The girls in this place go above and beyond to answer all customer questions. Even if you feel really stupid asking them. The lady helping me explained everything about shapes, sizes and styles. She even wrote doen the things she said so I knew what to buy next time. No giggles, no laughing, just pure helpfull professional attention.

I was looking for something for my wife. Wasn't really helped by the staff.

Bad experience!! I was not greeted by the staff, even though I did say hello. Staff were chatting among themselves about how long the working day was. Once in the fitting room I wanted advice and a different size. Trying to ask the staff for attention from the booth, because the advice button in the booth did not provide any help. Ended up having to get dressed again and then get a new size. Once again, I was not looked after at all... Even one of the women who has been working at the branch for a long time and who has helped me well in the past, didn't make a sound. We didn't have any nice contact during checkout either, but at least the employee said hello.

Worthless not to have been helped after no less than three weeks or to have heard anything at all from the relevant department about my return from this store. In addition, general customer service isn't much better. It's bizarre how quickly and late (days after) messages are responded to.... I don't want to give a 1 star rating because the ladies in the store themselves have been very friendly, but I am extremely disappointed in my customer experience.

Well-supported sales staff think along well. Shop neatly and clearly.

I wanted to exchange a bra here, but according to the employee this was not possible. My response was very negative, even though I come here regularly... a bit of a shame. It was all possible via Facebook and I got my money back, as it should be!!

Grumpy staff who look at you arrogantly... I could only get a disinterested "okay" when I told them that the bra was not the right size. I won't go here again.
