Super aggressive staff. I went to use the restroom while my fiancee checked out. I have a cane so I needed to use the handicap stall and after I sat down a worker named Felicia started banging on the door and yelled that i had to get out and I couldn't smoke since its a family friendly establishment. I tried to explain that I wasn't smoking and i was just trying to use the restroom. She thought i was lying and banged on the door again to wrap it up and get out. I hobble out and there's a scary security guard right there. I wash my hands and she has him check the trash. He finds nothing cause i was literally just trying to use the restroom. There were 6 more guards and employees at the entrance/exit to the restroom. They all stare at me like im some sort of criminal. No one talk to me, no apologies or anything. They eventually disperse and I feel confused, humiliated, and just very upset by the whole experience.

This is a Walmart that has completely done away with self-checkout, and it's been bad news for shoppers like me who just run in for a few items before work or on our lunch breaks. They've staffed more cashiers but most of them move slowly and without any sense of urgency. Every time I've been in the last few weeks I'm stuck 15+ minutes behind several people with packed-full carts. It would be nice if they at least opened an express lane for 10 items or less, and actually enforce it.

Showed up at 1045 pm. Online it said that they closed at 11:00. I was "greeted" by an obnoxious Bronson rent a cop who said that they closed at 9:00. I informed him that the online hours still said 11:00. He rudely said that they have no control over that. I told him the reason I was telling him was so that he could mention it to the management so they could address the issue. He got more attitude and he sarcastucally said, "Thanks! Have a good night. Goodbye."

I use the pick up option and usually I get good service. However they do have a lot of phone service issues. If you have an option of phone to pick up your order, then you phones should work I sat for 30 minutes and called 12 x no answer just busy signal. Finally asked a delivery person to get my order. Still took another 20 minutes.

I did a little bit of shopping for some dog food the only kind my dog food that my dog eats. I found some Christmas Things that were at 75% off of course I had to get them for the next year. There wasn't a lot of people. Everyone Was wearing masks and cashiers wiping down I felt safe.

Terrible location. Extremely mean and judgemental coworkers. Extremely unprofessional. They give homeless people advantages over customers. I had a backpack because I bicycle, followed a man in, and he put his bag on top the ice machine. As soon as I did that too, they told me I can't keep it there. But said hello to the homeless guy like she knew him. Bad karma.

Best not to go in, but if you have to be very vigilant and aware of your surroundings. They need way more security, like they need their own police force in and outside of the place. Forget leaving your valuables in the car, just don't bring a car period. There are people scouting the place nonstop.

I really liked it organized, but they made me wait for 30 minutes at a jewelry clean place. Nice people were very helpful it was just that waiting!!

Crowded, many products missing on shelves. Parking spaces are tight when trying to load car. I don't like self checkout. Too difficult to find items. Restrooms are not clean. Pharmacy line was ridiculously long.

2 stars is being nice! This store was for the most part empty. Hardly any clothes, no RV supplies like RV toilet paper, black tank deodorizer, grey tank deodorizer. Most of the gummy vitamins, vitamin D vitamins were melted together! So much security you knew it was a risk to be there. Oh and in the parking lot they were filling in cracks so when I got out of my car I stepped in tar. Not coming back to this store.

I got kicked out because my service dog in training 5 month old German Shepherd had an accident after shopping too long. Everyone takes time to stop to see how cute, how old, how they wish they had a dog. In turn it takes me that much longer to shop. It's not his fault but to ask me to leave. "Although the manager said I still could purchase my items before I go." No thank you I'll never go back to that store again.

I didn't feel safe at this location and that is unusual for me. Police presence, homeless, cameras, no bags allowed in the store. These seem to be for protection, just highlight the reason why they have those in place here. Supply issues have started showing here as well.

Everything was organized but some of their employees needs better customers service. The only black employee was old and pushing carts. Act as if he didn't hear me asking him a question about the carts. I ask the young greeter about the carts and they wasn't trying to assist me with my concern. Long wait time in line until they open up more self check out.

Had no choice but to leave a one star, it would've been a zero. I had to find my own bags in the self check out line. I asked the associate who was standing there and was told it was my problem. Then I was told I was being ride about finding my own bags. Terrible customer service. I hate self check out (seems to be the only option, when associates are standing around), we should be getting a discount for bagging and checking out items.

I ordered my groceries 2 &1/2 days ago. It was out for delivery. I waited 4 hours for it,nothing. No one will answer the phone.my order states it is delayed.check back later.it has said that for 2days. I tried canceling order.nothing is happening, still says delayed. I want my refund to food stamps but nothing changes and no one will communicate with me via phone or computer. Don’t order on line you will your money. And I’m one of the poorest in the community.

I have been using Walmart pick up service for a few years already and very familiar with it's app and ordering system. It's mostly just a preference and convenience for me and my schedule...except for, this location specifically needs to get their stuff together. I check in ahead of time, within the pick up time and today nearly waited almost an hour for groceries which is absolutely not acceptable. This is not a one time issue it's an everytime I order from this store period issue. 2 words. TIME MANAGEMENT...

As Always, because I am A Disabled Veteran, it pleases me that there were many Handicapped Parking Spaces Available. Second, The Greeters at Our Store in Edgewood NM seem like They not only enjoy Greeting my Wife and I and Our Family, as we enter, but just seem to be genuinely Joyful Individuals. Third, The Store is Usually Very Clean and The Placement of Every Department is Ideal for, Either Quick Pick Up, or Lengthy Shopping if we so desire. The Selection of Items is Immense, and The Prices are most times affordable. Lastly, Most, if Not All of The Staff, are genuinely Cordial, Attentive, and Willing to Help. It’s good to have This Walmart in Our Town.

Terrible experience. Rude employees who think customers are bothersome. One employee doesn't know corporate policy, and lied that she did. Don't go to this location. They truly could care less about the customers needs and wishes.

So I didn't feel like going inside the store, so I decided to shop online and pick up my items from the Super Walmart located on Wyoming. The fastest service yet. When I pulled up to the parking space there were store associates already outside loading another customer's order in their car. One of the associates came up to my car and asked for my name. Less than 5 minutes they were bringing out my order!! Just Awesome 💗. Friendly and professional!! I would recommend ordering online anytime! They had everything on my list in stock.

I was impressed with the employee who helped me pick out a ring. So much so that I came back the next day to buy another one. She really knows how to sell a product. She showed me two more that I ended up coming back three times to purchase the other two; three altogether. Kudos!

Clean, friendly checkout and great employees! Picking up groceries took awhile though on Saturday afternoon but I was parked in a shady spot. I do regret they took out the McDonald's; greatly disappointed that corporations do not hold a survey among customers. That was a fine McDonald's where my mom and I enjoyed the booths and a chat over a small snack. Shocking they left, right after an amazing renovation. It was such a nice place to sit down and catch your breath. Still, great Walmart and great prices.

Okay I have never had a bad experience at Walmart but it just okay. I mean the pick-up option it works but once I was running late (at least 5 mins) and they canceled my order.... but we did it before and we got their on time and we had to wait 20 MINUTES. I think they need to be more consistent with there options. And at least they change the hours so their correct. And another thing is everything is self checkout.... which makes the lines crazy and the machines ask for a employee very time I scan a item its really annoying.

Produce is extremely amazing on helping us with providing fruits for our store. However the other associates are really lazy and off task. They have one poor old lady having the only line open. The line is in to the clothes aisle. The people behind me are blocking the way for customers to pass. I spoke to an associate and she said she couldn’t do anything about it and didn’t even try to look at the situation. Very lousy and unprofessional. I see workers just walking around it’s ridiculous.

Devolving back to using the old cashier system is incredibly inconvenient, since there's never enough lanes open and everybody in line + all the employees are very slow. Huge PITA when I'm just trying to get in and out. Please bring back the self-checkouts, the old system sucks

UPDATE: 2/2/22 -- I am still very pleased with this location's customer service!!!! For an average, I'd say that I've been 98% satisfied with all of my pick-up grocery orders, since March 2020, x 2-3x a month. Customer service is excellent at this location! Also, for me, this type of grocery shopping is ideal because I stick to my list, do not impulse buy, and it saves me a great deal of time. Win/Win/Win!!!! 😄👍

Had a appointment for the Auto Center for 4:00pm to have 4 new tires installed. I showed up at 3:30pm. By the time I was done being checked in it was 3:50pm The gentleman that checked me in said give us an 1 hour to an 1 hour and 15 minutes I sat in the waiting room and at 4:01pm I received a text saying that they started service on my vehicle. I did not receive my vehicle back until 6:30pm 2 and a half hours later. No explanation on why it took so long and no apologies. The gentleman I saw working on my vehicle would work on it for about 10 minutes and then walk away and I wouldn't see him again for another 10 to 15 minutes at times. When I did see him again on one occasion i saw him throwing stuff at fellow employees he also would walk inside and talk to the lady at the register pretty much about nothing. I didn't see him work on any other vehicle other than mine. I know some places are short staffed and busy but he wasn't busy and they weren't short-staffed at least on that day. I will never go back.

I dislike Walmart because it appears they have forgotten who made them. The customer and happy employees. I emphasize, "happy", there are some helpful happy people, but not many. The ability to talk to store manager, nor file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau is not possible. Your disabled parking is not adequate, you don't have enough clerks in the aisles to help the customer. Your placement of goods are moved too often. Your security does nothing to protect your customer.

There was a lady employee in the auto care center I didn’t ask her name but she had 2 braids brown hair, it was today 12/22/2023 at about 3:30pm & she was such a sweetheart. She went out of her way to help me & I really do appreciate it. Also she walked right up to me because I was going in circles trying to figure it out & she approached me with a beautiful smile & she has AMAZING customer service skills! Meanwhile other employees ignored me

Trashy and inside security staff are pieces of trash. They enjoy being control freaks. Yes i get it the thieves are constantly there. Also change your hours to 8:45pm instead of 9pm since the barking is nonstop 15 till. How about if you're not at the checkout at 9pm you don't get ringed easy to governor that with the little minions yelling hysterically.

Made a purchase this morning of a $15 box of vapo rub patches. Didn’t realize how pricey they were so I came back two hours later to return. The Woman working behind customer service at 11:58 AM 1/05/2024 did my return. I told her nothing is wrong with it, it’s just too pricey so I’d like to return. The box was NEVER opened. She opened the box, looked at me, and ever so rudely goes, “did you already use these”??? Implying that I used them, when I in fact NEVER did. I told her, I just bought them this morning, and the box is CLEARLY unopened?? I understand shoplifting and return fraud is a big thing, But you guys are looking at the wrong people. I can’t even make an honest return without Customer service insinuating that I used the product when it was NEVER once opened.

Went to buy tires that I had ordered online, and everything said they were deliverer. Including the store, however, they put someone else's name on them and wouldn't install them for me. When asked what to do, I was instructed to call 1-800-WalMart. Their customer support team was great, but the manager Ivy was miserable, unhelpful, sarcastic, and quite rude, even when talking to their own customer support on MY PHONE. They refused to exchange my order or mount different tires on my car, stating "that's not how it works dude, you can't just get different tires. It has to be the exact ones on your order" which became a safety concern. Bad mistake thinking buying tires at Wal-Mart would be a good deal. These jerks don't care, and clearly can't read.

Store is clean and well stocked. No more Self checkout.... Happy about this because I don't like seeing people lose their jobs to self checkout.

They remodeled. It looks really nice. They moved everything around. I had a really hard time finding things I need to get. What should of taken 20 minutes at the most, took me an hour. Next time I go, I'll take my time and walk through and see if I find things easier.

worst Walmart experience I've ever had! The general manager Zach only made things worse when his staff had literally just solved the situation. Little man complex isn't becoming of anyone you ignorant lil idiot.

They have shopping carts all over the parking lot. one of them hit my car and the damage exceeds 700 dollars. I know that they do not control the weather and it is the customers who leave the cars out of place but it is also their job to provide a safe space to be able to make our purchases in peace and surprise you that a trip to the store costs you almost 1000 Dollars.

  • 5/5 Dustin M. 1 year ago on Google
Greeted by staff upon entering, was able to find the items I needed and more! Parking wasn't at all bad either. The largest experience to stand out to me though, was "No matter where I was standing in the store, I could see a Wal Mart employee within 12ft. of me! ". That was great because I had many questions on the products I was purchasing.

  • 1/5 deja g. 2 years ago on Google
They always have what i want but this time i called to see if they had handicap carts that move with a controller and i stood on the phone with it ringing for 5 minutes before someone hung up on me. That was after i called twice and no answer. These employees seem to not car at all about customer service and just wants the money that comes with the bare minimum of a job

  • 1/5 Bradley J. 2 years ago on Google
If you are going to put half the store behind glass and make customers go to a register with a cashier to get their items, You should have more than one cashier working. Being in a line 9 deep to get a belt is pretty ridiculous. At least give the items to the self checkout people and have us ask them for it if you are going to make everyone check themselves out to get around hiring more people at a decent wage.

  • 3/5 ThePecos K. 2 years ago on Google
Normal day like any other... really busy, not enough customer service reps and long lines even though they opened a few more self check out kiosks. The good news is that the shelves are pretty well stocked. 👍🏼

Store is packed with product, small aisles which make it hard to get around. The store usually some good clearance. It has larger than normal toy area. There is often some criminal activity in parking lot, last visit women with baseball bat was near entrance with security responding quickly. Parking lot is very steep and could be difficult for elderly without handicap sticker to get cart up to their vehicle.
