👍👍 Nick Frese is a master at what he does! He sees exactly where you should improve and shows us why he is a champion, through example. The gym itself is spacious and cozy. Highly recommend the advanced kickboxing and boxing classes.

👍👍 Great squash facilities! There are lots of players, almost to the world-ranked pro level down to the casual player. Great social atmosphere too. Awesome bar and great food. The only thing is that it is super popular and reservations for courts fill up fast.
