We ordered chicken ginger and two garlic naan and one on hand roti, raita. The manager was very attentive and polite. They served us our order in about twenty to twenty five minutes. On the naan, I have a little disagreement that the naan should look like naan and not yeast bread. Meaning the name was very finely/thinly made. As a goodwill gesture, the manager served us a plate of salad for free (because I had told him that I write a review on Google which has reached millions of views). who appeared to be a very good-natured and interesting person. On our request, we were served tea, what a delicious tea that relieved all the fatigue of Imran Khan's Rahim Yar Khan rally. Well, when we wanted to present the bill, we found that our order had given it free. Despite my repeated requests, the manager Mohammad Ramadan did not pay the bill. Thus, our visit to the Royal Desert Palm Hotel today came to an end. The location of the hotel is convenient and in the main area. Bake House Bakery is just in front. Money is a super store. The reception was great. However, according to the cashier, the online bill payment facility was not available today. However, they served us bread twice and some lattes, so we decided to eat more. Manager Muhammad Ramzan is an active guy, simply an amazing manager,I enjoyed visiting the r restaurants.

One of its kind, quality facility at Rahim Yar Khan city. I liked their rooms, service, food, staff behavior & professionalism. All that was much better than my expectations. They got an in house gym facility too. I liked attention to details and it seems like some experienced manager is managing it. They got marriage halls too and ample parking space with guards. I felt major space of improvement in room cleaning. I badly felt the need of mats outside washroom too.

So we went to the Iftar Buffet at Desert Palm. The only good thing was their ambience and interiors. The staff was clueless. Tasteless, bland food. Only two tables for a full house Buffet like for 100 to 150 people, no spoon, plates and glass replacements for ages. In start, there was just one buffet table serving food and people were pushing in line like its some sort of fish market. No respect or dignified person would dare to stand in this line fighting for food. No Value for money. We went in a group of 20 to 25 people. Spent 50k on buffet but this is seriously one of the bad experiences I've ever had in Pakistan. Money wasted seriously. If you are going for the ambience, then its good. Food and Service are so Poor. Ambience 7/10 Food 4/10 Service 2/10 Never going again.

Situated on Brand Road, famous brand, ATMs and Mosque are just on few walking distance. Staff is very supportive and courteous, rooms are spacious and clean ! Stay at Palm View will never disappoint you and your family

The management betrayed us, they charged extra monay for Driver as they didn't told us while booking two sweet room there. Extra bed provided in the rooms were dirty and a bad smell was in it. We did dinner there, food quality was satisfactory.

I have had several experiences with desert palm hotel since it was new in the ryk city and I would say that they have maintained their standard especially when it comes to customer services and food.

In South Punjab of Pakistan, it is the best hotel. Few years back we have 5 days Leadership Conference there. All Perticipates and faculty enjoyed to stay there. It's hard to believe that place such a in this area you find very good hotel, very friendly offical and all staff of the hotel.

Being a foreigner I couldn't stay due to not having a police certificate being from Australia I actually don't need one. Restaurant is good though just if you want your change make sure you ask,not the first time this has happened

The rooms are pretty decent. It's value for money. Location is good as it's near the markets. They really need to upgrade their washrooms. Food is quite off. Dine out if you stay. Service is at par with the best. From ops managers to servers. All are welcoming and friendly yet professional. Have room to improve.

Booked a wedding hall. It was spacious and was indoor which was perfect for winter season. Plus the waiter's and chefs were friendly and welcoming. Food was amazing and they had wide varieties of food to eat.
