Disappointing breakfast. Having a great Instagram presence I have been wanting to visit here for some time. It’s just a shame it didn’t live up to the hype. The place itself was lovely, garden laid out nice and very big friendly. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Service was haphazard, food came before our drinks, then no cutlery, no sugar, no sauces, so each time we was trying to flag down the staff to get these essentials. Food itself was very average. Cold toast, watery cold poached eggs and dry horrible catering sausages. As the staff and place was so friendly it’s a 3 stars, and I just hope this was an off morning for them. Wouldn’t come again unfortunately.

A lovely breakfast. A small full English with a tea or coffee for £7- perfect! We sat in the delightful little hideaway garden and the service was very friendly. Made a great start to a lazy Sunday!

Food was delicious, staff were very nice. It was a bit of a long wait for our food though.

Fabulous place in Belper, fantastic breakfast, excellent prices and superb staff, Luis served us twice in a row and couldn't do enough for us. Only wish I lived nearer, I'd be in there all the time!

Had a very nice Latte and slice of victoria sponge.. Table service is normal at this Caffe. They pay attention to any allergies.. The food is well prepared and presented. If you are in Belper it is well worth a call

Been here a few times recently. The breakfasts consist of sourdough toast that could break the strongest of teeth and eggs which taste strange. Decided to have something else and the wind knocked it off the flimsy table it was on, not a reassuring word from staff or a solution really still charged full price for it even though most of it was on the floor. When we first started going it was lovely outside but it’s not been maintained the chairs and cushions are dirty, most umbrellas don’t work and tables worn. The condiments come in a rusty bucket and isn’t checked often enough as it’s mostly full of empty packets. One off the bucket list I suppose, won’t be back!

Been here a couple of times now just for breakfast so far, the breakfast is delicious and good value for what you get, I couldn't pick a favourite item on the breakfast because they are all delicious, the homemade biscuits that accompany your coffee are also delicious, can't fault the place,will definitely visit again.

Six of us visited for Sunday lunch yesterday, and while most of the group were happy with their meal, mine was very disappointing. I ordered the vegan sweet potato wellington, and was shocked to see it was just very thick slices of sweet potato and beetroot, wrapped in pastry. The pastry was also soggy, so all round the dish was poor. I was disappointed at the effort that was put into the vegan sides too. The rest of the group were given yorkshire puddings, cauliflower cheese, mash, roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips, greens and red cabbage. I was given greens, red cabbage, and some poorly made roast potatoes. Vegan mash is very easy to make, and carrots and parsnips should be a given. We also had to wait an hour before our food was brought out and nobody came over to take second drinks orders in the nearly 2 hours that we were there. On a positive, the actual restaurant is beautifully decorated and everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. I wont personally be returning and wouldn't recommend any vegans/vegetarians do either

Went for breakfast today. Went for the mini English breakfast. I didn’t like 3 items on the meal and I asked if these could be swapped out. They said I would have to pay to add any swaps. My plate looked embarrassingly empty. Wrong sauce brought to the table. Staff didn’t seem very interested and appeared to avoid eye contact when wanting further drinks. Not very satisfied. Also would have liked a latte with breakfast but they only include a tea or americano, the latte was 20p more on the menu. Very stingy.

Me and my friend had a fish finger sandwich each. We questioned if it was genuinely cod as the fish dry, grey and chewy like pollock. The chef said it was cod and nothing more was said about my complaint. The waitress was very nice, but the manager failed to deal with our complaint. We will not go there again.

I've been here a few times before, but today was just the worst experience. First, we sat down waiting on the menu for over 10 mins and got up to get it as they didn't bother. When they served our coffee, one of the saucers was filthy. The sausage and bacon were overcooked (dry),the pouched egg one over cooked and the other one undercooked, also hashbrowns were missing, and all they could say was sorry, and to pay full price was just unfair. The place itself is dirty, spiderwebs were everywhere. Coffee was good that’s all.

Great service and wonderful food. Vegetarian and dietary restrictions are not a problem at all. Would highly recommend!

Second time at Nourish 44. I haven't been disappointed. I had the cruffin (croissant muffin). Fabulous idea. Pastry was a bit tougher than a croissant. It was coated in cinnamon sugar and stuffed with a lovely berry cream. The cream was rich and very sweet. I loved it. I also had the honeycomb hot chocolate. It was very sweet. Almost too sweet. Served at the perfect temperature. My only complaint is that the size of the hot chocolate was not big enough.

We had a fantastic meal on Saturday night. Delicious food, beautifully presented and tasted amazing - compliments to the chef. Great service too and lovely atmosphere with live music. Definitely highly recommend!

Quite possibly the best meal I’ve had in a while. Highly recommended the “Macho Burger” it’s so flavourful yet so light. The staff are absolutely lovely and nice chilled music. Perfect for a quick summer bite. Great atmosphere! Amazing food really amazing!

Stopped here for coffee after getting off the train at Belper. Good prices, good coffee and dogs welcome. Plenty of service staff who were friendly too. Would come back if in the area again

A lovely place to stop off and eat whilst you're shopping. Not loud with people talking in background and with music on. Went for the soup this time and it was really nice especially the cheese scones. A place to keep revisiting for sure. :)

Used to really enjoy this place but unfortunately had a bad experience where I paid for extra bread with my meal and then due to an issue with their till/ticketing system didn't get it. The waitress then acted like I was trying to rip them off for a couple of quid for the bread... Had to go downstairs and join a long queue again to get what I originally asked for. didn't receive any apology to acknowledge the fault. Didn't like how the issue was handled whatsoever so won't be returning

Beautiful food. Service great. Price food Best breakfast we have had for a long time, eggs were amazing loads to go at. Coffee was lovely too Cant wit to go back

Today 13th August 2022 I had a very pleasant experience in this Outstanding Establishment. Service, Food & Athmosphere was Exceptional.

Excellent menu selection. I had the seared salmon Caesar salad my partner had the chicken liver and almanac pate, both very very tasty. My only issue with the salad was far too much dressing. I had to ask for a clean knife, mine was quite dirty.

First time coming here and was really really nice. Looks lovely and modern inside and was served very quickly. Food portions was very good too had a veggie breakfast unfortunately couldn’t finish it all 🤣. The young staff were warm and friendly I’ll defiantly be returning in the future ☺️

Visited for lunch on a sunny September day out. What a great discovery. Fabulous, attentive service and my flat white coffee was hot with a lovely flavour. I only had a scone, jam & cream as rushing, but all was lovely & not overly expensive. I'll definitely visit again on my next visit.

We've visited twice here now with a baby and had different things off the menu, we've been greeted by friendly smart staff and found the bistro/restaurant to be clean and well decorated. We found the food to be outstanding and with large generous portions. Beautifully presented and a delight to eat. Great value

First visit here. It's a lovely cafe with a good choice of lovely looking food. I had a full English breakfast. It was very tasty. They have a huge outdoor area around the back too. I would have given it 5 stars , but the music is set far too loud. I was sitting just over 2 MTRS from a speaker, to the back of me. I found it hard to hear my friend talk and couldn't wait to get outside to find some peace. I would recommend it. I will mention the music when I go again , or ask for a quieter place to sit.
