Opens at 8am and it gets very busy in the morning. Customer service was great, I got seated right away and order was placed right away. They offer a lot of food for such a great price. The food was fresh! I usually come here around 11am but coming at 8am this time, I noticed a huge difference in the food freshness/taste. The best breakfast in town. Highly recommend

What can I say about IHOP? They never seem to fail, no matter what branch I've been to in different states, their food was delicious, and service very good, and their menu selections can satisfy anyone's tastes! The only problem with this awesome formula is that everyone wants to eat here... so there's usually always a wait time to be seated, which is to their credit on great their food and services are!

My mushroom and spinach Omelette was excellent. Home fries were not to bad a little over cooked. Waitress was very nice and attentive.

Unfortunately, what I encountered left me deeply unsatisfied and disheartened. The visit was marred by both the poor quality of food and the shockingly rude behavior of the restaurant's employees. First and foremost, the food was nothing short of disappointing. I ordered the classic pancake stack, and it arrived lukewarm and undercooked. The pancakes were pale and doughy in the center, ruining the otherwise delightful flavor that I expect from a reputable pancake chain like IHOP. Even the accompanying syrup seemed stale and lacked the rich sweetness I remembered from previous visits. Regrettably, the subpar food was not the only issue I faced during my time at IHOP. The behavior of the employees was truly unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. The hostess was unsmiling and barely acknowledged my presence, making me wonder if I was an inconvenience to her. As I was seated, I noticed several empty tables, but it still took a considerable amount of time before anyone came to take my order. To make matters worse, my server seemed disinterested and impatient when I asked about the menu. It was evident that she was in a rush to take my order, and when I pointed out the undercooked pancakes, she dismissively shrugged it off, claiming it was how they were prepared. I tried to express my dissatisfaction politely, but her response was outright rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the issues didn't end there. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, leading to long wait times for everything, from getting a glass of water to receiving the bill. I observed other patrons also expressing their frustration over the slow service, indicating that my experience was not isolated. Overall, my visit to IHOP was a thoroughly unpleasant one. The combination of unsatisfactory food and the shocking behavior of the employees left me feeling disheartened and disrespected as a customer. I had hoped for a warm and friendly dining experience, but instead, I left feeling disappointed and vowing not to return. I strongly advise others to consider alternative dining options until IHOP addresses these glaring issues with their food quality and employee training.

Absolutely delicious. Unlimited pancakes, 3 scrambled eggs, 4 crispy bacon, huge serving of well done hash browns = 8.99. The waitress was 7 months pregnant and so nice. I would ask for her section. Her name is Danielle. Now back to work for me

Jamie the waitress was exceptional in her service and very hospitable despite wearing an orthopedic boot on her foot. 10/10 for her

The restaurant could definitely use an update and deep clean, but the staff is so pleasant I had to give 5 stars. They are clearly short staffed, but not missing a beat! Will definitely be back soon

I was just there 6:35pm big signs everywhere open until 10pm every day. We went inside stood there for 5-10 minutes no one was around but a cook looking at us. We waited and no one ever came to front. There were no customers there. We walked out. It was eerie. will not bother trying it again.

First, the lady waitress is a complete waste of payroll. She sat us and barely did anything else. Our waiter was a young man, Matt. This kid is far too good for this place. All we saw was him running food, taking orders, attending to customers, and cleaning up. Meanwhile the female waitress was barely taking care of the one table she had. We sat down, our waiter was polite, attentive, gave great recommendations. Because he was running around so much it took him 10 minutes before he could tae our drink orders, and 20 minutes after bringing our drinks to take our food order. We order the quesadilla appetizer, and the 4 people in this group all ordered simple breakfasts. By the way, prices are a bit unreasonable for add-ons. The full breakfast platters that were offered years ago are gone. Now they charge for everything. Best value are the omelettes with pancakes. Seems like a descent amount of food for he cost. But we never got to see it. Unfortunately after waiting 25 minutes for our food, our waiter returned to tell us they didn't have the tortillas for the quesadilla. This means it's been 25 minutes and they haven't even started our orders, since the appetizer was supposed to come out first. So at the prospect of waiting over an hour and 15 minutes for food, we decided to leave. There were only 4 total tables with customers, 2 were already eating, 1 person came halfway during our wait to order food to go. How does this kitchen explain this, what are they doing back there. Meanwhile we overheard the female waitress' table complain they are waiting forever for their coffee and the one order of pancakes was wrong. This place needs to fire everyone, make Matt a manager and find a whole new staff. Never returning to this dumpster fire restaurant again.

Jessica, our waitress was great. It was a slow night, but she brought out our food very quickly and did a great job of checking in to make sure we had enough drinks and if we needed anything else with our meals. Highly recommend! Pancakes were delicious and fluffy, as they almost always are!

We ordered online and they brought it out to our car on time. When we got home to eat and unpack the food we were very impressed how it was all packaged up and how hot it still was. The food was very tasty.

Ok as far as IHOP's goes. Taste like what you expected, nothing ground breaking. The service was ok. The food took longer than usual at this location. This experience was just O.K..

The waitress was so super, very pleasant, knew just how to speak with children, and made a great effort to attend all patrons. The place was a bit empty when we got there, maybe 4:30 on a Fri. afternoon, but slowly customers were coming. She seemed to be the only on on the floor and other employees in the kitchen side. 1 adult, a teen, and 2 under 12 made the bill just break $50 but it was worth it. Some leftovers made it home. Hadn't been here for years but we were in the area and I hate making pancakes. Thanks IHOP crew for delivering pancakes for dinner.

Breakfast prices where extremely cheap compared to portion. Large portions for decent values, you can get flavor, and delicious breakfast food blends not available at other placed. No problems with my food cooking wise, everything was well done. Milkshakes can be pricy though and not as big of a cup as you think.

I came here with my grandson for brunch. Not now. It was wonderful to deal with professional and kind staff. Our order was quickly processed, and the food was served in 10 minutes. The waiter was excellent; although he hadn't forgotten our pancakes, my grandson had picked them up so quickly that they were given to us gratis. At this IHOP, I've never had a poor experience.

Food was great and our server Jamie was one of the nicest people we've ever met! All the staff were pleasant and the gluten free pancakes will definitely get us back there for a family member with Celiac's. Omlette was a great portion too.

Super small hot chocolate, freezing inside, super long wait, asked for a water and it literally took 15 minutes to get. The waitress was complaining about management constantly. The food was good, hot and came quickly. The rating reflects the service and attitude of the servers. Bring a blanket. It was freezing

Absolutely rude employees no direction on being seated waiting several minutes like we were invisible....finally asked how many...its written in a note book no indication how long no one else is around...people come in behind us apparently they are listed in the book but we asked not knowing why they got seated before us employee gets rude to us for asking then turns to tell more employees how we have an attitude with them so they we left. Never ate at an IHOP in my life and now I never will. Perkins was nice walked in got ask how many and was seated and offered drinks in seconds of walking in the door that waitress made 10 bucks tip automatically. Just for her smile.

My daughter loved her cupcake pancake and sausage links. My French toast was so dry and barely had any flavor. I’ll give them a try again but I’m not ordering the French toast. I had to use so much syrup ☹️

Always great service and good food. I have a special needs daughter who tends to take a little longer to eat they never rush us out. All of the staff always seem to be happy to be at work and enjoy their jobs.

Good food and friendly staff. This place is busy most of the time. Call ahead/plan to come early, if not stand in the line.
