We where very pleased on our stay here for 3 nights. A modern hotel. Nice design. Convenient and functional. Great breakfast if you want to pay. A small gym room and parking in the basement. Nice helpful staff. You walk to the center in 10 minutes. Café and supermarket around the corner. Alhambra is 25 minutes walk away. Silent in our room but the walls are not thick. Good beds.

We spent two nights staying in the hotel. The hotel located 7 minutes walk to the train station, it was very convenient (as we traveled by train). Across the street is the campus of the university. And it takes you 10 mins to walk to the city center. They also have private parking places if you come by car. The decent of the hotel is really nice, I really liked it. The staffs were really helpful and friendly. The room was cleans and spacious. Although all the rooms face to the hall of the hotel, there’s an extra door in the room. You can close it while sleeping, so the room we’ll be nicely isolated from the notices come from the hall and it also keep the room cool. It was a nice experience, and I’ll definitely stay here if I come to Granada again.

Very comfortable. The room design is great. Looks and feels clean. Housekeeping team is friendly. The Receptionist Olga was very helpful and friendly. Helped explain everything and gave good advice on what to see in the city.

Great stay! Everything was in very good condition and clean. We had a beautiful room with a view to a park and city landscape. Perfect soundproofing, extraordinary service. Great breakfast, definitely worth the price and much above the average. The WiFi connection was very good and we didn’t had any problem to do our work there. We visited couple hotels during our travel and this one was the best. We will definitely try to book our stay here once again in the future just to explore Granda a bit better. Perfect perfect perfect!

We loved this hotel The location The building design and cleanliness 24 hours attendants ready to service you. This was incredible The moment we arrived the valet attendant Jorge immediately unloaded our baggage and took it inside the hotel to the registering counter also took our car key and parked the car inside the parking garage we did nothing else than to register and go to our room where a few minutes later Jorge showed up with our luggage... wow great service. Any questions they where ready to help you with a smile. Where ever you needed to go they would suggest ways and options There were many coffee shops nearby and pastries, grocery shopping and downtown only a few minutes away. Safe area as well.

Good location, welcoming reception team, immaculate clean rooms and toilet, all requests fulfilled immediately. Breakfast was top class. Town centre is 14 minutes walk. Alhambra requires going in your own car or taxi. Only issue was their car park, narrow entrance, can freak one out but with care will be able not to scratch your car. There was another private car park which seemed spacious just few meters away.

This 4* hotel owns the most breathtaking suite we’ve ever been it. It includes a whirlpool, a sauna, a huge terrace with Alhambra view, a real refrigerator and many more nice touches. It is not only huge, but is also immensely intelligently designed. Best, it was around 350 EUR per night. I cannot praise this suite enough, and we were also deeply impressed by the kindness and efficiency of staff. One word of warning, though: the underground garage is not for the faint-hearted (very small tracks, requiring precise driving and preferably a small car).

The AC air in the room is set to a 24.5c. Extremely too warm. We sweat for 3 nights there. The hotel was just remodeled. Very nice indeed. But after a long day in the city a guest wants to come in and rest comfortably. We had to get up in the middle of the night due to the warm room. The management blames the government electrical policy. Not sure how a new remodeled hotel with high cost rooms can afford to lose customers like this. Well, nice or not, we will never ever return to stay here. Not worth the money you pay for every night. We traveled all over Spain and this is the only hotel with controlled AC. For a 4-Star hotel this is unacceptable!

Very nice hotel, 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. Has on site parking although full when we were there, however there's an easy pull in in front of the hotel for unloading and a good underground car park 200 metres further up road. Reception friendly and always happy to help (thanks especially to Ana and Alexander). We had two rooms on the 6th floor both with terrace, both nicely.furniahed, spacious, good bathroom with great rain shower. Breakfast buffet excellent with fresh fruit, hot food, and savouries. We ate in hotel restaurant once during our stay and food excellent. Overall a really good stay and would recommend to others and stay again.

Great hotel and really helpful staff. The place is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We had Tapas and drinks in the bar/restaurant, which was excellent and really good value. Top tip: When you order a drink, you get a free food item per drink off the Tapas Menu, but they weren't forthcoming in telling you that from the start 😄 We got taxis to a few places as it's around a half-hour walk to get anywhere significant, so bare this in mind. I'd stay here again if back in Granada though, as it was a great place! 👍🏽

We spent 3 nights here and I would recommend this place. City center is within walking distance, as is the Albacin. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was also very nice and plentiful, with lots to choose from. We didn't use the pool or other amenities.

The hotel is clean, luxury and room is big where we stayed. Liked the room and area. There is no air conditioning in the hotel during winter, we stayed during shoulder seasons where rooms get got inside but unfortunately there is no cooling. Breakfast was average. The location is good and walkable distance to Alhambra and other restaurants.

  • 4/5 Ms T. 7 months ago on Google
Despite its name, the hotel is not at a central location. The rooms were okay. There are steps leading from the street level to the hotel lobby. Not recommended for those with heavy luggage as there was no bellboy on site to help. Check in was routine. Beds were alright. I would choose another hotel nearer to the shopping area if I were to visit Granada again.

Perfect hotel. 40 min walk from the alhambra, 10 min from the centre. Restaurants and bars nearby and 10 min drive from the motorway. The staff were polite, efficient and helpful. The restaurant had good food and drink. The rooms were clean, big and comfortable. If u want parking reserve beforehand. The hotel is well worth it. 😎

The rooms are massive & super spacious. Staff is super kind & friendly. Located 10 mins from the city centre which is great. Had a meal in the hotel, which was pretty good too. Would definitely book this again

Incredibly dated rooms with lazy disinterested staff. It lacks any form of attention to detail such as complimentary water, coffee machine or an iron. We were unable to iron clothes for 3/4 days as they only had one for over 230 rooms. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Lovely team, lovely hotel. All very clean and modern, anything you need everyone is happy to help, nice breakfast with large variety of food for different nationalities. Nice little cafetería for food and drink. Balconies are huge with the rooms! The guy on the front door over the weekend was so helpful and never seemed to stop working, even when no one else was around he was running around tidying up and plumping cushions, I've never seen such a diligent worker! Also the rooms are super sound proof as long as you shut the internal door.

Our stay in Granada was made perfect by the stay at the hotel, the smile in the staff at the lobby and at the restaurant, their candid will to help, the cleanness and comfort of the rooms and accessibility of the location. Definitely a place to come back to! My only regret, lacking time to try the spa!

The parking garage is really tight and the entrance is also the exit and it's barely wide enough that small cars can maneuver without scraping side mirrors. There's another parking garage not too far to walk, but the hotel's parking garage does have elevator access straight to the room floors. With that downside addressed, everything else was great. The place is beautiful, including the rooms. And the rooms have wonderful views. The price is amazing, it was the least expensive hotel in which I stayed on my European road trip. The value for the price was far better than I could have asked. The air conditioning worked very well compared to several other hotels in which I stayed. The food from the restaurant in the hotel was very good, and room service was helpful. If I find myself in Granada again I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Breakfast is terrible! Definitely not worth the price! Cold eggs, cold tortilla (frozen).. the ventilation system located in the breakfast room just on the top of the bread toaster was terribly dirty ( dust balls hanging).. I met a very nice lady at the reception the first day, but other staff just did not listen and were even rude.. i travel weakly, I saw many good and not so good hotels. I never wrote a complaint. But this hotel is not a 4 stars hotel

Fabulous reception area, very modern with a wow factor. The bedrooms and bathroom however need some TLC very dated and tired looking. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Cafe in lobby area. Perfectly located for sightseeing. Local car park with secure overnight parking 18€ for 12 hours within a short work.

  • 4/5 Toks O (. 4 years ago on Google
Lovely room and hotel which is situated just outside the centre and as a consequence is very convenient. Only 4 stars as the gym is barely functional with the only reliable kit being the cross trainer. Hardly qualifies as a fitness room, much less a gym.

Very nice hotel. Excellent location. You can walk anywhere from here. We even walked from Alhambra through albaicin and to the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet is good as well. Rooms are super clean and beds very comfortable. Hotel has its own parking which is always a plus. Their room keys for some reason keeps getting deactivated often when you put them in the wallet and you have to go and reactivate at the reception. Reactivation is done right away as staff is super efficient and very customer service oriented. It is just that you go to seventh floor and can't get inside the room and have to come back down. It happened every day of our stay. So why five star then? Rooms are clean. Location is good. Staff amazing. If I would have stayed longer, I would have kept the room key away from my credit cards and problem would be solved. Anyhow, absolutely amazing hotel at good location and excellent service. Just book this hotel guys. You will be super happy. Thank you hotel Granada for your amazing hospitality.

Large well equipped modern hotel. Reasonably priced. Rooms have balconies. Fairly close to centre. Lovely reception area. Helpful staff, clean and comfortable.

Our safe did not have a door on it, and the hotel AC was off to the entire building, even though our room was extremely warm. We called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. Do not stay here.

Booked through Expedia as part of a half board package. Arrived just before 11pm due to a flight delay but not a problem as very welcoming receptionist called through to the kitchen to ensure it stayed open to cook our meal. Overall hotel is immaculately clean with generous, sized rooms, attentive staff and an extensive breakfast buffet. Most striking feature is the central atrium extending through all floors enclosed by all rooms arranged off triangular galleries and glazed lifts on one side.

Only stayed one night, but the beds were comfortable, shower was fine. It was just a little noisy at night, but that's to be expected in the city. Wasn't sure how to operate the thermostat. Kind of pushed buttons and then gave up. Interior is very impressive, and it's an easy walk to the city center.

Room fine. Restaurant experience not made to feel welcome if not having 3 courses in the evening. We were shown to bar stools right next to where the waiters slam dirty dishes for dishwasher loading. Ugh. Noisy. We had drinks and a snack but still spent €22. At this moment there is a private function going on in the central open area. Extremely noisy - like an echo chamber ! It is 21 40. Not great.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise after our previous “4 star experience” with another large brand in Seville. The rooms are spacious and modern with great lighting. You feel relaxed the moment you walk in. As an added bonus you receive a free drink and breakfast is included within the price of the hotel room (the breakfast buffet BTW is amazing!). The reception staff are very courteous and speak really good English. The only downside I could think of is that they don’t have ramps anywhere at the hotel entrance and you need to climb a set of stairs to get to the elevator from the check in counter - an issue if you are a traveller and are coming in with heavier suitcases. I’d highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming in to Granada - especially from North America and you’re expecting an actual 4 star hotel.

A very nice hotel with a good location. The rooms are very nice and modern. The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choice and good quality. The staff is also very accommodating and friendly. What is unfortunately very bad is the parking. I was glad to have arrived with my small car, with my big SUV I definitely would not have come down. Otherwise really recommendable.

  • 5/5 Rob N. 1 year ago on Google
Simply the best city break hotel I have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, very modern looking interior. Room was amazing with everything you could want or need Only minor issue is carpark is tight to manoeuvre around but that's more of a heads up rather than a gripe. Staff were fantastic, breakfast buffet amazing, great location with centre of Granada being a 10 to 15 minute walk Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

After the renovation the hotel is even more beautiful than before. The rooms are elegant and nicely furnished, the staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel restaurant offers a good selection of delicious dishes (in 10 days I tried about a half of them). The breakfast is superb.

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Granada. The rooms are great, good food, and most importantly, outstanding customer service. The girls from the front desk are not only very knowledgeable, but also very respectful and courteous. Very recommended place for a great stay. Thank you Hotel Granada Center.

I really enjoy my staying at the Hotel Granada Center. It’s very clean and comfortable, with artistic design and elegant decor. The breakfast buffet has a big variety and delicious. Every staff we meet is friendly. I strongly recommend this hotel.

impeccably clean. wonderful comfortable room kind helpful and very professional staff. a really good value all of these features make up for the fact that it is a 15 minute walk downtown

They do not have water. You have to pay for it. Not one complimentary water at all. I write this as I’m in the hotel room. Let’s just start with we immediately had to ask for clean sheets because of the hair in the bed. Maybe someone was in it and then they had the wrong room and moved them, and no one came to make sure it was refreshed? They brought someone in and as she was putting down the sheets I wanted to help her as I felt bad to ask for her to change them and she put down a set and a huge stain on it, so she had to get new sheets, and then again…. Dirty sheets The front desk person was probably the meanest person I’ve ever met and it made me never want to come to Granada again. The customer service is really important, especially at the front desk and when someone could literally be so rude, it ruins your day and your trip. I wish I had something good to say, but sadly I don’t. I saw many beautiful hotels and ended up eating at a different hotel and everyone was so kind. I e wanted to leave this hotel and stay somewhere else because it would probably be better. I would recommend searching for a hotel closer to the cathedral. It seems more lively than the area this hotel is in.

Good location, paid underground parking (~20€/day), got an upgrade to a suite which was amazing! The hotel itself is pretty fancy, nice glass elevators and impressive architecture! The room was huge (well yeah, it was a suite), with a big terrace and a nice view! Very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend this place!
