This is the WORST place ever. The blonde Nurse practitioner is HORRIBLE. She was calling everyone “DUDE” training someone and acting like a high school clique, not wanting to look at the records from the hospital and ignored everything we said, refused to listen wanted to draw blood when blood was drawn the night before in the ER in the record she refused to see, she was smirking, she told my son “your really in bad shape, dude” who was hospitalized and trying to get a follow up since he didn’t have a PCP and unfortunately made an appointment with her because she was close by. What the hell kind of doctor is rude, unprofessional, and treats people like she is someone better? Also she puts down patients and tries to scare them? This woman should not be treating anyone and I question her intelligence and maturity. It is the absolute WORST experience we have ever had and I would not have my animals treated by her. I’m sure when she has her pop up inspections with regulators here in NM, let’s see if they treat them the same way. She also was supposed to refund the copay, since that visit was a complete waste of time. which I’ve yet to see processed.

All these negative comments and all I have to say, is they got me in seeing a doctor in 1 week, all other hospitals are 3 to 5 months out for a check up. They have been nothing but nice to me. Even when I was a little late my first appointment they still took me in. They care about my mental and physical health. The waiting game can take some time but I don't mind waiting a few minuets compared to the 5 months of waiting to be seen at other hospitals. My PCP is so friendly and amazing! So far the only problem I have with the place is how far it is from where I live, but again, that's the least of my worries. Being seen and making sure my health is well is all I care about, and they make appointments within 10 days from when you call or for follow up appointments which is amazing compared to the average hospital wait time.

Like everyone else has said if you want to be ignored, have wrong information put in your chart, be belittled and told by providers that they don't have time to do what you are paying them for then this is the place for you! They bill insurance $200 for a "15 minute" appointment which they will be very angry and impatient about if it takes more than 8 minutes. They won't even give you your lab results unless you schedule an appointment because they want to milk your insurance for all it is worth. Every provider I have ever been to calls or has other staff call with results. As an added bonus they will also question your every parenting decision and make your kids really uncomfortable! This place used to be decent but now they have providers that are either rude and incompetent or rude and marginally competent.

My experience with La Clinica Esperanza in Albuquerque, New Mexico has been great. Staff as well as all Primary Doctors,Nurse Practioners, (such as Mrs./Ms. Melanie Duran) and other professional essential medical personnel work hard to provide a safe, healthy, respectful, caring environment for their patients.The team in there office is incredible especially the front desk. If you need for them to contact your Primary Doctor, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant they strive to contact them. This is quality care. Thank you. care for each patients health and immediately take care of their patients who are in need of there medical assistance.

My family and I are so grateful to have found a clinic that takes care of our needs. Thanks to all the hard working staff. Staff is attentive and very friendly.

Clinica la esperanza, where should i begin. They have zero respect for your time. They have zero empathy or care skills. They asked me to be at my appointment 30 minutes ahead of time, in which i obliged. Waited almost an hour and a half to see a nurse Practicioner: Candace Perciful, Who only came in to see me after i asked, when someone was planning on seeing me. She behaved as i was an inconvenience, didnt even apologize for my wait or provide an explanation as to why i waited so long. She asked questions about the reason for my visit only to refer me to someone else and showed zero care for my concerns. She was transactional and rude. It was obvious she wanted to get me out asap, so she can go to her next “customer”. When she entered the room, there was a another person on the laptop taking notes like she was a court reporter. Pretty sure her job requires her to inform me who that was and why she was typing like a mad women. Worst experience! I highly un recommend this place.

I have been using Clinica La Esperanza for all my primary care needs since I moved to New Mexico a year and a half ago and it is by far the best primary care's office I have ever been to. I have been struggling with a few issues the past few months and NP Melanie Duran and her medical assistant Fabian have continued to go above and beyond to make sure my concerns are addressed and that I am taken care of. NP Melanie really listens to you and treats you with kindness and compassion and also has the knowledge to back up everything she's saying and will explain it to you in terms you can understand so you're not left confused or feeling lost. She really has worked so hard to make sure my health issues are being taken care of and advocated for me when need be like no provider I have ever seen before. She has been so diligent in my care and making sure that I am doing okay on the medications prescribed, and when they aren't working for me switching me to something that benefits me greater and then following up on it with me to ensure I am doing okay. Her medical assistant Fabian is also a gem, making sure I get the referrals I need and when I need help with a medication question or am concerned about something making sure to get in contact with NP Melanie and responds very promptly to me. I genuinely can't thank them enough and will continue going to La Clinica for all of my needs as every time I go I am always treated with kindness and respect by all of the staff. Don't let the other reviews fool you, this is a diamond in the rough when it comes to healthcare. I have also seen NP Candace Percifull and NP Flores in the past who were also wonderful and very knowledgeable. It might be a bit hard to get them on the phone, but it is 100% worth it for the quality of care you are receiving. I have successfully used their text line as well which is a nice feature and very convenient.

Have a lot of problems getting meds. I'll get a couple of months then the pharmacy claims to need Pryor approval then I don't get my meds for a couple of months, my diabetes will never be correct, if I'm on meds for a short period of time then off for a period of time, I don't know if it's the Dr. , The insurance, or the pharmacy

Melanie is awesome she really does care about her patients. I am really excited about this new diabetes medicine. The staff here gets things done. Sometimes they may be a little busy just give them some extra time

I had a physical therapy session here and I was seen by Quinton Walton. I would recommend scheduling a physical therapy appointment it helped me a lot.

I had this Dr there. She knows and the staff knew I worked Tuesday -Saturday. Not my Dr is only there on Monday. I can't keep calling out for work. So for the last 3 or plus months I can't sleep. So yea they deprived me of sleeping. But my medicine off n told me I can't get it back. Unless I do a walk. So I'm working with Lawyers as I time. U guys don't know how it feels to not sleep. Again they deprived me of medicine cuz I can't come on days when I work. The only way I can get my medicine is if I do walk in or come on days I worked. I've asked them 2 give me another Dr tht can work wit my schedule. I've bn deprived of my medicine

I have taken my son twice in the last two months. Which is alot however the staff is always kind to my children and they have been adaptable with my emergency call ins. SUZI (Nurse) AND The other female Doctor (I'm sorry I forgot your name) have stepped in when there main Doctor isn't available. They always treat my children with kindness. Just show up on time. Thank you 😊 Edit: I forgot to mention they gave me a call back on the weekend for my son. That made me feel secure with where I take my child.

I’ve had one in person visit and one video call, both experiences were awful. This clinic would be a waste of your time. The in person visit took hours, I sat in the room for an hour to be seen by the Dr and only got seen because I went out and complained. They didn’t even acknowledge the main reason I was there. I had a video call scheduled and they never called me. I had to call to reschedule for test results. They said they called me but they never did, I waited all day. The next day it was rescheduled and they almost didn’t call again, I complained and took them hours to call back. When the Dr called she stated oh I dialed the wrong number yesterday after they tried blaming me. And the Dr was asking why we even had the call, not knowing at all what was going on. Most of the staff isn’t welcoming and friendly. I’ll never go back and don’t recommend.

Dr Chambers and staff do great job, fit me in on days off, very kind, thorough and always call/text reminders. Also helped when comes to med refills! Thanks for great care Wade C

Had to wait forever for my appointment. Talked to the manager Erica and she was very unprofessional and rude. Not going back

Terrible service. They never sent my prescription to the pharmacy. I called them several times the first time they said that they sent it to the wrong one and that they sent it to another one, I went to the pharmacies several times and none of them had the prescription, I called again and they told me that we will send it to them now that they had been In a meeting all day, I went again and the prescription never came.
