While on a roadtrip out of state, I needed to visit an urgent care. I don't think I could have picked a better one. Their website clearly stated all insurances accepted. It was also easy to make an appointment. You can even do your check-in online and upload all the necessary info. Upon arrival, you can check in and then wait in your car. All of the staff was super friendly, understanding and helpful. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Thank you!

I explained our unique situation and she just kept shaking her head saying they canā€™t have anymore walk ins. Itā€™s an urgent care so obviously itā€™s an urgent matter and I got there before closing, which apparently doesnā€™t matter since they cut off walk ins 2 hours prior to closing. Now Iā€™m having to take my son with a rare autoimmune disorder to the ER because an urgent care wanted to leave early.

I will never go here again. The most horrible experience in my life. I have been to a lot of doctor's and this was the worst experience I have ever had in my life . This doctor was lousy. I told him my daughter has pharyngitis and i was also sick and maybe i had gotten sick from her. He checked one ear I had to tell him to check my other ear. He checked for strep. I didn't have strep. Didn't bother to listen to my lungs, heart. My glands were swollen both ears were burning. When he walked in didn't even say who he was no name nothing. He leaned against the wall stared at me weird. If he isn't interested in being a doctor he shouldn't work here. I went to Lovelace medical center. My glands were so swollen This doctor must have gotten his degree out of a cracker Jack box. Something is not right with this doctor. He isn't interested in his job In my opinion. I told my husband they shouldn't even charge my insurance no services rendered. I suffered overnight until I went to Lovelace medical center. I would've been better off sitting at UNMH hospital for 12 hours. They would have figured out what was wrong. This doctor looks at you like he Is better than you. Weirdo /weirdest thing ever. I could have put my hand in front of his eyes moved my hand up and down and wouldn't have gotten a response. I am sickened by this experience. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENC.E

My grandmother went in today and spent about an hour waiting for a provider. She finally had to open the door to see what was going on. The provider walked in, told her ā€œYeah what you have is going around, Iā€™ll put in a prescription for you, if you donā€™t feel better visit an emergency room.ā€ The provider spent literally a minute with her! What a joke! This isnā€™t the first time weā€™ve received bad care from them. After giving them another try, we wonā€™t ever return! Save yourself the time and visit ANY OTHER urgent care!

The wait was to be expectedā€¦. But the way the medical assistant treats kids is disheartening. She was so bothered my 3 year old who isnā€™t feeling good didnā€™t want to have his blood pressure taken, and when she came in to test them for strep. She didnā€™t talk to them or make them feel comfortable with what she was doing she told them to stick out their tongues and shoved the swab to the back of their throats and walked out so rudely. Iā€™m sorry but with kids you need to be nicer and more approachable. My 3 year old already fearā€™s doctors and this experience didnā€™t help.

They got me in fast. There is only one comment. The provider was very thorough, but was very sad. She didnā€™t seem happy. As a patient that is sick, it would be nice if the provider was more upbeat. It may be the number of patients due to the overwhelming amount of patients that caused this sadness. Probably, more providers would be warranted.

Check in was simple and staff was friendly, but the wait was too long. In fact, I never got seen and still put a $50 copay (hoping to get a refund for that as I had a follow up email that you all ā€œcancelledā€ my appointment once I left). I had a 10:00am appointment time and was checked in at 10:15am to wait in a private room for a doctor. At 12:05pm, still no doctor showed up and not once did someone come in to update me or give me an ETA. By noon I became frustrated and had other things I had to attend to, so left. Didnā€™t seem like having an appointment mattered much.

One of the things that I like the best is that after they've taken your check-in information you only have to wait a few minutes and they put you in a room as soon as one comes available to wait until the doctor can see you. Because of my age and I don't have an immune system this is a huge Advantage for me. I plan on using Care Net when I need Urgent Care from now on because you do take my Humana gold. I was very happy with the doctor and with all of the employees they treated me very good. I didn't feel like I was a bother to them.

The front desk and medical assistant was super helpful and the location is very clean and quick. My experience with the FNP Holly Stanford asked if they do a urine test to rule out any other possible diseases and she says ā€œwell I could have done a swab for that tooā€¦ā€ and ā€œthatā€™s why I asked youā€¦ā€ this has been my first time encountering something like this and she did not provide any information on how to relieve the symptoms or any additional information whatsoever. By far the worst experience Iā€™ve had from FNP.

Rude staff. Long wait times. I have 4 small children and was only told one parent could go back. Very inconsiderate. Didnā€™t diagnose correctly. Was rough shoving tests down my kids nose. Worst place for kids and possibly adults. Never coming back. Drive further and seek better medical.

The checking in and making appointment ahead of time was great. But, waiting an hour and a half to be seen in the room was over the top. Especially when the provider only took 5 minutes to see me. At this rate you would think they had 20 people ahead of me. Which they did not. Wait is way to long

Last minute decision to go to urgent care and found out Nexcare is covered and close by. Was able to make a walk-in appoint, be seen under an hour, examined, x-rayā€™s and provided a prescription nearby at Walgreens. Great staff from receptionist, nurse, and doctor!

I came in after I gouged my finger out with a chisel, there was a couple other people there occupying the front desk receptionist and while they were attended to by the courteous lady, I read a couple of posted and easily readable signs directing me to check-in online. So I pointed my camera at the the qr code, checked in and started filling in my paperwork. About halfway through, she called me over and after explaining my accident she asked a couple more questions and took my insurance info and we were done. I finished my paperwork and sent it through my browser. She got it and a few minutes later the nurse called me back, and after height and weight, walked me into the exam room, came back a second after sitting me down with a cleaning set up, washed out my cut and then cleaned it up and put a dressing on it. He was really cool, as was the PA who came in after and looked at my cut. After some very nice communication she agreed it needed stitches and left to get a suture kit and lidocaine to numb the finger. After a couple of smart needle sticks, a little panic attack, and a move from sitting to laying down, my finger was numb enough to take 5 beautifully placed stitches, all bandaged and wrapped and sent home. Thanks for all the help. I really appreciate it. If I remembered names I would say thank you to everyone on staff I encountered that night by name, they all deserve a hug and a raise.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The provider I saw was so sweet and understanding; she listened to me well and truly cared. Although they were busy, she didn't rush with me, nor act like she needed to get out of the room and on to the next patient, as can often happen in an urgent care setting. Thanks for taking care of me!

i think the video and in care visit are the best. The one on unser they are friendly clean quick and get to your needs. Not sit for hours donā€™t no what is wrong and they just ask questions and you leave. They actually try to rule out possibilities.

Great first time experience. I was able to make an appointment. Filled out paperwork online and was able to check in online. I was taken back quickly and the physician assistant I saw was understanding and knowledgeable.

I came in to bring my son for a physical it took 2 HOURS for us to be seen. There were people who got here AFTER us and were seen before us. It is ridiculous the amount of time it took for us to be seen. The nurses & front desk receptionist were so much more focused on what they were having for lunch. Also a lot of personal phone activity.

Good. Kid had an ear infection in the pm. They got us in within 2 hours, so little guy could sleep without pain. Good communication with me and with the pharmacy.

Was given an appointment at the Golf Course clinic, then they changed it to a tele-visit, when I got there they had changed the time so I went to the Ladera location and was seen in person in just a few minutes.

The caregiver Lynn Devlin was the finest medical PA I have encountered at an Urgent Care. She answered all my concerns and took care of my UTI. I seldom leave any medical facility feeling as gratified as today. Thank you, Lynn Devlin!

TB skin test. Able to make my appointment online and also complete necessary paperwork before my appointment. I was also able to check in through text. Staff was friendly. Best urgent care Iā€™ve been to.

I had a terrible flu that kept me up at nights for a full two weeks until I finally decided to see a dr. By then I couldn't put my head down due to the pressure in my sinuses. I LOVE the easiness of making an appointment and seeing a Dr at NextCare Urgent care. The front desk associates are wonderful and the doctor saw me fast. I got medication and five days later feel so much better! Thank you!!!

I went to Nextcare for knee pain!! I payed my copay, got called back for vitals which the ā€œnurseā€ was amazing!! So then the PA comes in & looks at my knee & says well Iā€™m not sure what is going on & we donā€™t have a X-ray techšŸ˜± I truly believe if someone goes in with an ailment that you know is going to probably require X-rays front desk should advise you!! I have let my medical insurance & Medicare know. BTW same thing happened to a relative. She broke wrist. NO X-RAY TECH!!

The people are very friendly and a nice clean place to go. Dr. In charge very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this urgent care. Fast on and off I-40. Wait time was minimal.

The staff has all been very friendly, but they are obviously stretched thin. I came in for a follow up and have stitches removed. I arrived 15 min before my apt, but was more than an hour after my appointment time before I was triaged, and another hour after that before I was seen. Afterwards the provider couldn't find nonstick dressings and they didn't't have ice packs, I left 2.5 hours after getting there.

I have been goin to next care for a few years and things are good but today I had a not so great experience. I waited almost 2 hours after my scheduled appt to see a Dr. Even have signs posted about seeing scheduled people 1st. And if havnt any chest pains or trouble breathing to let them know... well that's what I was there for and still had to wait that long. If we are expected to be there 10 minutes before our scheduled time than we be given the same type of respect when we schedule visits.

The staff was very friendly and caring. It was a bit of a long wait but they only had one provider tonight, and not unexpected for an urgent care. Went for my second time, this time for my daughter, today. The staff was again very kind. For an urgent care it didn't take too long, we were there for just under 2 hours total but they had to run a test and take a culture. I do recommend calling first and scheduling a check in time if you can.

I was able to make an appointment and there was very little wait time. My provider was exceptional! She listened to my concerns and gave detailed information to address my condition. She spent time with me and seemed to genuinely care about helping me!

Nice quiet place. Everyone nice and friendly. Only problem is provider forgot the note for my place of employment and I had to sit and wait a long time for it. But he was very nice. Rather be home resting than sitting in urgent care waiting for doctors notešŸ˜’

Everyone starting from the front desk, to the technician or nurse, to the doc, back to the desk, weā€™re professional and personable. Took the time to help me but also didnā€™t keep me there forever like most places. Pleasantly surprised. Next time I ruin my day with an injury Iā€™ll be sure to come back to Nexcare.

As for time waiting it was not long . As for the nurse that took my blood pressure she has a terrible bed side manner. Had a severe migraine I asked her not to talk so loud. She still did slammed the door when she left the room. Didnt offer me anything to vomit in had to get it myself. As for the dr she was great. Plus the nurse that gave me my shot understood.

Saw us same day even though we didn't have an appt. Staff was friendly the only thing is a saw a child without a mask ...I think that should be screened a little tighter..I like that the chairs are 6ft. Distanced fr ea other. I like that u can do paperwork on your phone very simple and easy. Anyone can do it. The only thing I have issue with, is I noted two things my son was having symptoms for on the complaint part of the paperwork and the provider said she could only treat for one or the other . I thought that was odd cause she could've easily examined him for his back px as well.that all I wanted was for his back to be examined as well as his cold symptoms...

Great, friendly staff. From the front desk personnel to the vital tech to doctor Holly whom I seen. They were all great and Iā€™m happy with the concierge customer service I received today. I would definitely recommend my friends and family.

The check in was really simple and the wait time to be seen was around 10 minutes. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. I had a great experience until I saw the doctor. The reason of my visit was two open wounds. I donā€™t know if it was a doctor or a nurse but she couldnā€™t help me. She sent me to the ER saying they the wounds were infected. She even put that on the discharge paper. At the hospital I was seen by a surgeon who was able to provide me with medical assistance. Then I understood why the doctor at this clinic couldnā€™t help me but she was so sure that the wounds were infected and they were not. That first thing she said when she saw them was ā€œtheyā€™re infectedā€ I got really worried for nothing.

The Dr at this location Dr. Holly is PHENOMENAL. The best Dr Iā€™ve ever encountered. She is truly remarkable, attentive, knowledgeable and truly cares. I wish she was my pcp. The only thing i donā€™t like about this location is when sheā€™s not the attending physician, and the front doesnā€™t enforce people wearing their masks; even though thereā€™s a sign at the door.
