Outback is a middle of the road steakhouse, not great, and not bad. They put a lot of seasoning on their steaks, and I'm so thirsty after eating there because of all the salt. Our appetizer was average, and the sides that came with the meal were average. Not a bad dining experience, but I wouldn't consider the food worth the money we spent on it. On the other hand, the waitress was friendly and attentive.

Gave Outback a 4 star. They’ve done away with all their specials and happy hour promos which is a bummer. We used to eat here 4-5 times per month, now it’s a couple times per year. My steak was cooked rare (ordered medium) but it wasn’t worth the hassle of sending it back. Spent $70 plus tip for dinner. Salad was good. Coconut shrimp 🍤 was good but there’s better steaks out there for much more reasonable pricing.

More than 1/2 of my dinner salad was rotting Letitia & my sirloin was well done, yet I ordered Med Rare

Came in was cracking coconut shrimp! My server Tomas was exceptional!! I highly recommend this restaurant

Service poor to fair, had to ask for plates for the appetizers, was asked if I wanted a drink refill I said yes but had to ask for it because they never brought it. Food was good for the most part except for several of the prime rib dinners to be fair the traditional were done perfectly but the aussie styles weren't. They were supposed to be rare to medium rare and were almost well done. The kitchen manager came to the table and decided to argue whether it was medium rare or well done. He finally re-did the order. For the main part it was enjoyable but it will be awhile before we go back especially for the prime rib.

Called in a hamburger! $15 they said, their lucky I was hungry! The ingredients were probably $6 ! These businesses are really letting this inflation racket go to the extreme! Two months back I didn’t like paying $11 ! Just like the robbery of all the restaurants that were favorites of mine Ill never return! These meals can be made at home for a fraction of the price! Their customers will soon turn on them and retaliate against the increase by not giving them there business! Good luck Outback! Enjoy the soon dying and out and lack of business so called for by your greed!

We have frequented outback steakhouse in the last year. Unfortunately, the place recently has a smell inside. I don't think it's actually Outback and probably coming from the Pelican's nextdoor from remodeling. However, it's hard to enjoy a good steak with the stench. The service is always great. Food comes out hot and fast. They make an excellent steak. Please fix the smell so we can return soon.

If I can give my server 10 stars, I would. We've been having a rough week and just wanted a good night out. Jessica L. went above and beyond to make our night special. She deserves a raise! Thank you Jessica and because of you, we will come back. Oh ya btw the food was great! Highly recommend!

Server Ryan was excellent and the back of house did a good job as well. I was very surprised by my good experience tonight. From past, outback experiences, I was not expecting anything good but the bread. Now we'll actually consider come back.

Came by for a quick bite… Worst $75 ever spent. My husband’s steak was so over cooked he had to spit it out. Mine was stringy/chewy and had no flavor. The shrimp were literally the size of my pinky. Never got our asparagus. The lump of mashed potatoes were just that, a lump, plopped on the plate. My husband had to drink my water because he had no tea refill. The server didn’t come check on us even once. I tried to stop her as she walked by and she said - be right back - nope, never delivered on the comeback. We won’t be back, I know it doesn’t matter if we are but nonetheless… such a waste.

The service was excellent. Our server was friendly and attentive. We went to Outback because we received an email with a steak and lobster tail promotion. Our server stated that the promotion was not being honored at this location. We started looking at the menu for an alternative. A few moments later the server returned and stated she asked her manager who said they would honor the promotion. Of course we were grateful and ordered two entrees. However, both plates came out with all the food cold. They remade the plates and after another 20 minutes, we finally started eating. THE STEAK WAS TOUGH AND THE UPGRADED SIDE, ONION PETALS, WERE BURNT. We ate what we could and left.

Our server Krystina Z was amazing her attention to our table was the best I’ve had at this location. She touched our table many times. The meatloaf was damn good to boot.

I went to the Outback Steakhouse for lunch with my parents and had some really great food. I had some Grilled Shrimp. They were very good. My parents both had the Coconut Shrimp and they were completely satisfied with what they had ordered. We all enjoyed our meal. I can't wait until we can go back and have some more.

We decided to ditch the long lines and get a good steak here for Father's Day. The food was absolutely amazing, and the environment was good, but we had to hunt our server down for everything. We needed refills, and he was nowhere to be found. The young gentlemen didn't check up on us until we were ready to leave, and even then, we had another server helping us with everything else we needed because our server was not present. I love this place, but I don't think I will be going back to this location.

Honestly have gave this place few tries and has missed every time. Main reason is quality of food. First time steak was oversalted. Last time we went food was okay except for my mother which has steak and shrimp, both were under so we let them know but instead of actually cooking it more they threw it in the microwave. Dead tell was the whole plate was hot.

The ribs were so unbelievably burnt and inedible. Lettuce in salad not good quality. Ribs were dry but tasted ok.

The staff is awesome. Went with good friends of mine. We had a great time. The waiter was on hand. The food was excellent. It was worth the money.

Absolutely love this location, and has easily become my favorite spot. Every visit so far has been ecstatic, and Jaime definitely topped off the night with excellent service. Very quick and friendly workers all around! 😊

Always a good atmosphere, friendly staff. Of course the food is consistently good. We go once every week or so, to see our favorite server Jamie. She makes our visit fun and interesting, and she is genuinely a lovely person. As long as she continues to work at her Outback, we will keep coming back.

4 stars because our server was either new or was easily distracted. We ordered drinks and my husband's was never brought to us. We ordered and Myhusbands meal came wrong. Our server checked in on us maybe 2 times the whole meal. When we asked for refills we never got any. Then when our ticket came to us they had charged us twice for the drink my husband ordered. We don't like/normally complain but we spoke with the manager who was so nice and understanding. We only wanted our ticket to be fixed and someone made aware of the servers poor skills. Unexpectedly she gave us 50% off our meal to make up for the experience. I would try coming back again for the delicious food and hopefully a better server next time. :)

We had a party of 7. Three out of the 4 steaks ordered were not cooked to order (under cooked). There was no beer on tap available, asked for bottled beer, and received beer in cans. Service was friendly and pretty good. The food and alcohol definitely need some improvement. Nearby Longhorn is a much better choice.

I was really interested in trying their food as they have inviting commercials. We were seated and given ap menu. After ten minutes of no server in sight and time with a limited menu, it was fine to go. I have yet to return.

The food wasn't the best. Probably won't come back for awhile. The only thing that I absolutely loved was the blooming onion. Everything else was okay. The side salad was very plain, my steak was burned on the outside, and the shrimp was okay. The loaded mashed potatoes were good. Overall, not impressed. The service was great.

We have been a few times this past year and had the hands down best experience from waitress Kristina, that we've had from any restaurant. We got fried mushrooms, ribeye and margaritas. She convinced us to get the cheesecake & we certainly enjoyed every bite! Service was spectacular, food was fresh and fairly priced. We hope to receive service from her in the future!

Krystine is the BEST server we have EVER had ANYWHERE! We are new to the area and we will be back! The service was excellent and the food was excellent! They were working short handed today and the staff still delivered service with a smile. Great job!

My boyfriend and I came here for a date. Krystina was fabulous and gave us great dinner and drink recommendations. We had the steak cheese appetizer, Moscow Mules, rib-eye steaks with lobster tails and the wedge salad. To die for. In this case to enjoy life with. Give them a try. You’ll love it!

Awesome experience wait staff was awesome and very attentive. Food was made to perfection! The only thing I didn't really like was the fried mushrooms because they had the same batter as the bloomin' onion and it had too many seasonings for my liking.

We were going to Longhorn for my moms birthday (7 people) and it was going to be an HOUR LONG WAIT. We decided to go to Outback instead (it was our 2nd option), and they got us in TEN MINUTES. Our server (I think he was named Darrel? I feel bad I forgot!) was INCREDIBLE. He kept checking on us throughout the meal, kept our drinks filled, and brought my mom an ice cream sundae for her birthday. Even the manager of the restaurant would check in on us. It was a WONDERFUL experience, and all of our food was so delicious. All in all a magnificent meal, and a reminder to us all why we love going to Outback. Thank you!

I'm always thinking that this restaurants are no longer what they used to be, but I keep forgetting it's the employees are no longer wish to do the job that supports their lives. They want something better. Can't blame them. The steak was not done like how that has always done. I used to make a ribeye steak perfectly. Well done without being burnt so something went wrong somewhere

Overall was really good and would come back. Food was good especially the steak and shrimp and dessert, the salad was good but the dressing was put on early and made the lettuce not great by the time we got it. Also prices are a little higher here than on the website and other locations. Service was great, food was fast.

We were a large party of 18 people and called in to ask if they could accommodate us; and I spoke to Tomas the manager, who was very nice and helped us. From the time we walked in everyone was super nice and attentive. We had one waiter, Mitch…and he was amazing! Super nice, super attentive and really nice. We will go back you this location !

Call in and set a reservation, they get very busy. Our waitress Kim, at first glance she looks like trouble. But mate! she was truly awesome. Attentive, quick on her feet. But no pushover! She was truly lovely to deal with. I had the deep fried mushrooms, along side the ahi tuna. A couple of 22 ounce foster ales. Great meal. Thanks Kim you made the experience 5 star!

We came just for the appetizers and they definitely do not disappoint! I love the whole feel of the place and how even the bathrooms are labeled shielas and blokes. The waiter was amazing and food came out timely and warm

Took my mother out for her Birthday and she loved it. Our waitress was outstanding and service was all around excellent. One downside is that they don't sing Happy Birthday like other places but they still offer a good dessert.

Food was excellent. To be honest service lately has been not very well across the board eating out post pandemic. But the young man who was our waiter was so awesome! He was attentive and very kind. Our food came fast and was really great. It was a great experience.

Edit: I called again, spoke with the manager, and he took care of everything. Thank you Mark. I walked in to order Togo and my order was so quick it was amazing, but when I got home the outback burger, blooming onion and blooming shrimp were so salty they are inedible, and the steak salad looks nothing like the picture, it has only iceburg lettuce. I tried to call and let the phone ring for 2 minutes before giving up. I want a refund, I'll bring the food back.
