality in the work. Only they are speaking nice when we are buying after that nothing I will not prefer this place. Ornaments percentage also very high.

Staff needs to have training for fair customer service . Visited today and while waiting for about 25 mins we were ignored over other customers who came later as we were looking for smaller item. Teach them some pleasant customer service with a smile.

Not family friendly store. Had very bad experience and the staff was not at all customer friendly. I visited the store during the opening hours with my kids and the staff asked me to take my kids out as it's a disturbance to them coz they are doing some promotional shooting or so. Our first time visiting Joyalukkas Jewelry- Over all a disappointing based on their poor customer service. Attention to details and to customer needs completely missing- borderline rude. We waited for like 15 minutes before anyone attended to us and we even flag the salesperson down but to no avail. We gave up and went to M…b.. jewelry a totally opposite experience with great service and guess what we end up making a considerable purchase there. We would not go back to Joyalukkas location in Lulu Hypermarket in Al-Barsha as customer service means everything to us as you can find similar items else where and customer service is not a department it is an mindset! Sorry you lost us for good to your competition.

Friendly service, plenty of verity but they let children use their shop as a playground. There were 4 or 5 children running up and down , creating a lot of noise which ruins the experience.

They recently renovated the place. Looks nice. I am on of their regular customer. Usually I will be very satisfied while coming out. Yesterday I was bit upset since the sales man didn’t allow me choose what I want. We always buy as per our budget plans. Unfortunately the sales man (forgot his name) forced us to take some jewelry which is not in our budget. Even after we told him to show another one he didn’t agreed. He is hard core sales man and it would help the company and not us. They have to change the attitude of the salesman. I may write personally to the management. Additionally they have wallet parking also. Waiting places available. They put more chairs for waiting after renovation.

Today we had a bad experience from joy alukas showroom-fahidi street. We visited them for buying some gold. Although there was too many customers, none of the sales persons cared to ask us what we need. We asked few of them but they never bothered to provide us any service. The feedback device was not workng. This type of customer service we never expected from joy alukas.
