    Great store with very helpful Associates. I have been shopping here since it opened. Not only for myself but also for others. Great place to do a baby Registry. You get a gift bag with samples and coupons when you open a baby registry. They have great sales and you can use coupons for the store on your purchases. They have alot of different bands. It is a great store to compare different brands before you buy anything.

    Today I went into the store me and my husband and our little one we didn’t get a greet once we walked in and other customers came in after us they said hello to them asked if they needed help with anything and we’ve been shopping for almost an hour and a half inside and no one bothered to see if we were doing okay in the store. employees walked by us like we were ghosts inside I did not like the customer service I received today! Is it because I’m a different race is it because I’m Native American?!

    Hands down HUBERT NEEDS A RAISE! Best customer service I've seen in a long time. I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant and he went up and beyond to help me in multiple sections of the store answered all my questions! If you lose him as a employee your store would suck! Because every other time I've been in there personal conversations are being made and customers are being ignored or the employees are on their phones!! 10 ☆s for u Hubert thanks so much!!

    Big thanks to Hubert and his team. Oct 29, 21. My husband and I were on our a mission for a nursery set. After a few failed attempts with other stores we made our way to buybuy baby. With the arrival of our daughter few months away the pressure and stress was on. After months of searching and the failed attempts. FINALLY! Great customer service. Mr. Hubert went above and beyond on answering all over our questions getting everything together to the end at check out and load. His team was very nice and helpful as well. This team was short staffed and made things happen. Keep up the great work. I recommend expecting parents to visit this store. We thank you all once again. The Martinez family

    I've been shopping online here for months and now I finally got the chance to go into store and WOW!!! What an amazing store!!!! I loved it except the associates kind of made us feel uncomfortable. They acted like we were going to steal or something and kinda followed us around the store. I felt kinda rushed out of there so I didn't get to finish browsing the other side. We intended on spending about $500 but ended up only spending $100. I do wish I went in when my babe was younger and maybe even register there cause wow! The cribs were so nice and everything there has great prices and such great selections for everything!!! Maybe I'll go back, maybe I'll wait til at another location. Regardless, super store, poor service

    we have been very happy shopping here they always have what we need and always willing to help. depending on what time you go in the same people are always working which is great because you know that your going to have a good experience if you see a familiar face. they have expensive products but which i understand for some people its a turn off. but if you look around they actually cary a wide variety of products at very good prices. they dont comprise on safety so you won't see a product that is not safe like other retailers. we have bought clothes, breastpump, furniture ect and have always been happy with our purchase. over awesome place to shop...

    I was changed DOUBLE for a item then when I went back into the store to talk to the cashier she did not acknowledge what happened AT ALL! I understand accidents happen but the cashier was unapologetic and totally inconsiderate. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I can’t believe the people they have working in customer service.

    Seems poorly stocked all the time, the employees are incredibly rude, they seem to have too much time on their hands, always seem a little stressed and like the work environment is /toxic/ typically only went because they are the last option as far as large baby stores go in the area. I will be making my purchases online and far away from this particular store and warning others to do the same it's a 1/10 on a good day.

    I had an issue where I ordered online and paid for next day delivery and my order got stolen. The store manager Steven did an amazing job to accomodate and make sure we get our items. I was really happy with how he ran this store 😊

    Incredible staff! Ray was very knowledgable, professional, and patient with us as first time parents with a lot of questions. HIGHLY recommend this store and this employee!!

    Came with my 8month pregnant wife to look at beds and strollers for our soon to come newborn… absolutely no staff come up to us to offer help support or guidance or to answer any questions we both had. My wife was so excited to finally go to the baby store and buy all the things we needed. Because of the lack of customer service we left. She cried on the way home due to the disservice. It was a slow day and we are 5 different staff members. They were not too busy or short staffed… one dude walked Past us on his phone. Truly a saddening experience. What a shame. Something that was meant to be so special and fun was taken away from us. Do better
