Nice new Loetje restaurant in Almere with the familiar Loetje menu. The steak was great as always and I recommend it with the unions as side dish. Fries and salad (also sides) were very good. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I suspect this location will be really nice in the summer when you can sit outside by the water and enjoy your meal or just have drinks.

In the beginning the service was good we were graciously and warmly welcomed by the manager. The food was really good. Only towards the end even when the other customers have left and it was less busy it was a bit hard to get their attention. We were done eating and the dirty plates were not cleared for a while and eventually they did only because we ordered dessert. The Dutch family sitting in the corner room next to us had a slightly better service but I guess we were a little bit forgotten. Overall an okay experience, it can be better but it was not outstanding. Sorry we decided not to tip.

Nice restaurant with a fantastic view on the water. Lives up to their reputation of a good beef, while I liked the vegan 'Kapsalon'.

A very pleasant place where you can choose a different location to relax and eat delicious Dutch cuisine, drink drinks, eat desserts... Cozy booths and tables inside and tables by the water to enjoy the amazing sunset and view of the lake... Attentive staff, large attendance. Large free parking in front of the establishment. Excellent location, great food and drinks. It's right next to the water and you get some amazing views in the evening. Plenty of room inside and outside, and a lot of parking space. The steak is amazing, and they have different sauces and sides you can choose from.

Wonderful location situated at a lake. Unfortunately the expansion of the now ‘brand’ Loetje didn’t have a good impact on the food standard. Yet for those who are not familiar with the high standard of the once typical butchers family driven cafe, it’s still reasonable quality. Yet as prices are rising the value for money is questionable.

Seating was uncomfortable and almost spoilt the meal of which was well cooked but over salted. A waiter also had a cold of some sort due to continually sneezing during the evening. Pre-booking is required if you wish to sit in a standard chair rather than a bar stool type without back support. Although other tables were available we were told we couldn't move to standard chairs until after two hours and we had finished our meal. Disappointed overall.

Staff was super friendly, vegan kapsalon was super delicious! Fair price for all. Atmosphere was nice and cozy. We will come back again and curious for the summer!

Great location with so much potential. The food was just good enough. The staff is friendly but needs to be more attentive. Will definitely be back to enjoy the views during the summer and hope to experience a better service. Keep up the good work Loetje team!

I asked for an uitsmijter with runny yolk. When it came after waiting quite some time, yolk was not runny and parts of the underside of the egg were burnt. Waitress was very quick however when it was noticed our glasses were empty. Not overly impressed for my first visit

Food was OK. Nothing special, basic Loetje fair. Service was great, lots of staff, all very friendly. Beautifully located near the was, so lunch or diner outside is great, but interior is very bland. Not "gezellig" (cozy), canteen atmosphere.

Nice dining experience with awesome desserts. Right on the water.

This is a really nice place. Peaceful, relaxing and you are able to hire Segways for a really interesting guided tour of the local area, boats or even BBQ boats. A great escape from the city.

Amazing surprise on the lake in Almere. The location is wonderful, for a nice day trip, visiting Almere and this beautiful restaurant is quite nice. The food is good, the price are very reasonable and plenty of space for parking the car (even charging stations for electric vehicles). It was a pleasant surprise!

We had a Easter family get together here. Had a lovely table overlooking the water. The service was quick, friendly and efficient. The food was well prepared and tasty. Will definitely come back here and this time for dinner to see the lovely sunset which they have here I am told.

Great place with a beautiful view. The service is great as well. The food was good as well. For 5 stars the fries could be a little more and the side salad should have a dressing.
