    I'm putting one star because I can't put less. They have been HARRASSING my family since 1995!!!!! Extorting money by taking advantage of my aging grand-parents. The biggest scam I have EVER seen. If this fraud does not stop, and they don't give the stolen money back, I am filling a lawsuit for sure. PS: we have NEVER been to any holiday or purchased anything from them Please be careful and NEVER subscribe to their "services", it is just a fake company

We went to that hotel, we were with our daughter, when we were directed to a room with 13 or 14 salespeople and their customers. We spoke to a very humble girl, she knew the text by heart, she had no idea what she was selling. We listened to the girl until the end, and in the end she made a proposal for a membership card that had insurance, travel, accommodation, fuel, in short, if we wanted more there was, the girl could not tell us the price of the jewelry and it had to be the manager to do so. There, in that small assessment, people are categorized by class/echelon, so the values ​​are governed by our profession and appearance in that room. Said manager came, full of smiles, told them the value, we wrinkled our nose because it was quite high for a discount card. The amount could be paid I don't know how many times or just once, we had 15 days to withdraw. At this point, the manager was already looking upset because she wasn't going to make a sale, we were exhausted because we were there for an hour and a half to collect a supposed prize for a contest... The prize is valid for 30 days, the dates can only be dealt with in person at the premises or by letter. Stays are on offer, but meals must be prepared and paid for separately at the hotel and/or extra package from Interpass. In short, if you don't remember having participated in any contest, it's because you didn't participate and your prize is just a sales strategy of a company so desperate that the marketing it adopts is the same as the phone book contact scams that are done in Jamaica. Fomos ao dito hotel, estávamos com a nossa filha, quando fomos direcionados para uma sala com uns 13 ou catorze vendedores e respetivos clientes. Falámos com uma rapariga muito humilde, sabia o texto de cor, não fazia ideia do que estava a vender. Ouvimos a rapariga até ao fim, para no final fazer uma proposta de cartão de sócio que tinha facilidades de seguros, viagens, estadias, combustível, enfim mais quiséssemos mais havia, a rapariga não nos podia dizer o preço da joia e tinha que ser a gerente a fazê-lo. Ali naquela pequena avaliação as pessoas são categorizadas por classes/escalões, portanto os valores regem-se pela nossa profissão e aparência naquela sala. Veio a dita gerente, cheia de sorrisos, disse-os o valor, torcemos o nariz pois era bastante elevado para um cartão de descontos. O valor podia ser pago já não sei em quantas vezes ou só de uma vez, tínhamos 15 dias para desistir. Nesta altura já a gerente estava com cara de chateada porque não ia fazer venda, nós exauridos porque estávamos lá à uma hora e meia para levantar um suposto prémio de um concurso... O prémio, tem validade de 30 dias, as datas só podem ser tratadas de forma presencial nas instalações ou por carta. As estadias são oferta, mas as refeições têm que ser feitas e pagas à parte no hotel e/ou pacote extra da Interpass. Em suma, se não te lembras de ter participado em nenhum concurso, é porque não participaste e o teu prémio é só uma estratégia de venda de uma empresa tão desesperada que o marketing que adota é igual às burlas de contactos de lista telefónica que se fazem na Jamaica. Péssima estratégia de venda, péssimo caracter.

    13 days in Thailand! Bangkok-Krabi-Koh Samui. As a couple. Sonia Santos organized these three destinations, we loved them! Everything perfect! 😊 It's not the first with her, it will be the last, professional and attentive at all times. Private transfers are always punctual and of high quality. Hotels chosen krabi and koh samui excellent location and spectacular service. Bangkok hotel with very good services and location!     I have been an Interpass member for several years and have already seen the advantages of the various services. From discounts on accommodation, to health and car insurance. Some partnerships are not advantageous for me, in the case of telecommunications (I prefer the service of another operator with which Interpass does not have a partnership) but the remaining partners bring good advantages.

    I was contacted to collect a voucher free of charge and without compensation. When I arrived I was bombarded with abusive and misleading marketing. They didn't let me think about the proposal and wanted to sign an immediate contract. I refused. And when I did the math...... 1100 euros for 7 years, obligatorily.... pay attention. They make you sign because of tiredness.

    Went on a trip to Peru in 2022 with Andreia Rodrigues and everything was amazing. Besides being with a large group, we didn't always be together visiting the places and everyone add free time. Organisation of the trip was 5 starts.

    Our trip to Cuba July 2023 went beautifully. Our luggage arrived, no one got sick and it was a very good 15 days. We were a group of 14 people Even after reading all the testimonies on our hotel's Facebook page, we were very worried, but it went very well in Cuba. We stayed at the Iberostar Laguna Azul hotel. The hotel is beautiful from the outside and has a beautiful reception, I would venture to say that it has the most beautiful entrance within the hotels in Cuba :D we had the opportunity to see many hotels. Well-kept gardens and very friendly staff. Food, well, it's Cuba, there's not much to say, if people want to go for a good meal it certainly won't be there because there is little variety but you won't go hungry, but even going for a walk outside of Varadero the food wasn't there either. like the water, which looked like gold :d, the rooms are dated but always clean, we also had good maids who did everything they could to make sure we didn't miss anything. This hotel only needed good management and maintenance on the main buffet and it would be one of the best in Varadero. The beach was great, it looked like a swimming pool, we had spectacular weather, the sea was always calm, no rain or wind, the beach is not the most beautiful in Varadero for photos but it was almost "private" because the other hotels were far away which was great . And so 15 days of vacation have passed, there are more next year, we hope there will be another 15 days too. Mr. Miguel Soares, who took care of our trip, was once again always helpful and always looking for the best for our group. It was our 5th time in Cuba and it won't be the last. Thank you very much once again.

    Thanks to Interpass and personally to Rosa Marques, my family visited São Miguel Island for the second time. To say that I fell in love with this island is to say nothing. I sincerely believe this is a piece of paradise. If you are tired of the rush of life, I recommend visiting the Azores, there is a lot of peace and tranquility in this nature. I would like to highlight the incredible places that won my heart, they are, of course, Sete Cidades with its unique nature, Poça da Dona Beija, Lago de Furnas, Parque Terra Nostra. As for the food, I highlight the steaks, with sauces of different flavors; We also tried the local barnacles. I am very grateful for the attention and service. Azores ❤️

    Scam attempt - Forced sale They called me to say that I had received an accommodation voucher for 2 people, however, to collect it I would have to go to the indicated hotel, making me accompanied by the person I was going with so that I could stay on behalf of both of them. When I arrive at the said hotel (of a famous chain), I am bombarded with several very invasive questions, which I found strange, especially when they say that we just have to collect the voucher at reception, but in the end they send us to a room to talk with a salesperson disguised in sheep's clothing, who presents the voucher and conditions. And, although they say "without any additional costs", in all options it is mandatory to purchase the meals and activities offered by the hotel, even if we are not interested in enjoying them, making "free" very expensive. After all the nonsense about "(not) free accommodation", the seller presents the company INTERPASS as a "loyalty-free" paradise (which does exactly what other companies do for free, such as booking accommodation, or insurance mediation), however, which we cannot cancel "whenever we want" "even if we are out of a job". After realizing what the direction of that conversation would be (of trying to force a forced sale on me), which I was already aware of due to the sad experience my in-laws had with this company, I said "NO" several times and was ignored. In an attempt not to be rude, I thanked him, got up and left after an hour and a half of persuasion. They gave me the voucher without the need for my company to go, since they didn't sign anything or participate in anything. Which led me to the conclusion that they just wanted to close 2 contracts at once. I hope this report helps people not to fall into this trap.
