I have always loved KFC. We decided to try their new fries. We ordered chicken, biscuits, fries, gravy and the cookies. The only things worth eating were the cookies as everything else was soooo greasy it was hard to hold let alone eat. I think KFC has seen its best days way in the past and should just close the doors. We ordered online, and I was there at the time requested to pick up the order. The order had not even been started. Once they handed the order to me, I started to check the order and she told me she forgot a piece of chicken. So she fixed that. Then I asked about the cookies and gravy, and she went back and grabbed another bag to add to the order. I was the only customer inside. Needless to say, no more KFC for this family.

KFC is International fast food chain known for its unique taste and quality. KFC Rahim Yar Khan is a well maintained and managed outlet providing good quality service. Staff is friendly and helpful. A good choice for a quick bite.

Same good quality as they offer in big cities. Service is slow, gave us wrong order which they changed upon complaint.

We have visited tomorrow, the First of all, there was a rush at the ordercounter, because they weren't taking orders When we asked, they told us that they will take the order after 30 minutes due to the shift change, we ordered Twisters which were much lighter than ever before 5 to 6 small pieces of chicken in a whole roll, no salad and sausages at all, cold drink was like sweet black water with ice cubes floating. Had a very bad experience.

Xtreme duo box is a really reasonable deal for two persons. It's an all-rounder since it comes with burgers, fries, fried chicken and drinks. There's no way for two persons to enjoy a good meal in just Rs. 1270/- these days. It never disappoints, ever. 💓

I don't know why Brands underestimate Rahim Yar Khan and choose smaller places for business. Good place for dine in alone or with children but with family you can have privacy issues as it is pretty congested and seating is also not that much comfortable. Service also has so called Pakistan's shade in it. Taste wasn't good. Like many other places, they also disown customers who come on bike and no proper parking for bikes, only formality. Delivery service and mobile is pretty poor. You can choose it if you want to have a delicious bite in economic budget. Better place for friends but not for family even after having children playing area.

We had one of the worst experiences in this branch of KFC. Even the KFC branches on the motorway have better service than this one. It was completely jam-packed but they had only a handful of employees working. There was no table service and we had to wait for so long just to get our order. They first told us it would take 20 minutes, then 15 more minutes and it still wasn't ready. The staff was also very rude and non-cooperative and I did not see the branch manager anywhere. Food was okay but the ice cream was very bad. The air conditioning also did not seem to work properly as it was really hot inside. Definitely not recommended.

It was a good experience to have a dinner take away from KFC rahinyar khan. The staff was cooperative and professional. The atmosphere was good but due to crowd, the air conditioning wasn't working properly, which washed away the makeup of ladies :-D
