I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Levi's store in Amersfoort, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they were clearly very knowledgeable about their products. The store also provided a safe and welcoming environment for queer people, which is very important. The store's location is very accessible, and I appreciated the fact that you could order both in-store and online. The range was impressive, from boxers to jeans, giving you many choices. Overall, my experience at Levi's in Amersfoort was top-notch, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality clothing and excellent service.

Very politely helped by a gentleman with an Asian appearance. Did additional sales, but in a good way. Went in at the last minute to see if they had the 514 and ended up leaving with 3 x 514s and jeans for my wife and a top. Really very helpful.

Update. Gebr Coster BV contacted me about this, as this store is apparently a franchise. Due to Levi's systems this would not be possible to give money back, which is of course still strange. But the service of contacting me and forwarding me to Levi's itself and resubmitting my complaint helped and I received a message that Levi's will pay out the money! So thanks for that Elco! Of course it is also only appropriate to adjust the rating by contacting me and thinking along. Hopefully these types of incidents can help adjust the system in the future. ---- Original Message ---- Nice store, but service from the 1990s. Would not recommend buying in the store itself, better online. Bought pants here in a size that didn't fit right, because they didn't have the right size, I ordered them online at Levi's. If I return the wrong size, I am politely told that they cannot give a refund - only a voucher. Now I am left with a voucher of more than 100 euros for a store that I would rather not return to.

A few days ago I received good help from two young employees. I've had trouble finding the right pants for years, but this has finally come to an end. These two employees paid a lot of attention to me. Apart from the fact that they helped me a lot with a nice set. I felt unwell in the store. A student who works in healthcare happened to work here, he measured my blood pressure and it turned out that I had elevated blood pressure. Girl who was there was so caring and helped calm down. I am eternally grateful to them and will come back here more often in the future. Thank you all.
