On July 3rd, I went back to this clinic due to stomach pain. The first visit they sent me back and told me it was some virus even after i explained to the provider that I was in excruciating pain and that my stomach was swollen. They didn't bother to do a scan or anything else. I went back because symptoms had gotten worse. I was literally passing out in the lobby with stomach pain, (appendicitis.) I couldn't even stand up. After waiting for 4 hours, a provider finally saw me. It took another hour for them to do a scan. After being diagnosed with appendicitis, I was put in a room and told me i had to wait for an ambulance and for a room to open up at the hospital. I waited all night and the ambulance never arrived. My wife ended up driving me to the hospital and i had an emergency appendectomy. My appendix had ruptured during the night while waiting for the ambulance. I almost died from their negligence. The front desk staff were so rude and with 0 compassion. Even now, I'm having to deal with ongoing health issues for something that could have been preventable if they would have done their job. And to top it off, I still have to pay them more than 7,000 dollars in fees.

I went during a busy time but I was seen in a timely matter. A lot of people were very impatient but don't seem to understand how priorities are set thru triage. The staff dealt with these patients well. Nurses, Doctors and staff were all very helpful. I was very confident with my diagnosis at this location. I was there for 4 to 5 hours but did not have a problem with that because it was busy. Just be patient and you will get very good care at this location. Pun intended!

The ladies at the front desk were awesome. Dominique guided me through the process since this was my first time there. She was very courteous and knowledgeable I appreciated her. The doctor and nurses were also awesome. Explained everything they did and helped me understand what they were doing. I’m feeling much better already. Thank You so much.

They really care about their patients and it shows from the moment you walk through the doors. The nurses are wonderful, and the doctors know what they are doing and take the time to listen. No one likes having to go to an ER but these folks make it a seamless process. My issues were addressed and it didn't take very long before I was feeling more like me. You're in good hands when you come here. Thanks guys!

I appreciate the friendly staff, welcoming environment and cleanliness of the facility. It’s also extremely convenient that you can have everything taken care of here. I had an urgent issue turn into an ER visit and the transition was so smooth! Such a relief to be able to handle everything under one roof.

Received immediate attention upon arrival. Wait time for thorough examination was minimal. Staff was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. All necessary procedures were performed quickly and with care. My diagnosis was made quickly and treatment began immediately. All issues were explained clearly and instructions provided for follow up treatments. The facility was very clean and organized. Other patients in waiting area were also seen quickly. This PresNow on Coors will be my first choice for any urgent care I may need in the future.

For an emergency room, My time checking in and going home was decent . Five hours total. The waiting room, lobby and patient rooms were clean. My doctor, nurse and respiratory therapist who went over discharge with me were empathetic, thorough and knowledgeable.

Went in due to head congestion and chest pain. Staff took care of me quickly. Everyone was professional, efficient and kind. Had heart surgery six months ago and I felt confident in the help the gave me. The Doctor, John Bigelow, was awesome. He listened to me and explained things, my issues, in a simple basic way that I understood. I left knowing what was wrong and had medicines called in to help my healing.

Service was great! The triage nurse called me in approximately 5 minutes after I got checked in. The doctor and all his team were friendly, and listened to my concerns. The doctor was very thorough in his exam. I would definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends!

Hands down the very best treatment, I had the best care at this visit than,I have ever experienced my whole life with Presbyterian, unfortunately last few experiences were horrible this year, NOT this visit was amazing From check in, triage, nurse ,& Dr they were all very caring professionals who went above and beyond to care for me , I am feeling much better today , I would like to very highly recommend the staff that help me last night with my fear of even being at any doctors. I know they don't hear this enough They were truly all amazing team last night!!!! thank you Sincerely Danielle

I had been to another urgent care four days previously for a COVID test, which was negative, but I was feeling worse. At PresNow, they tested me again for COVID, as well as for flu and strep throat, which were all negative, but the difference was they took the time to rule out other things that I might have. They explained what I had, how long it might last, and various at-home remedies I could try. I feel much better now, the day after my visit. I will be sure to go to PresNow for any urgent care needs.

I was transferred from another Urgent Care to ED, they were very friendly and listened to everything I was saying. I was out within 3 hours after having an IV put in, medication and CT. They are really the best.

This place used to be a 5 star, but now they don't deserve any stars. The triage nurses are so unethical, rude and honestly need better training in this department. They lack what it takes to do the job. Do better Presbyterian. Hire competent staff that cares about their patients, and is not more worried about their phone instead paying attention to the symptoms the patient is describing. Waiting hours and hours in excruciating pain is difficult as is. I had to walk out and go to Rust in order to receive better care.

Dr. Tiffany and Ashley were amazing, professional and very caring and concerned. Paul in radiology and John in CT were very professional, extremely caring and concerned. I was in a room for 8 hours while tests and meds were giving. There was no rust to get me out of the room. Tiffany and Ashley did everything to assure that the problem was resolved and there were no stones left unturned. Over all a great experience. Wait times were a little long but understood with Loveless hospitals system being down. Bravo to Tiffany, Ashley and all of the staff.

The staff are genuinely nice, at least all of the ones I interacted with. It's been a long time since I've been treated with empathy at a hospital. They were amazing. The wait was not as long as other places. I didn't like doing to sit in the hall. I fully understand why those are there, and appreciate the expedited care, but the doors of the rooms were hitting me as they opened, and my body was in pain. Regardless, this is definitely a facility where we have more positive experiences than negative. Thank you to your wonderful staff.

For the most part, I had a relatively easy and low stress visit here. I didn’t have to wait long considering volume and my reasoning for coming in. I came in extremely nervous with chest pain, and good care really matters in a situation like that. The NP that took of me (Kerry B) was absolutely wonderful. She listened, informed me of my options, and respected my choices. The second she walked in and sat down with me, I felt like I could exhale a bit. I will remember her. The medic and nurse that cared for me were also fabulous. My one critique is that the triage nurse I interacted with did not leave me with the best impression. She made a comment regarding my anxiety that amplified the stress of the situation and I felt was really inappropriate. I will also not forget that. The things you say to people matter, especially as healthcare professionals.

Dr. Abbott was the best doctor I could have asked for. He took the time to get to know how my issue was impacting me personally, and made sure I knew that I had options. He checked in with how I felt about every step of the process and was really sincere and reassuring. I'm truly so grateful to have been treated by him.

All staff members were amazing! From the front office, to the nurses and the doctor. They were kind, informative and so very patient with my various concerns and questions. Efficiently run and clean facility! Special thanks to Melissa Gerdemann, Nurse Manager she went over and beyond to ensure things at the facility ran smoothly. Watching her with staff it’s no wonder everyone there is so wonderful! Highly recommend!

Front staff was great. The wait was longish but understandable. Triage was on the ball and friendly and helpful. Dr. Sheets was amazing. He took time with me, explained clearly, was considerate, and kind. Tamara, my nurse, was friendly, efficient, and very competent. Overall I had great care and treatment.

Every member of the medical team that I encountered during my visit provided exceptional service. I was very nervous but was comforted and reassured by everyone that entered my room. They were thorough, efficient, and kept me well informed throughout my entire visit. I am grateful for the service I received and am now on the mend.

I stepped in disoriented and in #8 pain. My wait was minimal but still Pres didn’t push anyone back to get the waiting room patients upset. My PA nailed it, I suspect he knew I had a few more days of this. The nurses worked hard on me so the time spent was efficient. My triage was soon after I got into the waiting room. My x-ray tech was perfect just like the hair on the Werwolf of London! I was treated with respect and dignity. We, wife and I will be ushering your hospital for all our urgently needs. Thank you, I feel much better today.

Went in for shortness of breath. It was a fairly long wait, but no more than I would've expected anywhere else. The nurses and physician's assistant were super nice and ruled out everything scary for me so I was able to calm down and leave in better spirits. Very grateful.

Dr. Fisher was amazing with his knowledge base and assessment. He had great bed side manners and made sure he did a CT scan just to rule out other things. Nurse Casey was very kind and listened to all my concerns. She was very clean, sanitized her hands before and after assessments and wore gloves. I never go to the ER or doctor and I am glad I chose to go here in my moment of need. The wait was not to bad. Being a nurse myself for over a decade in management and infection control. I can say this is a urgent care I would consider working for. Thank you

Great system with people going to different stations. Seems to go faster than just sitting. Triage staff was warm, welcoming and let me know what they were going to do and how long it would take (results). Doctor was outstanding, making sure I understood what the process was, asking good questions and letting me be a part of the decisions. Nurse staff were genuinely nice and attentive. Everyone made me feel like they cared. No judgement or misunderstandings. Recommend highly.

Every person there was top notch. My hurts and problems were taken care in a fast matter. The nurses and doctors were well educated and have me great advise. I'm a type 1 diabetic and I never felt alone. Good feeling. Thank you.

The experience was quick and pleasant. The staff is so kind and genuinely cares. During my wait, a staff member came into the waiting room and was offering blankets to anyone that wanted one. You don't see that sort of "above and beyond" kindness at other urgent care places. Thank you for taking care of me.

I was beyond impressed by your team, from the security person offering to help get a bag for my son who was sick, to the front desk for quickly and kindly checking us in, and to all of those who cared for my son. The facility was immaculately cleaned. The care provided was heartfelt, timely and thorough. While we couldn’t determine 100% why my son was having symptoms, I felt at ease and trusting of those who gave their time and energy to making him feel better. Thank you.

Great job! Staff was professional, attentive and quick to respond. They were on it from triage to getting me into the emergency room, hooked me up, ran blood test, CT scan and found the culprit to my pain. Left with prescription and further referrals. All within a matter of approximately 2 hours. I appreciate the care I received from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. All the paper work was completed simultaneously with treatment. After discharge I was able to leave, no stopping in the office to check out. Very efficient. Great job and well taken care of!

I was treated with respect even though my injury wasn’t terribly severe. I was worried about potential infection and everyone understood why I was there. The doctor was supportive and efficient. The nurse was upbeat though she was at the end of a long day. The registration staff for both checking in and out were empathetic. The wait wasn’t as long as I expected when I saw how many people were in the waiting room.

If you need to see urgent care, I would highly recommend this place. They will place you as a hospital stay if you require a higher level of care, such as pain medication or an IV. The downside is if you require something more in-depth such as an MRI, or if you need a hospital stay, you will have to be transferred to an actual hospital, such as Presbyterian Rust Medical Center. If you have to do this, you may be sent to the waiting room at that emergency room. They are very nice and helpful, and the wait is not too bad for care if you are seriously ill. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly for the most part. The restrooms in the waiting room are large enough to accommodate parents who need to change little ones on the drop-down changing station. If kids are waiting, they will turn cartoons on the television in the waiting room. The rooms are not very private because you can hear the patients in the room next to yours. So, speak softly if it is private health information. Some rooms have televisions that do not work, so be prepared to keep yourself preoccupied if this is the case. I have personally been here twice. One was a so-so experience, and one was a great experience. I give this 4 out of 5 when all is said and done because I am very impressed with the well-oiled machine they work as to provide the best care possible promptly. I would recommend this as an urgent care or small emergency for sure, but not as a serious emergency room because they will transfer you. So consider the level of care you may require before going. It is the best urgent care I have been to, which speaks volumes.

The nurses were quick and efficient. They saw to my needs and made sure I was comfortable. They took my scans right there during triage so that I didn’t have to wait. EFFICIENT. The NP, wow what a bed side manner. He was sensitive to my physical and to my emotional needs and he listened to me as I described my symptoms. He asked relevant questions that led to his diagnosis. I didn’t have to wait hours to get treatment like normally do, he was knowledgeable and obviously well prepared.

Okay well the first two time going in weren’t great because they made it seem like my toddlers allergic reaction wasn’t as bad as it actually was but there was a lady in the front who saw us all three times we were there and she was the sweetest most caring person! She got us whatever she thought would help, snacks, ice packs, anything to make my daughter comfortable! She was a angel. And finally the last doctor we saw, the third time going back truly did his all to help my daughter. Recommend us to the hospital and got us a bed there after he did what he could. Him and the nurses who helped were wonderful! And thankful he got us to hospital because her allergic reaction was really bad and 3 days almost 4 of being at the hospital my daughter is finally got a good list of medications that are helping and oxygen is great again! She’s almost back to herself.

My husband and I arrived early in the morning at urgent care. We waited 2 minutes before being called in to be seen. The staff was courteous and compassionate - that is no surprise to me because my experience with PresNow has always been great. Good job folks. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

Went yesterday. I feel terrible for not remembering the names of everybody who helped me, I was in a pain haze I guess. They were all great. From check in to leaving, every staff member cared. The doctor didn't BS me either, if something was going to hurt a lot he made sure to make it known that it was going to hurt a lot. The nurse (big dude with a beard and glasses) was awesome. I was there for a few hours but it was also middle of the day and despite that, I still feel like it moved as quick as it could. Thanks for the great service.
