Pros: some fun stuff for kids! Go karts, bumper boats, rock climb, trampoline jump. There are also laser tag and mini golf available. There is a game room with some arcade style games, snacks, etc. Kids will love everything here, and you might too. Cons: EXPENSIVE! Understand before you go that tickets for just outside activities are $30 per person... For 2 hours. That's $120 for a family of 4. Want to play a doubt of mini golf? That's not included... That's another $18... Per person. So now you're up to $200. Wanna try laser tag?it's very fun, but also not included. Your kids will want to play the arcade games to win tickets, you can buy game passes for a time limit. During fully open operation and during the summer it is *crowded* so lines are long so be prepared to wait. Bottom line - kids will have a blast, go on off-peak days if you can, look online or ask about packages for activities and games, and be prepared to shell out a lot of money for the afternoon; if you're not ready to either drop a couple hundred bucks or disappoint the kids by telling them "no" then maybe come back a different time.

Took my girls for their birthday. They loved the putt putt, and all the games, and climbing the rock wall!! They were a little too young for the bigger kids stuff like Lazer tag or bumper cars but they had a blast anyway.

Took our 14 y.o. niece and everyone, including adults, had a great time. Staff was excellent. The unlimited pass is you best value but allow several hours to accommodate the activities.

A great awesome family fun time to "be a kid again". Great indoor and outdoor events mostly for kids. Adults can have some fun too. Just be fore warned, if you have kids like I do, you're going to want to buy the unlimited pass. It's worth it.......

Huge shout out to Austin for showing us what customer service is all about. He truly cares about the patrons - always had a smile when greeting people AND he went out of his way to get a bag for our son for the candy he won at the arcade and to help us locate our car keys that we misplaced. We will definitely go back for more Hinkle fun. Thank you Austin!!!!

Arcade games typical kind of stuff for this day and age. But sadly they removed their one and only pinball machine, hard to come by. Or at least a decent one that works!? Played miniature golf instead and that was entertaining but the course is super compact, micro golf. Lots of people on the weekends but still fun overall. Will return to try the go karts.

Not what it once was! Overpriced food and $11 drinks. Ordered 6 pizzas and brought to the managers attention that it appeared only 5 pizzas were on receipt. He insisted that the kitchen had the correct order, and dismissed my concern immediately. Low and behold, only 5 pizzas brought out. I brought this to his attention, and again dismissed with no apology. Save your money and take your kids somewhere better!

I've heard of this place for years and never tried it until recently. Was a great throwback to see an arcade still doing business! They have a number of really good attractions that would be great for small to middle-school aged school kids. I feel like it's just on the edge of being exciting for high school students. Although I didn't see kids of all ages enjoying themselves in my the high school age kids in the group I went with particularly enjoyed the go-karts and laser tag!

Great place to spend a day. There is a ton of fun stuff for kids to do, mini golf, bumper boats, bumper cars, laser tag, bungee-trampoline, team vs. team foam ball bazooka shooting, and video games. *The only real complaint, which is kind of a big one, is the venue itself, which is spread out over a huge parking lot in 3 separate locations and buildings... you wouldn't know from going into the main area, that there are bumper cars and laser tag about 400 yds away across the parking lot, in a completely separate building. They need some type of map or way to share that information of the layout. Because you don't know unless you ask somebody.

Never played putt putt here but enjoyed ourself. There is a lot of shade to stay cool. The courses were not for grown adults as we found the holes to be very basic. If you have kids, this is a great place to visit but open your wallets.

There's so much to do here! We were on a time restriction so we got to enjoy almost everything except the mini golf! The kids had a great time!

Hinkle is such a fun place for all ages! Took a kiddo this past weekend and we had so much fun on the bumper boats, bumper cars, laser tag, XD Dark ride, and so much more. Glad we got the unlimited pass! It's definitely worth it if you plan to do more than 5 attractions or stay for more than a couple hours.

I have been coming here since I was a child. It was just as fun as I remembered and the staff was super friendly and fun. I think people forget that it’s a lot of teenagers first jobs and they’re just getting the hang of things. We had so much fun! The staff was great and let me relive my childhood memories for a day! So thank you!

Too expensive for not very good customer services. Very petty for a bunch of pot smoking teens. Talking to children any way they feel when they think nobody is looking. "The Security Guard" is Only Employee with a mask following my boys around like a creepy perv. I addressed this with management and they didn't seem to care or act like he's just doing his job. I watched the guard from a distance watching my kids . If you must take your kids here for a party be vigilant of you children. There are much better places then Hinkle to take your kids for a birthday party or family entertainment. The fumes the carts are pretty excessive. My kids felt dizzy and nausea after we left here and everyone reeked of the fumes. Management isn't very friendly and don't enjoy their jobs.

We had so much fun for my Grandsons 12th Birthday Party. I really think the adults had more fun than the kids - laser tag, arcades, bazooka ball & snacking...we had a blast

This is a good place to go to for a day. There were a lot of cool attractions like go carting and Lazer tag. But some of the things to do were a bit underwhelming like the bumper cars where there was minimal room in the area. But the staff was really nice and polite and there was still a lot to do.

The place is pretty cool and all but the dress code is kinda messed up in my opinion. Like I wasn't showing anything but a little stomach and I had to change. Uhm the employees are alright...except Skylar, they're awesome. I'd definitely go back just to see them and chat. They really made my experience 10x better. Keep it up!! I would also like to note that most of the staff have a bit of a staring problem...

Arrived at 8pm. They close at 10. We didn't know how much time we would have so we didn't get the 5 attraction pass, we paid for each one separately.. especially since our little ones were passengers and not big enough to drive themselves. Go karts were a blast and bumper boats were fun BUT the cards weren't loaded correctly so after waiting in line for an attraction, we would get to the front, the staff would scan the cards and tell us there was NOTHING on the cards. We literally had to go back to the desk 4 times to figure out the problem. It was a nightmare. We probably wasted close to an hour of our time doing this. The male shift leader with the dark wavy hair was great but . I would've spent more $ there but we didn't have the time.

They stopped doing parties, then they put everyone on one ticket giving me 10 empty cards. Then for the laser tag they said they won't deduct anyone not present but then later said everyone needed to be present. They can't do individuals so we lost 4 people's play. A big rip off! I won't recommend!

Don't have birthdays or group events here they don't offer group pricing on anything and don't help with anything it's pay us and good luck. Pizza was not worth the price $17 for a cheese plus $3 for every topping. Drinks are ridiculous they don't offer pitchers. A small cup is $4 I ordered 30 cups and 8 pizzas they wouldn't offer any bulk deal. Even on games I got 25 $10 cards for a total of $275 some how maybe tax? So it's probably a ok place to take your own kids but group events I'll be going somewhere I can buy a package deal instead of everything individually.

We always come for the kids birthday, we came tonight and Austyn at the ticket counter was amazing, kind and patient while my 4 kids picked out goodies! I love coming here and never had a bad experience. Tonight Austyn made me love this place even more! Absolutely top notch!!

Although Hinkle has much to offer, the experience we had with employees is not were it should be as this is a family establishment. Austyn should be reconsidered by management. Very unprofessional and rude to kids. We bring our family here to enjoy but how can we have a fun, family, experience with people treating us like we shouldn't be there. Like we are bothering you. We will not be visiting Hinkle Family Fun Center ever again.
