Horrible service Me and my group of friends(two Hispanics,three natives and one white.) We where looking while my two friends friend1(native) and friend2(Hispanic)where looking and a lady with dyed hair she had black and white hair, who gave us dirty looks as we weren’t allowed in.) I was looking at plushies but when I put back the plush I heard “give me the jewelry” loudly and looked what was happening. My friends were getting accused of stealing me(native) was getting awful looks and friend3 got awful looks too. We soon enough got kicked that lady then called SECERUTY ON MINORS… I’m gonna tell my family not to shop from here I hated the experience and saw other people stealing but they were white. We all felt that we were racially accused and it ruined the whole group experience and not to mention the lady didn’t kick out the white friend. Never gonna spend a penny at this horrible place. They need to get rid of that person we’ve seen colored people also get accused.

Extremely rude and unprofessional employees. Went in to get my daughters ears repierced and the girl completely botched one ear and had the nerve to blame my daughter for allegedly moving her head down as she pierced. She was going to let us walk out with the piercing until we said something. They did nothing to accommodate us for THEIR incorrect service. Still charged me $80 for an incorrect service! Unprofessional! The girl with the black and silver hair didn’t even let me finish my sentence to explain our frustration. Someone needs to retrain her and her bump from 2011 on costumer service skills. I will be contacting corporate regarding this matter.

Today me and my friends walked into Claire's may I mentioned there were two Hispanics I am one of them three Natives and one white person we were walking around the store looking at stuff I had grabbed these two necklaces that I thought were really nice and I was showing them with my my friend I thought she had a Claire's bag I forgot that he didn't have a Claire's bag so we quickly took the jewelry out and as soon as we were taking the jewelry out a lady with black and white hair came up to us and started yelling at me and my friend to get out of the store that we were shoplifting and this lady yanked the jewelry out of my hand instead of asking can I please get the jewelry she ripped my friend's bag and she screamed at us to leave and she called security I don't think I'm ever going to be going back to this Claire's ever again with the experience I've had I'm telling all my friends and all my family never to come to this Claire's how disrespectful and rude rude and racially profiling these workers are not decent. May I mention there was a group of girls in the back of the Claire's stealing a bunch of stuff but yet they didn't get yelled at we did.

My friend and I took my daughters here to pick out a special surprise on my birthday. I asked if we could have two separate bags for my two daughters and we’re quickly told “no”. I asked Again, describing it was a special time and we were spending almost $150 between us. Again, I was very rudely told “no”. I offered to pay for the second bag even. “No”. I asked her if there was a manager that could approve it. The girls behind the counter called the manager gladly, saying “she would say the same thing anyway”. The manager did, in fact, also say no. The entire team was nasty and disrespectful so we left our things and went to another store. Besides the fact that everything here is cheap and breaks immediately , the employees are bratty, immature, and disrespectful. A disappointing and sad experience for my daughters, friend and I.

When they pierce your ear, they stick you in the window so they can show off their work and you can watch people stroll or gawk. It is painless and professional, but you can still bring someone to hold your hand if you want to.

Expensive! Too expensive for fake jewelry. It's aimed at the younger teens n preteen kids, where do they expect them to get this kind of money? Come on! Walmart or order from wish for half the price. It'd be worth the wait for shipping! Pierced my grandkids ears and it cost $70!!!! Got the piercing and extra pair of earrings for 70 bucks. Buy the gun for 9.99 online and save u some money. It's not that complicated.. if I never go back here I'm good with that. On the bright side---Supe nice staff and very clean, pretty, blingy, sparkly store.
