Photos do not match the room description. Damaged wall, tiny window, unacceptable- check out the room before you accept that the room you are staying in is acceptable - or you will pay for a dump. We checked out and were thrilled with our new location.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet is rich and good. I enjoyed the pool for refreshment. The city center is within walking distance.

Only a 2 day stay but a very enjoyable one. Hotel staff were very helpful. In-house restaurant was very reasonable and excellent standard for drinks & food. Pool was open and was clean and maintained daily.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Hotel breakfast was delicious and the hotel's restaurant and bar serves very nice tapas and cocktails. My room was very comfortable. The only negative was that the wall of the room was so thin that I could hear everything being spoken by my boss in the next room, and he could hear everything I said in mine.

Friendly, quick and easy check in. The room was lovely, good size and spotless! Breakfast was plentiful, with hot selection and a huge range of cold selection. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The only thing we would have liked was an English channel on TV, (not that you watch it all the time, but it's nice to have when you are getting ready to go out)

I give old 4 stars as this hotel was given back in the time .. it could be an amazing 4 ✨ but it is neglected (as you lk see in pictures ) , good thing is that is clean, has amazing frames and mirrors from palaces and the location is 15 mins walk to the main street for shopping and 5 more to the Alhambra and surrounding , also the breakfast is amazing 😍 salmon, all sorts of bread, eggs, mashrooms, churros ,free sugar options, natural juice etc.u ll love it even if you are not hungry .We paid not even 100 eur all inclusive. It has a pool to relax and the staff are all very helpful .

This is more like a 3.5 star Hotel. Building is nice from outside and very plain inside. Comfortable but outdated rooms. Seems a little run down but for a 50€ per night room is OK, it does have a very good restaurant and that was the highlight of the stay. Do not expect much but if the price is right stay.

Rooms were clean but dated. Most of the furniture and things like surfaces, doors, etc were worn and showed signs of wear. Wifi is available though very temperamental and slow for most of our stay. Housekeeping was fantastic though and room was very clean each of the 4 nights we stayed. The front desk was friendly and when we were running late checking out they gave us an extra hour when we asked for 30 mins. Location was great, easy walk to central Granada and we enjoyed the walks back from the Alhambra. Would not recommend walking to Alhambra as the path is pretty steep.

Wouldn't stay there again. Overpriced and dated. Gym facilities were inadequate and machines were broken. The pool was closed for the season, yet it was 32C outside Parking was charged an extra 20Eur per day This hotel is right next to an exhibition centre and is taking advantage of it. There are many better options within 5-10 mins walk

This place is for bus tours. The night we were there, at least 5 bus loads of passengers. Breakfast was a zoo; almost impossible to eat, overcrowded, noisy, with nearly everything picked over, and service staff overwhelmed. Bed was comfortable, shower was good. Room was small but manageable. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.

This Hotel was very convenient and very good... location service and Hospitality ... If your going to Granada and don't stay here, then it's a big mistake... I'm coming back next year.. thanks

Nice clean rooms, with coffee machine in room. However, queued for 25 minutes just to check in which felt really unnecessary after a long day of travelling. Not enough staff and people spending a long time chatting not seeing the long queue behind.

Hotel was in a great location breakfast was beautiful room (deluxe double) was clean an beautiful decor only downside was pool was closed this is the reason we booked this hotel it didn't indicate this when booked online or tell us in our confirmation email or we would have booked somewhere else as the weather was 35🥵 we were very disappointed

The staff at the reception was friendly. The Superior Room was good, the bed was nice. We liked the two pillows, however one was quite thick and the other quite thin. Every day, the bathroom was cleaned and we were provided with fresh towels. However, we didn’t quite get the loose tile in the bathroom. The parking was tight, but manageable. The breakfast was extensive and good. Overall, we would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, the architecture and decoration resembles that of the alhambra. The rooms were comfortable and they had everything you need. The location is great, you can easily go to the centre by foot or bus.

Clean and close to the Alhambra. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff. There was a pretty looking outdoor pool but wasn't open during our stay.

The room is white (704) and small, but with excellent views to the mountains from the 7th floor. The bed had a mirror behind and in front with Alhambra style motif. The swimming pool (July) was medium-sized but excellent. Breakfast coffee was very bad. The hotel has a street restaurant (Qubba?) with a very good menu (10-20€ per dish). I liked Nazari salad and cachopo (beef with cheese, some ham and breadcrumbs) there.

Didn’t like my experience at the hotel. The accommodations didn’t match the price of the hotel. Rooms are okay and parking spot is very tiny. We asked for a glass of water but they refered as to the mini bar at the room. I clearly won’t go back to saray. You can find better hotels for a better price.

Good looking, clean hotel. Pretty much near the city centre. They charge 20 euros a day for parking. For me this is bad service and should be included when you book a hotel and they have the availability.

The pool is one of the main reason we booked this hotel. Unfortunately the water was not clean. We decided to try the restaurant Qubba located in the Hotel building. The prices were above avarage which we expected. We ordered a Margarita for about 15 Euros, but we were quite surprised that we recieved a microwaved pizza directly from the freezer. Cleaning was good. Gym was small but Ok. Location is a 20 minute walk from popular restaurants. Bus stop is quite close.

Nice enough but the endless list about valuables and keeping your cases locked etc etc made us feel unsafe. Snacks in room are ridiculous price. Bit outdated. Very accommodating when we left early. Guy on reception friendly. Bit of a walk into town.

Everything was excellent. The room is very comfortable. The bed and sheets are amazing. Towels are so soft and the bathroom and shower are spacious. The hotel staff is very helpful and they were very invested in providing every information that I needed. The hotel is beautiful and the smell when we go in is just amazing. I loved the experience 🥰

Excellent hotel for price. Clean and central. Staff helpful. Restaurant good after a long day sightseeing Pity the pool closes so early in the season

Very nice hotel. I stayed here several times. The reception is a little slow getting you checked in, but after that, everything is great.

We got parking out front and a room with a balcony on the front, hotel was old but beautiful, we got a late deal, it all worked out perfectly for us

Quiet, large rooms, soft sheets, comfortable pillows. Very clean. Bath tub as well as a shower.

Considering the cost of the hotel, the services were not adequate. Breakfast was not good enough. The location was too far from interesting things, and the restaurant served underwhelming tapas.

Great hotel, friendly staff and delicious breakfast (12€ pp). If you are planning to park on it, keep in mind the underground garage is for experts 😂😂😂.

Nice hotel in a good location (about 5 to 7 mins walk to the centre). The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the hotel has seen much better days. It is very dated and has been 'patched up / repaired' everywhere you look (but all works have been bodged / done in a slap dash way). Because of this, the hotel feels a little depressing and dirty (even though it appeared to be 'fairly' clean). Given the recent situation all the hospitality industry has faced over the past 18 months, it can be forgiven for hotels not to be spending vast amounts of money on updating etc. However, this hotel has been slipping in to this state for a few years now. If they want to compete in this very competitive environment when the tourist industry hopefully is back in full swing next year, they had better dig deep in to some big pockets and spend spend spend

It’s a 4 star hotel. Clean and friendly with a decent pool. Worth the price and located at walking distance to the CC. ❗️ but the WiFi is catastrophic. Slow and unreliable. Only 3 devices to each room could be connected. This takes it down one ⭐️

Very nice hotel, decent location, nice pool and clean rooms. Staff were pleasant and the overall experience was good with no issues at any point. I would return again if visiting Granada.

I am struggling to say something positive about this hotel. Its old and has not been updated in decades. Service is lacking. You will find far better hotels at a cheaper price then this hotel. Sorry

Convenient location in the centre. Kind of close to wherever you want to go. The entrance and reception is very impressive, Arabic style, that makes you feel special and stylish. Clean and well maintained. One of the most remarkable things about it, in my opinion, was the quality of sleep. I don’t know if it was because I was really tired, but I rested awesomely. Spacious bathroom with all you need. Staff was nice and price was according for the service you are getting. It’s got car park as well, so if you go with car, spot on, though you’d pay a fee of about €18, but that’s OK. Summing things up, I’d recommend it and I’d go again for sure.

Nice hotel around 15 minutes walk from restaurants and bars. Underground car park entrance is adjacent and not obvious. Foyer and grounds are impressive. Room was small and only had one electrical socket. Reasonably priced for our stay.

We were very pleased with the Hotel Saray. The internet/Wi-Fi worked well. The facilities functioned well. The breakfast meal was excellent.

You can tell it was once a top hotel in the city. But I now it just feel really old. Rooms are still clean and renovated. But the hall ways are old carpet, furnitures are old. It feels sooo 1970’s

Nice hotel and near the center of the city Alhambra but the wifi internet is a bit slow and frequently disconnected.

Some basic facilities are missing that are not inappropriate for a 4 -star hotel, however the staff are friendly and helpful when I asked for. Breakfast can be improved with more varieties to attract, esp. long-stay guests whom might feel bored of the repeating menu

Big room friendly people close to all kind of services washing machines service 4 minutes walk centrum 13 minutes good food and reasonable prices nice pool and terrace highly recommend to visit they have also Taxi service through the reception desk 3 minutes keep in mind taxi is very cheap in the city 😀 to Alhambra from the hotel is €4 which is cheaper than the bus tickets for 3+ persons 😀

Great location. Rooms very clean. Surprisingly the ACs worked which is unusual for Spain in November. Cute cafe in hotel room. No coffee available in room or anywhere in the hotel until 8. Inconvenient for early risers. No iron in room. Seems like some those things should be available for a 4 star hotel.

Rooms were nice and the service was good but no-one informed us that the pool was closed after mid-september! Was a bit of a shock and very disappointing

Very impressed with the large room, comfy bed, and large bathroom. It was nice having 2 firm and 2 softer pillows on the bed. I was there just one night.
