šŸ˜  Worst place ever!!! We make an appointment just to bring in my 89 year old grandmother in and have the front desk staff, who was incredibly rude, tell us that they donā€™t actually have a doctor to see patients so they have to find someone to do a phone call visit . Also the appointment would be pushe... People often mention appointment, visit, time, virtual, medical, wait, office,

Worst place ever!!! We make an appointment just to bring in my 89 year old grandmother in and have the front desk staff, who was incredibly rude, tell us that they donā€™t actually have a doctor to see patients so they have to find someone to do a phone call visit . Also the appointment would be pushed back at least an hour because they will definitely book you an appointment but they donā€™t actually have the capability to see you !! How terrible !! Never going there again !

Worst business model ever! We did a virtual visit first, which gave an option for medical issues, chose inner ear issue, virtual visit doctor called said there is nothing they can do for that on a virtual visit ($70 for the virtual visit by the way). So they scheduled us for an in person visit for 1045am the next day, went, checked in, and they said itā€™s just a spot reserved so it will be another 45 min till initial exam, then another 1.5hrs to see the physician and $250 for the visit. Outrageous!!! Donā€™t use them, just go to Presbyterian Urgent Care.. less expensive and faster/ better service.

Very quick, didn't take very long to be seen. The check in staff were happy and kind, the nurse taking vitals was also friendly. I really liked Dr. Ryan Davis. He was cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful. He also know some good information on medications that are safe to take while breastfeeding. Very impressed!

Bad business to charge a copay even though you have no physicians available. I wasnā€™t notified it was going to be a virtual visit until I walked into the facility. I checked in and submitted my paperwork online and it took the lady 15 min to check me in. The website needs to be fixed and advise itā€™s virtual so we can make informed decisions. Or at least not charge a copayā€¦ still waiting, itā€™s been over 25 min to be seen with an appointment!

Normally I have a pretty decent experience. The staff has always been nice. I normally donā€™t write reviews, but after this experience I was so frustrated. Itā€™s a bit annoying when you fill out an account online provide all your medical information. Then I had to go into the office and provide pretty much the same medical information online, except my medical card was different. It did not update. Then I was asked to provide my medical card again because the front desk didnā€™t put in the medical card info correctly to find him in the system. By then the appointment is running a bit behind. I donā€™t know if there was just one doctor there, but I finally had to step out of the office to ask when we were up because I was going to leave. The office was not very busy. My son and I were there for over two hours just for the doctor to look at my sons foot for a few minutes and tell him that we had to go somewhere else for an x-ray. There was no x-ray tech on hand and if thatā€™s the case, maybe inform patients that if theyā€™re looking for a possible x-ray that they should go to another urgent care. So now I have to go somewhere else to go get an x-ray Even though I paid the co-pay. Very frustrating as I need to take more time off of work.

This was my first time and I was so pleased with the service. Scott was attentive and I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis. There was very little wait time! Highly recommend this clinic!

This is the 3rd time I've tried to schedule an appointment for myself or my children only to be told that there's no provider in office (only virtual visits) and what we need to be seen for needs an in person visit. What's the point of even accepting appointments? I used to like this urgent care but this last year, there never seems to be any providers in office.

The next care on golf course road is so great. I think it has a lot to do with the clinic lead (I didnā€™t get her name), but this particular location is run so well and has a great atmosphere. They move patients through quickly and were so friendly.

Jaime was the best nurse ever! I wish I could see her every time. I had a bad laceration and she stitched me up and took amazing care of me.

A scheduled appointment takes longer than a walk in. And I felt rushed during the appointment. So, if theyā€™re behind youā€™ll be rushed. And checking out you have to wait a while again to get discharge paperwork. If youā€™re sick, they wonā€™t do anything. Better off staying home and getting over the counter meds. Their computer was running slow and made us check in way later even though we arrived early. Always come here but today wasnā€™t satisfied.

NextCare is always a quick visit, have never waited more than 20 min to be seen. Front desk, triage and Dr Scott were all great during my visit today.

I went online, scheduled a 1:30 pm appointment today, showed up on time and was told there were NO PRACTITIONERS present and if I wanted to consult via telemedicine the only thing available was at 6:00. There was NO NOTIFICATION THAT THEY HAD NO PRACTITIONERS AND HAD NO PRACTITIONERS given the pandemic. I had driven 20 minutes to get there, the other nextCare had no openings. Petroglyph had no notifications online. As far as Iā€™m concerned this falls under the category of ā€œpoor medicineā€. Very unpleased.

Funny how all these ppl say they had minimal wait. I have been here for 2 hrs and still not seen anyone. I am still being told that I have 4 ppl in front of me when I was told the same 2 hrs ago because they are ā€œreally busyā€. They also need to update the paint in here. Olive green isnā€™t the best choice for a MD office. Cheerful colors plzā€¦

Well a few times I have had to visit NextCare urgent Care, had seemed to go smoothly. But today it took over 2 hours and I had an appointment to be seen. So I was not happy about the wait time at all. But still overall I would recommend next Care urgent Care.

Even with an appt had to wait about 20-25". Saw PA right away, got the x-rays I needed and results in good time. Total time was a little over an hour. I will go there again because it is close, staff is friendly and helpful.

Poor service! Had scheduled appointment, when I arrived person at front desk said that they had No provider for me! This person said she called me but never left a message telling me that they had no providers that day or next day. Rescheduled for Saturday, but I went to a Lovelace Urgent Care instead! Iā€™ve been trying to cancel my appointment with NextCare for days now. Their customer number sucks! Iā€™ve been put on hold for multiple times for very long times. Life is to short to wait for this company and their employees! Maybe this company will get urgent care from someone! Hopefully better than I got. Good bye!

The weight was a little long, but understandable, because of the time of year and all the sickness. I do want to say that the staff and Jaime the nurse practitioner were amazing! They all have one of the best bedside manners that I have dealt with in the medical profession in many years!! Again, they were all friendly, courteous and apologized for the wait . I will definitely recommend this location!

šŸ˜  Avoid this clinic at all cost! They are rude and unprofessional to say the least. I was there Friday, my appointment was at 7:15 I was put into a room and left for over an hour and never once checked on. Once I did see someone I was given a prescription by a PA who didnā€™t even have the DEA credentia...

šŸ˜  This was the worst experience I've had in a health facility. When I arrived I was told the Wait would be 3 hours even though I had no warning of this online or over the phone when I called ahead. My afternoon plans were shot. After 1.5 hours I noticed that multiple people who came after me were ca...
