We
booked
a
3-night
stay
here
for
our
anniversary.
It
was
a
disappointing
experience.
The
staff
were
all
nice
and
friendly,
but
there
were
so
many
miscommunications
and
unmet
expectations.
We
booked
the
couple's
package,
which
was
supposed
to
include
a
3-course
dinner
for
each
night.
We
were
told
on
the
first
night
at
dinner
that
this
had
changed
to
just
one
entree
each.
We
were
then
told
on
the
second
night
at
dinner
that
there
was
a
$5
surcharge
on
the
steak.
The
service
itself
was
also
inconsistent
-
servers
don't
ask
if
we
want
salt,
pepper,
ketchup,
sugar/milk,
etc.
One
server
misidentified
the
food
in
the
high
tea
set.
The
package
was
supposed
to
include
a
complimentary
product
worth
$75,
but
at
check-out,
the
staff
member
had
no
idea
what
we
were
talking
about.
There
was
no
acknowledgement
either
that
we
were
celebrating
an
anniversary
-
I'd
expect
something
small,
even
a
token,
as
part
of
the
customer
service.
The
experience
left
a
bad
taste
in
my
mouth.
It
was
a
shame
that
our
anniversary
had
to
be
spent
at
a
place
like
this.
I
would
say
that
anyone
who
chooses
to
stay
here
should
be
very
careful
and
ask
lots
of
questions,
because
what
is
communicated
is
not
what
you're
going
to
get.
