Bought tickets online to a film. When we arrived they had given away our seats due to a problem with there system. They would not refund our money, they had no procedure to do this. Ruined our evening and they would not own the problem. If you buy a ticket online there is no guarantee that you will get a seat.

I love watching movies here! "De Lieve Vrouw" presents the good kind of films: The independent ones from all over the world and the ones nominated for the Oscars. The films are oriented to a different audience. The audience that goes to the movies because of quality, not to eat pop-corn and make noise. The cinema is quiet. It is clean and cozy. No food smell or pop-corn noise. Volunteers are always helping here and I am thankful. I agree with some reviewers about the phone calls' or waiters' service. It seems like the people on the phone do not like to speak English and some young waiters can be rude (girls and boys). But it depends on the individual and not on the cinema. Therefore, it is good for the direction to read our reviews. Perhaps during their meetings they could discuss about "Customer service".

As a tourist just walked around the tower. There are many spots around for food and drinks. Would have been nice to have easy access to some history about this location. (ex. use visible qr to info site)

Old-fashioned interior, old fashioned guests and old-fashioned movies. Just the way I like it. Affordable drinks. Very friendly staff. Chairs in the lobby were a bit uncomfortable. Chairs in the cinema were very comfortable. Clean, spacious toilets. 7/10 would go again.

We had a “ brood carpaccio and brood zalm” and it was ok…

This is a nice place, combining a bar, lounge and concert hall. It gives a very pleasant atmosphere where people can interact with each other before the show or during the break. It's a cultural place made for sharing.

Atmosphere ok, nice selection of non mainstream movies.
