This place have huge space, for dining and sufficient number of staff for easy and speedy services . the waiting time seems almost same for all similar food venues. and inside is well maintained and still having register for coming customer as a part of covid protocol which seems rare nowadays in hotels and cafes.

I rarely rate 1 STAR to a restaurant or any food spots. The experience from Chicking Aluva via Zomato was terrible. I ordered a pizza Margherita. I got the order at right time but there was no taste and authenticity. Dint find right ingredients and pizza base was not properly cooked.

Boasted Chicken and other Dips, Drinks are very Tasty and Good Quality. But the neatness inside the chicking outlet is not good. I think they started this outlet 12 or 13 years ago. After that not even maintenance has been done. Therefore, its lack of cleanliness can be seen there.

Got spoiled chicken and mayonise...I don't know what happened to chicking Aluva,this is the first time we experiencing this bad..I think the management is changed...very bad food, will lead to other diseases of we had this..ZERO RECOMMENDATION.BEWARE OF ALUVA CHICKING

One of the worst restaurant experiences, consecutively for the third time within a month. 1) Chicking boasts of combo offers, but whenever we try to order a combo, staff says some item of combo is missing (giving silly excuses like bun is not available). Forcing customers to order each item of combo at much higher price. Feels cheated every single time. 2) When we try to order anything from counter, counter staff says someone will come to take order from table,but nobody comes until we complain several times. 3) Evenafter ordering, food is served soooo late. I am writing this review sitting in chicking after waiting for more than 40 mins for my order.

Today Visited chicking after many years. We Had to wait 45 minutes for on table dining with only 3-4 tables occupied in the restaurant, and the piece we got was bad both quality wise and quantity wise- didn't match the branding they have done. Totally turned down 👎 our mood. Never to any chicking Store again.

Decent quality food but huge waiting period. Flaiming Grilled turned out to a desaster finaly. Still staf's were friendly and has decent parking space too.

I am a regular customer of chicking, they are delivering hot and tasty foods and my family loves it. But today i had a bad experience from chicking aluva. While taking food i requested one glass of water but the attended staff told me that only bottle water is available. What they are telling is their water dispenser is not working !!!. I surprised 😟. I told them to deffinitely i will complaint this to your management but their response is cool and i had messaged their Director also , but the response is same. If their water dispenser is not working they should find other option to solve out this. I am very sorry to say that this type of pathatic incidencce from a reputed firm!!!!!!!

Ordered Veg Exotica Pizza through Zomato. The Doug was thin and well cooked. But the pizza tasted blunt overall.The toppings were fresh but lacked flavor, may be because of the sauce used. Pizza from Lulu seems to better than this and is more value for money than this one!!!

Good ambience for family. Timely served. Normally, from kochi area, we have felt the flour amount is higher and becomes full without having much chicken inside. But over here, everything was apt... Staffs has to be trained on the summarising part, since we had some confusions between what was served and taken parcel during check-out

Nowadays Chicking service is pery poor staff won't take the orders correctly and best part is they won't serve the food we orders for they just serve whatever comes into their mind. I visited the store on 30/09/2023.I almost waited for 1 hour to get my food served. They didn't actually serve the food I asked for so even after 1 hour I again waited for another half and hour to get my correct order. Staff in the shop is so irresponsible. Please don't visit shop located in Pulinjod Aluva. Quality of the grilled chicken served is so poor.

The outlet definitely needs a refurbishment. Broken doors, untidy counters. Had got a combo and asked them to get it ready in 15 minutes. Was back after 15 minutes and the parcel was still not ready although there were no customers to be seen around.

I created an account just to warn people to stay away from this chain. It used to be of a good standard however my recent experience has lead me to be incredibly ill from the food, whether it is the poor hygiene of the restaurant or the poor quality of the chicken they use. Please please please stay away. I wish I had listened to the recent negative reviews when dining, however I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt.

I like the offer here on Monday, Wednesday and Friday but I have a doubt, that I’m thinking 🤔 why the taste/size/piece varies from the non-offer days, I don’t know🤷‍♂️, anyway I like the fried Chicken🍗, it’s just awesome😋 and it’s just big on non-offer days, during the offer period there were so many small pieces like small leg and wing pieces are available and I don’t like that, anyway they got the best recipes and I’m loving🥰 it and I tried not only the fried Chicken🍗, I tried ‘Mexicano Pizza🍕 Burger🍔’ literally it’s a burger🍔 but it tastes like pizza🍕 too, anyway it’s good and they got a spacious children’s play area as well, overall good 👍.

Good atmosphere. But their AC is not working properly, feels like sitting in a oven. When I visited before 4 months the situation was same.The manager told us that they are not providing needy to maintain AC

Worst experience. Food quality was superb like always but amenities was too poor. None of the AC was not working properly. Too hot inside. No plain waters were supplied. Even I requested one glass of plain water they show me it’s empty. Pathetic experience.

This is a very good place for family get-together. Too much delay in order delivery and delay in taking orders. But you need patience to wait to get your order served.. too much delay...... This restaurant with takeout dishes is suitable for those visitors who like to eat on the go. Tasty food and fresh items including Mojitos available here..but not always....The high ratings of ChicKing would be impossible without the gracious staff.

I had a poor experience in the Aluva branch of chucking. As I walked in I observed Mr Alwin the manager I suppose dipping his finger in paste and licking. Further on request to avoid wings in the bucket order his attitude was so uncustomer friendly. Please train the restraint manager to be more hygenic and respectful to customers

PLEASE DON'T BUY FOOD FROM THIS PLACE. The food delivered to me from CHICKING ALUVA was high in salt making it awful to eat. The worst part is that they didn't even cared about the complaint when raised via phone. Their attitude was like do whatever you can we don't have anything to do.
