Total delivery time is 2 and half hours. Needed to call 6 times before they would pick up. Then they tell me the pizza is almost there.. Well that was a lie, because 20 mins later I had to call again. Well eventually they brought our pizza. And it a reheated in the microwave. Trust me, don’t order here. There are way better pizza places.

Best pizza chain in the World. First time I visit in the Netherlands and I can confirm it has the same quality as in other places. The garlic butter is a treasure. The staff here is also very helpful and kind.

They have good pizza no doubt but very bad service. The delivery time was an hour later than promised. When I called they simply said it’s busy. I find that totally unacceptable. They could have at least offered some sort of compensation, instead I got a rude response. So never ordering there for delivery anymore.

I have received chicken pizza and I ordered vegan pizza , the guys don’t seem to care about , when I complained they took the pizza and said you will get money back. It’s been more than 2 weeks no money and now they are saying we can’t do anything about it. So rude. Really bad service and bad people work there. No sense of talk.

Its rare when get yummy pizza with good service. Manager was so nice as staff too.

Ordered Hawaiian and chicken shoarma. Only 10 pieces of pineapple for the Hawaiian and both the pizzas look really sad and unappetising. Also left a note for the delivery person to knock on the window so as to knock wake the baby up, but that was ignored. It's weird because this location always delivers good pizzas. Maybe they had an off day today.

Absolute nightmare dealing with this! Over 3 hours for a pizza is ludicrous and their abhorrent customer service, hanging up calls, is infuriating! A blatant mockery of the concept of service. I would give zero star, if it allowed me to.

We have ordered vegan cheese hot pepper passion pizza and veggie via uber eats. The delivery was very quick & good. It was very delicious, hot and spicy. The garlic cheese dip was super tasty too😊 we enjoyed pizza thoroughly after a very long time. It was worth ordering with the papa Johns and will order more in future. Hope they keep up the same taste, ingredients with love😊 Thank you so much papa Johns team!!!
