Location is great, rooms are big. Downfall customer service and employees extremely rude. Cleanliness awful. We had stains on all linen. I understand since covid things have changed. But do not expect them to clean room if your are there a week. Even if you put in a request which there is a assign stating you can.

I stayed here several years ago and had a great experience. HOWEVER, the mattress was horribly worn and uncomfortable, had a deep depression in it (unfortunately I didn't realize it until bed-time), told the front desk the next morning and they offered to move me but I only had 1 night left and didn't want to repack everything. There was award smell in the room, fortunately I had spray with me. Won't return.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. On the day of our check-in we were informed that our reservation was canceled. No prior notification was sent to us. The worst of all is that at the day of our check-in the hotel had rooms for new reservations. If you are considering this hotel, I suggest not doing business with this location at all.

The positive first - Customer service was awesome, the lady at the reception was polite and went out of her way to provide excellent service. Cons: Oi! Bed had very hard box and the soft top was shorter so getting in and out was a tad bit painful if not careful, carpet didnt look cleaned, neither was the bathroom cleaned properly, shower curtain did not stay as designed causing a lot of work post-shower by kids! One of the bed spread looked like wasn’t washed ( just stripped and used another) but kinda made us iffy about what else wasn’t washed or properly cleaned but they looked clean so we are going trust and we always use our own so. Weirdly couldn’t use any plug point attached to the lamps for Apple chargers. One of the lamps had differed lights (white and yellow) wasn’t sure if it was intentional. But with all this, it was a good stay.

The room was spotless, and did not have that hotel smell! Breakfast was tasty. Front service desk associate Elaine was kind and helpful. The associate who put together the breakfast bar today and yesterday was sweet. Just an overall great two days spent here. Will recommend as well as stay here again when we are back in the area. Thank you for hospitality!

The hotel was amazing and I had the wonderful experience. I spent one night and It was relaxing. In the morning they serve breakfast in the breakfast room and it was served fresh and delicious and it was warm.

Specific to our stay, I hope they take steps in the future to ensure the cleanliness of the rooms. There was an old wash rag covered in dirt and makeup left hanging on the shower head. The rag had been left long enough that it was stiff. I reported this to two front desk employees and showed one employee the picture that I took to which they replied that they were sorry (which was nice). I’m not quite sure what I expected in their response, but nothing else was done or said to put my mind at ease. I think I was a decent sport about in general, but it certainly calls in to question the level of detail and care given to cleaning the rooms. I’m not particularly picky, but that was really gross and since I just opened an account with IHG, I suppose I expected better treatment. This experience definitely causes me to question whether I chose the right hotel chain to open an account with. In general, it’s time the hotel received some updates. Had the dirty wash rag incident not happened, I would have rated this hotel adequate. It’s not remarkable either direction (positive/negative)

Customer service is very friendly, courteous and professional. Hotel is very clean. Room very clean and cozy. Breakfast is available. They have different menu options on the hot buffet every day. I recommend to anyone.

Breakfast by far was the best breakfast experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely will come back to this holiday in on my next visit to Alpharetta, GA

The hotel is in a decent area. When we arrived, the trash bin at the front door was overflowing. The next morning it was the same, not the best first impression. I have a service dog, and advised the person at the front desk when checking in. He said he needed to see a card or certification. I advised him that cards are not issued. He did not ask further, but it's not permitted to ask questions like this. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. I've had much better experiences than this one. I had a room reserved for next week on my return trip, I've cancelled it and am going with a different hotel.

I stayed 1 night. The bathroom had issues…the toilet tank cover did not fit properly and the toilet kept running every time we flushed. There was mold growing all along the bathtub caulking. The ceramic on the tub was chipped off near the top. That being said, the room was very clean, comfortable, and the staff were great.

Filthy room - old, used baby wipes and garbage under the bed, old soap in the shower, and grimy. They checked my room out to someone else so in the middle of the night strangers walked into our room. My children were petrified! We got a free bottle of water for our worries. Far below what I'd expect from Holiday Inn.

Hotel was fine, but some equipments missing such as tv remote, dripping water from tap and no creams and lotions. But the stay was good other than that. The 80year oils lady working in the cafeteria is the limelight of this hotel. Very sweet person and working very hard appreciated.

Room was very oddly laid out, sink not in the bathroom and no place to hang towels by the sink, had to go into the bathroom/shower to drive your hands. No sick I. The kitchenette and TV was in the corner. Breakfast was good
