The employee was rude and impatient. When she rang it up it was 8.55. When I reached the window she said 9$. I handed her a 20 I got back 11$. I didn't realize until my friend said something but we had already pulled away. I guess they don't know how to do change there. Also, I ordered a spicy McCrispy, and she gave me a regular McChiken sandwich..... honesty disgusting display of incompetence. Even for a McDonalds.

worst place ever I went in to pick up my order and it wasn't ready so I went to use the bathroom and they had the bathroom locked I can hear the lady laughing saying that the bathrooms are closed that she doesn't have any keys for anyone I come back around and it's the manager laughing at the fact that I had to go to the bathroom and she was not going to give me the key even though I had a mobile order waiting. worst experience of my life at any McDonald's ever she needs to be fired.

I ordered our food at 6pm of Uber eats and I saw they kept changing drivers and finally one of the Uber drivers after an hour messaged me and told me that my order was stolen. I find it irresponsible on the restaurants part to not check for delivery person and just give it to anybody.

Was my go to. However, recently they’ve gone downhill. They do not know how to prioritize orders. A mcchicken should not take close to an hour especially when the order was a mobile order. In addition, seems like no manager to be found. Very poorly run especially in a high dense place. Seems like they are good at working harder and not smarter. Also, make sure you are fully prepped before busy hour. I’ve worked at McDonald’s for 5 years as a supervisor. Please prioritize the fries and the McChicken to go out first. Work smart. Not going here anymore lol.

Ordered a mobile order. Waited in the spots where they’re supposed to bring out the food. After 20 minutes, no one came out so I decided to go to the window. Took them an additional 40 minutes. The staff are usually disrespectful on a regular basis with a lot of attitude. Food was completely freezing. Absolutely disappointed today.

This is the worst place to order thru the drivethru, it seems the people that work the window don't understand how to get the order right and the inside is just as bad. Very unprofessional from top to bottom employees act disrespectful and i wouldn't suggest the place to no one. I will always give this place a zero i have lived in Allentown for at least 35 years and this place has gone from bad to worse and it's getting even worse. Good luck.

Food is getting more sensitive every day and I ask for a Mac crispy chicken and they gave just the chicken and bread only and taste very old I don't recommend prefere burger King for fast food

As a customer, the food is one of the worst quality of any McDonald’s I’ve visited. As a dasher, I’ve had 6 order requests so far which I’ve NEVER completed, due to long wait times or doors are locked and no one is answering drive through. Employees don’t communicate wait times accurately, they’ll say “it’ll be ready in a minute” when it’s more like 20+. They are on my blacklist 👎🏾

I was missing my 10 piece nugget. My fries were cold. 2 specialty sandwiches were messed up. And all food tasted like it was sitting for hours

I love the employees that are there @ 5 am so the lobby can open for people like me. Fresh coffee and breakfast is a great way to start the day. Loving the app!! Saves a lot of time! Thank you staff for your hard work 😊

I have no idea who gave this McDonald's such bad reviews, because I went there and placed a sizable order and received everything exactly as I had requested it. In addition, the customer service was outstanding; they were so courteous that I had no complaints.

Did the drive thru, was asked to park, and my order would be brought out to me. I thought, great, that means I am going to get a hot n fresh quarter pounder and small french fries. Nope. The quarter pounder was horrible. The bun was all hard like it had been sitting there for a while. The fries were ok.

I love getting my Wkly brkfst on my only day off. But most of the time the order is messed up. Today I asked for the big brkfst, no sausage, Xtra eggs w hot cakes. They hand me sausage in a box, so I gave it back. Drive off only to find NO hot cakes when I got home. Got the syrup though. Tried calling and the phone stayed busy.

The Manager asked if I was being taken care of young fella very kind! However I waited 7 min to be waited on and there was no line the gal just rude, waited 15 minutes for food will go to 145

It's McDonald's, however, I've gone through here numerous times for breakfast, and the girls that are working in the morning shift are to be commended! An example would be today. I got a couple of sausage McMuffins no egg, and a large coffee double milk and sugar. The girl handed it to me but also asked if I wanted to taste it and if I needed to have it adjusted, I replied that I would just prefer that she gave me another few packets of sugar and creamer which she did. I also had to wait for my McMuffins however, I don't necessarily mind that because then I know they're fresh, and she threw in an extra hash brown without asking just for my wait. I stress now that I do not give extra customer service. Gratitude when it's tied to me getting something in return, I was perfectly happy to wait for my muffins and I would have gone and just got sugar extra on my own if I needed it. But the fact that they took the time to ask and to do those little things make the experience a little better when one is waking up in the morning... 👍

I prefer the drive-through. I used to love dining inside as a kid, but as I get older, the inside service gets slower. I don't have any issues when using the drive through needless to say, the food is still good I just don't dine in as often.

I took a small sip of my coffee and clearly tasted like toothpaste or Mouthwash. Pretty sure they spit in it out of pure racism even though I was nice to them.

I have purchased my last egg McMuffin today. The whole reason I continued to buy them was because they used to and I thought they still were pouring a real egg into a round disc. Well this morning I noticed this was no real egg in a round disc - this was the much dreaded preformed egg and therefore today will be my last egg McMuffin purchase

Horrible and rude ignorant staff, especially management . I just lost my mother yesterday in a car accident. Came with my boyfriend to get some food. I sat down to pull up coupons and manager sends staff to try to kick me out for not being customer. Then my boyfriend went to bathroom. After 5 mins the manager and employee go over to the mena bathroom door with spray and then noticed, even knowing he was still on there was loudly talking to each others saying ppl be using this bathroom like it their own bathroom . Very rude I go somewhere to eat and have to hear the staff talk about is to each other lousy saying he must be smoking crack in there.. I am very disappointed.

The drive thru could use a bit of the old leveling out, but the food is just like any other.

Burger was given to me pink. I ate the full fries and half of the burger until realizing it wasn’t properly cooked. I Will not order nothing from this location again!
