Location is right next to where I worked so I was excited to join. I use the Peloton bikes in the back of the gym area. One month in, one of them broke. 2 weeks later, the other one broke. It’s been well over a month and no effort has been made to repair either one. I will be cancelling our family membership soon for a different gym who cares about having equipment that works.

Has everything you need for a gym but my main Attraction is the pool which is such a good size and how clean this place is. I would love to be a member but it's too far for me (45 mins drive one way)

I like this place especially outside pool but I can’t say all staff here is nice. Some teenager lifeguards have attitudes, not friendly at all. The way she talked to kids, I wouldn’t hire her to the outside pool position. An old lady in the play center is not friendly, no smiles,, and my kids didn’t enjoy the time there for the first time. That made me sad because they were really excited about the play center. I will not leave my kids there if she’s still there next time. So disappointed.

If you are joining for swiming lessons, its big no. lessons will be cancelled at last minute. For the lessons which got cancelled we never got response back to rescheduled lessons inspite of chasing for 2 months. If there is storm they will schedule something known as dry lessons, which is merly playgroup area in one of room. waste of money

They constantly close early for Unscheduled maintenance?? Today Aug 13 indoor pool closed 3:30p instead of 4pm? What major unscheduled maintenance can’t wait 30min? Probably wanting a head start cleaning since it’s Sunday. Extremely inconvenient as they locked all the doors and now u can’t access the outdoor pool from the inside. I’m told they will close the pool for maintenance Aug 18 -31 anyway.

The one woman who is Hispanic ethnicity in the camp setting is very rude, always has an attitude, and is biased towards children. Several occasions she said things to my daughter rudely and with an attitude even asking her if she is smart or has common sense when child has a diagnosis. Brought this directors attention and nothing happened. After school care Ms.Rose is equally horrible and gives off racist vibes. She treats minority child unfair. Do not use for after school care.

I was going to a funeral in Georgia and I am from ohio our hotel room was not ready thank goodness for my YMCA membership we came in under nationwide membership. The staff was very nice, the facility was clean and very busy. My family said it looks like a mall. I just want to say thank you we were able to make it to the funeral on time.

The classes keep on getting cancelled and they will not notify you also. On other hand at least one of the teacher is rude and disrespectful. He takes sports sampler classes. He will cancel class without apologizing and at the same time if you get late by 5 mins he will not let you in. The membership is not worth at all. Definitely not recommended

Nice clean facilities. It is a plus that they have an outdoor pool and a splash for kids. Swim area is somewhat limited but reasonable enough when there is not too many people around. 1 less star due to shower area not being heated. Feels freezing cold right after you get inside from the outdoor pool.

This YMCA branch offers free 2 hours daycare for the little ones. Perfect for parents who wants to include exercise into their daily routine.

My son really loves the wall climbing here. Today we drove a great distance to this YMCA for wall climbing but unfortunately, without proper shoes on my son. The place was very nice to lend my son the shoes so he could climb.

I have signed up both my boys for the basketball program at the YMCA and so far I am very pleased. The staff has been great and all the parent coaches and volunteers have been fantastic! Looking forward to a great season!

Great facilities, just wish they kept outdoor pools in all locations open later since our weather is so amazing.

Great facility. Very clean and open. Work out equipment is phenomenal and the extra wide lanes in the pool is awesome

So you can enroll online for a membership but to cancel you need to visit a YMCA location. WOW!! Good way to keep steeling money.

The Y closes at 5p and the pool closes at 430p on Sundays. But in this Sunday, to the pool was closed at 4:20p. I was so looking forward to having a quick soak at the hot tub and very disappointed. 9/12/2023 1pm. Well, I was here today well before closing and surely I'd be able to use the pool. No luck. The indoor pool was closed because there was thunder nearby and the pool was not grounded. I am sure Y has done cost benefit analysis and determined it's not worthwhile to ground the pool. The pulse detector has been missing at one stairmaster for a while now. The touchscreen wasn't working either. The hand strap has also been missing at the flexcore machine for a while.

P eople at the reception do not know most of the information and do not know where to direct a person if they have difficulties. I had difficulties with entering my personal office, they did not help me when I came. I also came to inquire about a special offer under which I was told to contact the reception, the people there did not know about it. Also, I spent a lot of time to find my training hall, because the person at the reception did not direct me correctly, and the names of the halls were written incorrectly in the app. I also spent about two hours today to find exactly my technical support on the website.

Very friendly people and they are very helpful. We also are members so that we can exercise and go swimming, if we choose. We were pleasantly surprised at the size, it is much bigger from inside than out.

Great site adjacent to green way trails. Outdoor/indoor pool. Nice treadmill view. Rick climbing wall!

😐 Since I joined in October 2019, this gym has gone down hill. I originally joined for the free weights and kickboxing class. Since the pandemic there has not been a mask mandate and nor do they social distance or limit number of members for kickboxing class. The gym is also dirty, every blue moon one...

👍 Such SUBSTANTIAL improvements and updates were made since I last reviewed this location. Not just with equipment but also the flooring ~ No more nappy carpets..! 😠 This place has become a zoo. So many rude teens and doing dumb things by the spa and pool area. The staffs at night shift should enforce the policy strictly. Also, for some reason all the friendly night shift staffs were all gone. Now they have a very unfriendly lady at the front desk. Please provid...

👍👍 This was my first workout in almost a year, honestly I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to keep up! Coach was not only encouraging and supportive throughout the class, but he challenges you to push yourself to achieve your goal! Even though it was a group environment, which can be intimidating, everyo...

Quality of the gym overall is good, nice equipment and facilities but the customer service is most important to...
