As i have a few days before getting married and nerves are at an all time high i have to say that the team at Pronovias Bucharest - but to absolutely highlight Dorina especially have been absolutely extraordinary. Dorina has been so fantastic in looking after me and my order for over a year. With me living in a different country she has gone above and beyond to keep me updated, to keep me calm and always a voice of reason and encouragement. Her unbelievable work ethic and customer service is truly to be admired. And even in high stress moments she offered emotional support also which is so invaluable to a bride to be in her most vulnerable moments. I would highly recommend the shop and the dresses but to be honest this is more just a review on Dorina as the Pronovias team are extremely lucky to have such amazing woman on their team. It is because of her i ultimately chose the Pronovias dress. Lucy x
