This has been the worst McDonald's experience in my life.. 1.I had to wait almost 40 minutes for my food 2. The place was really really dirty, the entire ground was sticky, almost all the tables were full of trash the trashcans were not emptied in a long time and the toilets were so filthy that I just went strsight down to hold in in... 3. The food was not made with the mcdonalds quality I expected, it seems that they just threw all the ingredients into the package and called it a day. 4. A lot of items were not available for ordering, the screen that shows you if you're order is ready was broken and the temperature was unpleasant. I will never ever come back to this restaurant again.

Locked the door just when I arrived, They let someone in just seconds before me. They ate at the location itself. I wanted to get a menu on the go, quickly to Eat at home… employees just waved and laughed. Very unprofessionally while serving the few visitors with what ever they wanted

They never respecr the orders they showed they are ready, that board is to know when it's our order ready. You see it ready, you came to take it and you have to wait another 10 min . And this is happening every time I eat here they aren't just mistakes.

The workers prepare the food here with their bare hands! None of the staff use gloves or disinfect their hands. This is scandalous and disgusting behaviour. The waiting time for the order is also very long, it is better to avoid this place by a wide distance.

The service is disgustingly bad. This may be the worst McDonald's I have ever tried, as per my experience you have to wait for your order for at least 20 minutes minimum, sometimes it can be up to almost an hour, and the staff is not up to par at all.

Went for breakfast here the store was supposed to be open at 9 but unfortunately it was not. When they finally decided to open we could not order yet for unknown reasons the food itself was fine though.

I walked around an none of the tables were clean. I found one that didn't have the sauce from previous visitors, so I took that one carefully. Health hazard And not just for the bad quality of food that lacked any decent preparation.

30 min waiting, also gave me 2 different burgers with different sauce

That location is severely under staffed, full all the time, dirty, broken screens, no one to help and people yelling the numbers because the screens don't work. I'll rather eat anywhere else.

I ordered a take away last night I came back home and I found 1 piece was missing from the order and it was late to go back there, I wasn’t expecting this type of error with a international franchise like McDonald’s… very disappointing.

Rude behaviour from McDonald's employees towards customers.Dirty ,stinky and disgusting toilets .Akward place!

Terrible. Don't go there. A lot of disorganisation among the employees. My order was wrong twice. In a second order for ice creams, they just forgot my order, after 10 minutes waiting I had to ask what was going on. Then the sundae was prepare with a just little chocolate siroop, because when the employee was preparing, the manager said not to put too much. I complained and the employee agreed that was not enough, but the manager requested to save siroop for sundaes. At the end the employee added more chocolate siroop by his own, without the manager to see it.

Not good, a lot of food was unavailable and the toilet was closed. The invalid toilet had no toilet paper. It was dirty.

Not sure what it is the difficult on making a simple sundae, 20 minutes later I had to ask and received a terrible one.

We went there once a year ago and had to wait more then 40 min for food. Last week we decided to try again but this time we were not even able to go in. We were turned away by the thuisbezorgd delivery drivers sdtanding at the door, saying that we can not go inside because its too busy.

I hope that there will be more staffs working in this branch. The place is dirty, the toilet is bad, and you can feel that it is sticky everywhere. Sadly, it is not a restaurant I will enjoy eating at.

After waiting 20 minutes they give me both burgers I ordered wrong and have to wait more time. Standing there with no ventilation and was really hot. They did not give me nothing for all the waiting and trouble. I remember they used ti give you at least a soft cone.

Probably one of the worst Mcdonald's i've ever been to or heard about. Waiting times are indeed long especially if you're waiting for an order, it's like they purposely ignore thuisbezorgd workers. It's almost like the staff is over worked to the point that they just don't care anymore. Whoever is managing this place, do better, or just quit and give a better manager.

Worst place, you can ever take something to takeaway missing drinks, pancakes, sauce. Missing salads in hamburger. Lesson learned - never leave whit out checkout what's in the bag.(sauce you see in photo is mine)

What you see is veg hcc Greek which is not comparable with its fake picture. It's terrible. You would get so much better sandwiches in other places with much more quality. It's wasting time and money.

Visited McDonald's in Almere Center today and was very disappointed and angry. Long wait, poor service, employees who are engaged in personal communication rather than service, food was tasteless due to standing for a long time: fries cold, burger not tasty, ketchup packaging not convenient, tea cold, order number mixed up in a chaotic order. No napkins, no straws, no sugar for tea, nothing!!!!!!!!! for a long time discouraged the desire to come to the chain of restaurants! thank you
