Really bad. They deliver phone which I ordered online and which was supposed to be brand new. But which had a broken seal. Then they refuse to replace it with a sealed phone. They have broken the seal and put a screen protector on it but the screen protector has fold in it...hence not professional even. When asked for proper solution they simply say...take it or leave it. Embarrassing service. In case any customer support see this...here is my order number 62519220. I did not want to return it...I simply wanted a sealed phone as advertised. But your colleagues left me no choice but to return it. How can you claim that you seek the WOW factor?!!! All you deserve now is a BOO factor.

Monday 18:00, 3 hours till close. 1 cashier and 1 assistant at returns. 15 minutes and only one person get passed... 30 minutes in total for queue of 4 people.

I had never seen such arrogant people in any customer service desk. They just treat you like you had brought something from their shop and they just did some favor on you. Don’t get trap with their 30 days return policy, if the device comes faulty after your purchase and that too in 30 days from date of purchase, they will force you for the repair option. Cheating customer with false information

Wish i could give zero stars worst worst customer service ever bunch of kids who dont know what they are doing and extremely rude with zero clue how to do their job. Even the staff on the telephone are rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the anxiety and buy online from somplace where they know what they are doing!!!!!!

Too little staff, when someone asks for help, they send them to other employees who are not in the store, and you have to walk all around the store looking for no one. I was waiting more than 30min to be served. Employees have not idea about what are they talking about, and treat customers without respect.

Ordered a new TV from MediaMarkt Online Store, but received from MediaMarkt Outlet. The invoice is from the Outlet as well. It is indeed my fault that i didn't pay attention, check twice when ordering.

Very poor customer service. There was a number system but didn’t look like that means anything. When my turn came I talked to the person at the counter and he said my document is being prepared and asked to wait. I waited for 15 mins and asked if its going to take longer. He said “no, maybe 5mins”. After like 10mins a new set of employees came for the next shift and the guy was gone. I tried to talk to someone else and they just ignored me refusing to talk. Since I had another appointment I just left without getting the work done.

Mediamarket is cheating customer, no one helps customer. They have taken the money from customer for services and not deliver the services. Whenever I am calling them they always say sorry and says 2 days, its doing cheating. All are customer care colleagues are useless and illiterate, does not know to solve the problem. Media market will get bankrupt like other if they dont change the way they operate. SCAM#CHEATERS#USELESS

I love shopping at MediaMarkt. They have a huge selection of electronics and gadgets, from smartphones and tablets to cameras and laptops. The best part is that I can see and touch the products in person, and compare them with other models. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, and they always give me honest advice. It's MediaMarkt, nothing more nothing less. The store looked a bit unorganized and messy when I was there. As I was browsing for a new laptop I found additional info about the different types hard to find. Weird signage and half of the info was not there or missing.

This is one massive store that sells everything electronics and accessories . White foods like microwave. Washing machine etc to computers. You can browse around here for a good hour or 2. The staff when available as the shop is nearly always full of customer's are helpful

Almere Stad is one of my favorite place to shop. They have all kind of stores for clothes, books, gifts food and plenty restaurants and coffee places to enjoy a nice break alone or with good company. Very cozy and nice decorated.
