Modern, friendly and clean lifting gym with a diverse set of classes. Showers and changing room. Excellent staff.

Between non working hair driers, lack of toilet paper, now clogged showers and instructors that can literally take equipment you are using because they need it, there's nothing to justify the price of the gym When you come in, you can not know if there will be a chance to workout or not. Always a gamble

Nice new equipment, numerous squat racks and deadlift platforms. Ssb, Swiss bar, bumper plates, GHR decks and a nice food bar. Day pass is €15.

This gym is not for bodybuilders. This is a CrossFit gym! Very few machines and all the machines and dumbells are unavailable because of group lessons… This is unfortunately not my type of gym but the decoration and location is impressive. And if you want to train shirtless you can go ahead. It’s allowed to train shirtless. The dressing room is very dirty and unorganised. Boxes and stuff in front of the entrance of the men dressing room… it looks very messy and dirty for a premium gym. The caps of the soaps in the showers are open and the hand soap at the sink was gone. The kind girl at the reception gave me free entrance for 1 day. That’s why I bought a tanktop of 19,99 euros in exchange. This was good 👍

Nice community, professional trainers and friendly engaging staff. Great materials if free weights, rings, bars and boxing is your thing. Enjoy a nice shake or meal afterwards.

I come here for the CrossFit classes. The trainers taught me the technique and I am a lot fitter. Good atmosphere/equipment. I go regularly.

Definitely the best gym in Amsterdam. Access to 3 top gyms and a huge variety of lessons for a very reasonable price. Furthermore, the people are great and the lessons are very fun. Thanks Vondelgym!!

Addicted to CrossFit classes, absolutely fantastic and I should have started years earlier.

Poor maintenance, low standards of hygiene. This place changed a lot over the past couple of months. Certainly not recommending anymore. I will cancel my subscription after 1.5 years.

While in the Netherlands I had the opportunity to visit Vondelgym South in Amsterdam. Great variety of equipment and training; weights area, boxing/muay thai and a crossfit box. If I lived here they would definitely have my membership. Helpful and friendly staff too.

Didn't do a workout here, but I was busting for a pee yesterday and they let me in to use the bathroom. I'd just spent 2 hours on a train and at the station they wanted me to pay to relieve my bladder, so I was desperate. Very friendly staff, I had a hassle-free experience - would definitely recommend
