The person who took order & the person who served are not well trained or alert. We order 2 nasi lemak sotong crispy & 1 nasi lemak. The server brought one nasi lemak sotong crispy and 1 nasi lemak. Then she went off. Then I have to go to the counter & asked about the other nasi lemak sotong crispy. The staff just said 'oh kurang satu'? I wonder why they wrote down the order if they were not going to read them carefully. And they took so long to prepare the missing nasi lemak whereas most of the dishes were already pre-cooked. Two of us already finished our meals when they served the missing nasi lemak. The least they can do was to speed up the serving of meal when a customer come to the counter & informed short one plate of meal served. I don't think I will come back to the cafe in future. Not a good first experience for the price charged.

Ordered food but changed due to unavailability. Then ordered 3 plates of nasi lemak, 2 came and went forth to remind the staff that the order is short by one plate. They ignored my order and served everyone else that came after us and the one plate only comes after my family had finished eating and we're about to leave. The nasi lemak is pre-prepared food just need to put the stuffs on the plate but took as long as cooking it from scratch. Its my first time trying out the shop but not going there again as my experience there is horrible. For the price charged, nothing special about the food offered. I could get similar or better food elsewhere in town. Not going to miss the place. For the service, i rather give it a miss 😐👎🏻

Food a lot of menus first of all in the alor setar. Very friendly staff. An interesting and easy store to go repeat. Fast food arrives. Very tasty. I always come. The most interesting chicken chop and blended water

First time makan sini lps byk kali lalu kat fyp tik tok,char koay teow mmg sedap,tapi harga utk special mcm agak kurang bahan dia, mgkin patut tambah sikit lg bahan dlm tu,baru kena dgn nama special dia, service agak cepat walaupun org ramai,blh diperbaiki lg, recommended pada sesiapa yg dtg ke alor setar.
