Establishment is clean and nicely decorated. Staff was friendly and courteous. Great selection of donuts available just be prepared for the price. Worth the money though! Would return and recommend to others.

Good coffee place. There's nothing wow about it but I think the simplicity is what make it wow. Go in for the coffee and donuts and out. The staff was very courteous and friendly, they're energy was up and they were hustling. Great job .

Love this place! Their Blueberry/Lavender donuts are delicious!! Have to get them early or call and have them hold some because they run out pretty fast! Customer service is great. I usually go through the drive through. I see they recently opened up another store in Rio Rancho!👍🏻

The coffee ☕️ is enjoyable, dark & smooth. The treats look great but I have to return to try them another time. The atmosphere is quaint and welcoming and there is a nice shaded sitting area outside. I look forward to my next visit.

It's known for the dogs treats and unique wooden menu mounted on the wall. They do have ways to go to compete with rival Starbucks. NO plant base snacks, dessert or drinks available here. Overall clean and good customer service. #Oct22

Love the place. Is really nice to stay in or outside. I used to go very often but they are always making the wrong coffee, sometimes it looks milky you can't even smell or taste the coffee. I pay extra 0.75 cent to make it little bit sweeter still not and this is not the first time that happened. So disappointed because i like the place and is close to my house.

Did a mobile order with selected donuts. Pulled up got a box with a receipt with the donuts I picked printed on it, but the donuts inside did not match. I understand substitutions have to be made when donuts run out, but don’t let me drive off thinking I have the exact order when it’s not. It would have been nice to be informed of the substitutions. And the substitutions made we’re not price appropriate.

I called so many donut places to try and get custom donuts for a Halloween theme babyshower no one does custom. My last call to rise and roast did not disappoint they took my order and slayed it. Thank you guys so much you will be my first and only choice for donuts from now on. They were a hit and delicious. Thanks again.

Very customer friendly! They didn’t have one of the doughnuts I ordered and they gave me a replacement and two extra ones!! Doughnuts are delicious! Definitely recommend this place!

Best donuts and customer service in town 🩷 I’ve never been treated so well going into any other shops. They have monthly flavors, the German chocolate cake was to die for. Their establishment was so clean and well put together, we were able to get a peek of where the magic happens.

Cute place, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The doughnuts and cinnamon are tasty. Matcha is good, not too sweet and has a good earthy flavor.

This is the best donut shop I have tried in all of Albuquerque! I am relatively new to Albuquerque and have sampled several donut shops recommended on Google. None of them even came close. The variety and delicious taste of everyone ( I ordered a dozen different ones) were all wonderful. The service was.prompt and very welcoming. You won't be disappointed in any choice you make, and they have a convenient drive thru.

Rise and Roast is wonderful! They have delicious coffee drinks and fresh fun flavors of donuts. Lemon lavender might be my favourite. Kind staff too!

Someone brought these donuts to work and it really was the best donut I've ever had! I used to manage a high-end award winning bakery. These were absolutely delicious and clearly made with care! I'll be purchasing some this weekend for my kids.

This is by far my favorite donut shop of all. Their donuts are amazing - creative donut of the month specials as well as your daily tried and trues - theres always something that catches your eye. What really puts this over the top for me though as the top donut shop is their Monk’s blend tea! Yes tea and donuts is a thing ;)

Highly recommend the cherry vanilla donuts and the blueberry lavender. Always fresh with good coffee.
