You won't get anything but the best of: hospitality, customer service, & a happy atmosphere at this McDonald's location! There is also a Play Place for youngsters at this particular restaurant!

This location constantly is making excuses to not take orders during night shift. They've said they only do door dash, only take cash, only debit cards. Tonight the line was full of cars at 1am and after 15 minutes of the line not moving and no cars being served we find out they're only taking orders thru the McDonald's app and it looked like an employee parked and blocked the intercom to order food on purpose. This store is 24hrs and they will say they're closed for no reason all the time. Managers need to take care of this it's a constant reoccurring problem.

Deserves a 1 star for effort. Place was packed with cockroaches. Crew team was horrible. They always had an attitude. They were extremely impatient. They place anyone as manager. This place has one word to describe it: ghetto. Don’t work there and I recommend not buying from this place.

This has to be the worst experience of my life!!!!!! The workers were very disrespectful an got my order wrong twice, an I had to wait 45 min each time, just for the food to be cold. An the manager didn't even care he was just sitting there on his phone, talking to someone I recommend finding new management an a totally new staff this is absolutely disgraceful

Not a better McDonalds. Extremely slow. No one in parking lot for breakfast now I know why. Staff was friendly. Food was fresh and hot.

This used to be a good McDonald’s not too sure what happened. In the past 5-6 months I have not gotten a single correct order. There was something wrong with each order, some of the issues were minor but there had been times I did not get half my order. I wish the app allowed you to choose what McDonald’s you ordered from. The last order I put in, there was a bone in my nugget. Even going to the store itself you get the same results.

Horrible, horrible, service. I was called privileged by an employee for asking for a cup of water for my daughter. Racist and rude to white people. Beware. Kevin you are a horrible human being and I hope you get fired for how you treated a mom with her child.

Worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to . The night manager is the worst !!!! The way he talks to customers is not it , he purposely makes cars wait on line and has doordashers waiting for the orders on purpose. He would literally scream at whoever and HE IS ALWAYS WRONG !!! I dont know why he hasn’t been fired it’s honestly the worst experience i have ever had going late at nights . If you aren’t happy with your job quit sir ! But Mcdonald’s you have to do something about that !

This place ALWAYS gets my order wrong. The ice cream machine is always in the process of being cleaned. Just ordered a meal from there and literally half my fries were gone and the other half was cold, my quarter pounder was cold and TOTALLY wrong. Didn’t bring my mocha frappe or cookies. This isn’t the first time but this time they said “I complain too much” and only refunded me for my cookies that I didn’t get. This place would be the biggest waste of time and money and has the most STUPID staff that can’t do anything right

Today January 2nd place an order in the Drive-Thru for a quarter pounder only mayonnaise and ketchup no cheese nothing else only mayonnaise and ketchup they didn't put that they just put cheese had to go back to the store ask for the same thing and they still messed it up and they put onions how hard is it I work at a McDonald's in California what a high school and a college right across the street and we didn't mess up that bad they got to have to get better staff it's ridiculous that I have to waste gas to get something that I paid for for them to correct it

After ordering on the kiosk I stood in line 15 minutes watching online orders get handed out. After being patient for about 20 minutes I approached the counter and was handed someone else's food. I politely asked for my money back. I was rudely assisted by someone who never even noticed the order or anything. The kiosk doesn't give receipts, only numbers. After 3 attempts the manager asked me for order again then credited the money back to my account. Major success for McDonald's with online customers. But what about walk in customers??? Is this what customer service is coming to???

It is supposed to be 24 hours. It changed but still says 24 hours. after midnight If you go there it ONLY for Door Dash and other delivery services and if your ordering for yourself your told only Door Dash and Uber. There is No sign that only those services will be served. I think that's bs. 24 hours for any customer is what it was and should be.

This place always get the food WRONG . I don’t know if there going through a crisis at the moment; instead of putting 3 pieces of lettuce let people know you don’t have any ! Also I order condiments didn’t get them and ordered my drinks didn’t get them either and when Doordash heard my issue they gave me credit and when I used to them to get my drink again . It canceled … this place isn’t well managed ; other McDonald’s location are great except for the one on. 4th St

Slow...slow....slow. Falsely advertising as a fast food restaurant. Then once my order was wrong. Another time the frozen Coke was more watery than the soda was. I'll pass next time.

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s location to go to. Staff really unprofessional, very busy all the time perhaps because of the staff. In general not the best save your time and go elsewhere!

Came here at 8:08pm restaurant was dead no one here. Ordered food the food was old and dried out. Ordered food and noticed half off it wasn't in the bag went up to the front and asked for the food and was told it be 10mins. They gave me half of my order thinking I wouldn't realize most of it was not there

Worst McDonald’s i ever been to !!! Not only me my friends and family had the same experienced ! People, families please avoid getting food at this location. staff are very nasty rude and ghetto !!! Especially late shifts just moved around this area my 2nd attempted to buy food shame on me for even trying . Top supervisors, boss any one that’s in charge of these staff and location should def do a big cleaning fire these ppl they don’t like their job ! Ps. the manager of the late shift makes it even worst !! His skills are very poor !

WORST MACDONLADS EVER! I waited in drive thru for 10 minutes at the window after paying, seeing hooligans talk instead of work. Then one wise up and decides to check the bag of food that had been sitting near the window for the past 10 minutes and finally hands me my food. Terrible work ethic.

Terrible elderly lady working the register. Screamed in my face about my drink she forgot. Every I go inside im greated by this mean miserable lady and her attitude is always the same so I had to give her some of her own medicine. And next time im disrespected like that I will give her alittle more of that medicine All huffing and puffing cause your old and busy. Smh can't get help because knowone wants to work with her

Not sure the name of who was serving at the window tonight, but she was extremely pleasant and personable. Hard to find decent service around here let alone in fast food, she should be rewarded for having such a great attitude and demeanor at 3am!! Keep it up girl!

I thought once I became a pescatarian I would never find myself in McDonald's ever again but that is not the case because I enjoy their salads from time to time. They have a great selection and I'm still seeing which is the best.

Manager on by the name perz is very rude. I've been coming here for years and this is the first time I had an issue. She has no customer service skills at all. Just straight rude and in front of the crew. That's great leadership. And I was a manager years ago in a mcdonalds, corporation would never accept this behavior. I will also be sending a letter and email to mcdonalds corp.

I don’t know why I don’t learn my lesson with this place! I use it as an emergency because it’s the closet one to me. Why is the food never fresh? Why are the people who work there so rude and slow! You would think long lines means it’s busy so the food should be fresh! The training class they took shows the did not pay any attention! Why is there more mayo then chicken on my cold sandwich! Why are the fries hard and cold? This is managements fault! You can tell how much work they actually do lol managers are the rudest ones! You guys are getting just as bad as the one on 15th street where they have uneducated ghetto peoples working! Clean up your act you definitely dont wanna be compared to them! I rather travel all the way to Whitehall where they are on point and care about people ! Their fast and the food is always fresh and if there was a complaint they definitely fix it and more with a smile!

Didn't stay just went through the drive thru however the person taking our order could've moved a little faster instead of being in snail pace.

Did a drive-tru order. Had no wait time. Ordered right away with no issues. Paided at first window. 44$ for 3 value meals large. That's the only crazy part. And only sat at the pick up window for like 2 mins. Everything was in the bag and my favorite part French fries right out of the fryer!! Fast food restaurants were always affordable and quick. Only some are holding on to quick anymore.!!! 🍟🍔

Terrible service and I questioned the manager about my food not being in the package and I was rude and in a bad mood. I won't come back. I felt really bad if the employees have personal problems, they shouldn't take them to work because it happens to people.

Usually this McDonald's is kinda ok with a speedy drive through. However if you visit between 12:00am - 1:00am any day of the week it will take about 40 - 60 minutes to get your food. They say it because of Uber Eats and others. Well maybe they should schedule more people at night. I'm the idiot that keeps going back. Hahaha

I hate their fries. But I really love the chicken sandwich. The Drive through at night is very slow sometimes. They never have smoothies or frappes after 10:00 pm and sometimes after 9:00 pm, which is really disappointing. Most of the staff are friendly though.

I tried the new strawberry pie they have when I made a desert run for the house. The service was good and so was the food. I got both apple and strawberry pies and they all came in the apple pie boxes. I was told that there were no strawberry boxes at all and not just there but that McDonald's didn't feel it necessary to make boxes for them. I hope this is not true but if this is true doesn't that open a door for the possibility of accidentally introducing a food allergy and getting a law suit. Does hot coffee ring a bell? You have boxes for your Mc rib that you do not have all the time but not for your pies? Why would you not??? Just weird.

Old stale cold fries. Everything was cold. Most of my order was missing. 3 burgers were wrong. 2 sodas instead of Hi-C. What's going on in there?

They never get my order tight even when i place it online, i asked for a 4c deluxe and they manage to always give the spicy one, when i ask to replace it they just add tomatoes and lettuce leaving the the spicy sauce on the same burger… im just done with this place it’s very disorganized and rude, when you point out the mistake on your order. And now they didn’t even bothered to add anything but pickles and on top of that it was cold.
