Booked a luxury room with no air conditioner, no fridge with a parking lot and emergency exit view. It was boiling hot in the room because the window only opens half way. There is no amenity apart from 3 in 1 soap. I recommend to bring your own amenities. I don’t understand what was the luxury part of the room. Breakfast is always the same so if you stay more than 2days you will get sick of it. But the food in the restaurant is the only good part about this hotel. Everything I had for dinner was delicious. But they should not call a fuze tea an home made ice tea on the menu… The woman at the reception was not really friendly. Didn’t feel any hospitality from this hotel. I give 3stars only because of the tasty food in the restaurant.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very spacious and the food was okay, I chose the 3-gangen menu and my only choices were a burger (which was more bread than meat) or fish (very greasy) and chips, not what I expected given I went over the menu options online and the pictures don’t resemble what I ended up eating, as for the rooms the smell is particular, they’re carpeted floors so I’m very dissatisfied with that, breakfast was okay. The lamp in the room was dirty so it couldn’t provide proper lighting, thankfully I got some natural lights through the windows. The check out could be pushed to a little later to match other places but overall it was a good price for the room. They also have a pool table that I could use to play for a little bit before heading to bed.

For a 4-star hotel the expectations are not met: no mini fridge in the rooms, outdated rooms and dampy bathrooms. The mattresses are extremely soft resulting for us in a lower backpain. As we travelled with a baby, the lack of a fridge was a big minus for us. The staff is very friendly, however after 3 times in a row asking for better beds/a hard layer under the mattresses with no result, the friendliness did not result in a solution for the problem. For this price the hotel is extremely overpriced. Last time for us.

Not worth it. Not even for one night. This hotel deserves to be stripped of its 4-star rating. No air-con, only a tiny table fan. Complained to front desk about fan being too small to be of any use in cooling the room. Response: "Yes, I know". Solution: I was provided a slightly bigger table fan. Power socket hanging off of the wall behind the bed with exposed wires. Response by front desk: "I'll get that fixed by maintenance straight away". I vacated the room for 5 hours, (I had other plans in the local area which is why our group of 12 was staying in the hotel in the first place). After checking upon my return, no maintenance action had been taken. Checked with front desk. Response: Maintenence have all gone home. No offer to change room. Unclean by the bed. Closer inspection of the broken socket suggests it had been that way for a very long time. The amount of dust that had accumulated in the back of the open socket was significant, as was the dust behind the bed (head/pillow end of the bed). My own solution was to keep the bed pulled away from the wall/open socket/wires and sleep reversed in the bed so that my head was not at the dirty end of the bed. This overnight stay was part of a corporate event... 12 guests for one night. I will ask our procurement department to ensure that Fletcher hotels are removed from our company's approved supplier list.

    - Limited breakfast. - No AC in the rooms and even in the restaurant. - Part of the staff are friendly but not all. - A bee in the room and the staff said: sorry we cannot help. This was the worst part of our stay for 2 nights (with a kid if 3 years old). - The room service is poor. - The room is not clean enough. - No refrigerator or fridge. I do not understand how this hotel is ranked 4 stars.

Nice location near a lot of greenery (but quite far from the inner city) and a great buffet breakfast!

10/7/22: stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in de-luxe rooms, nothing to see from de-luxe rooms, more a 1980 decor, outdated rooms, no airco. I expected a litle more for 150 euro per night per room. No return planned soon.

Lovely business hotel. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Stay very attentive and courteous. We will return to a Fletcher Hotel.

absolutely one of the worst nights sleep I had on my trip to the Netherlands last year - the bed was so soft it was touching the hard wooden board that the mattress was on and the staff didn't really seem to care - very old and tired hotel and nothing in the room was welcoming - I moved to an NH hotel in the city centre that was AMAZING for the same price - AVOID at all costs!

Rooms were extremely hot. None of the rooms have air-conditioning and the small desk fan provided only keeps circulating the same hot air throughout the room, impossible and unhealthy to have children sleep like that. Also, why provide thick winter blankets readily made on the bed. in films that are 27 degrees on average? Keep those in the closet as optional! Room change was quickly possible without any objections by the staff, luckily they were understanding and the hotel wasn't fully booked. Facilities were okay but badly maintained. Still a bit dusty, the soap dispenser was broken and I had to tighten all screws in of the bathroom handles to operate the shower cell doors. In the new room the holder for the showerhead was almost completely broken off, barely holding the showerhead. It can be dangerous if the head falls on top of your head, especially for kids. Overall disappointment in the lack of comfort and facilities of a 4 star rated hotel.

Perfect stay for one or more nights. Some rooms are pretty small, so ask for a bigger one if you stay longer. Perfect quite location!!

We didn't get room service at all during our 3 night stay. Maybe it was because we were a group? I don't know. We complained about it after the first night and we're assured that they would fix the issue but it still didn't happen. The food was absolutely delicious but it took some time between the soup and entree and entree and dessert

Staff joins clash royale clans keep the fantastic service this really made my day especially after Mr. Williamson didn't allow us to go to the city center. David was awesome and one of the friendliest waiters Ive ever met

Mixed feelings about the hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, and we slept well. It's also a close bus stop and quick ride to the old town. However, the room was not clean when we arrived, see photos.

Small rooms, excellent for business stays. Stayed multiple days, large variance in service and quality of food, clean and simple.

Had chicken sate. Food was ok. Service was poor. We were a tad earlier but couldn't order drinks while waiting. Waiter was quite rude and slow even though no other guests was available.

Amazing location surrounded by trees, very quite. Not suitable to stay in the summer as the room get’s quite hot and they only provide a small fan to try to cool off the room.

I stayed at this hotel with my partner and daughter as part of Fletchers “random hotel” deals. The location is lovely with lots of greenery nearby, and was easy enough to get to via public transport (walking from the train station). Room was decent size and had everything you would need, we were on the ground floor with a view onto the outside terrace and the forest. Two small things that I wasn’t too keen on - Fletcher’s charge for a baby cot, which I havent experience in any other hotel chain. I would understand if it was just a deposit but that isn’t the case. They also do not allow you to have food delivered, and when I asked I was told that I could get food from there. I just asked the delivery driver to meet me outside.

Completely ridiculous cancellation policy. I made a reservation on August 12 for a room from 27 August to 1st September and used the 'Flexible Cancellation' policy at 10€. However, I had to cancel on the same day (August 12th) and they sent me an invoice for the 10€. Even though, if I didn't use that option I would have gotten a cancellation free of charge. It would be reasonable to charge the 10€ after the free cancellation deadline, not before!

The booking is inexpensive, but then comes the catch; you may not order take aways, nor may you buy your own food at a store. You have to use their restaurant exclusively, that so happens to be very expensive.

I really like the hotel and it’s staff . They were very helpful. the cab guy we booked didn’t turn up. When we went to the receptionist asking on how to reach the train station, she immediately booked a cab for us and made us reach the train station on time. Thank you very much. Coming to the room, it was a very pleased and a nice stay. Easy to commute. We were glad we booked fletched hotel.

Booked the "luxury" room for Eur 111,80+ breakfast for one Eur15. The room is not a luxury room. Perhaps a little bit bigger than the standard one. All other reviews are true. No AC (must be very hot in summer), no fridge and not even stationery items like a pen and paper. TV was small and the chairs not comfortable. The shower flooded the entire bathroom. I also had dinner. Certainly no 4* quality. Fairly standard and again overpriced. The staff was very friendly, so no complaints on that. To summarize: outdated, overpriced, 3* at best, friendly staff. Unless you have a superdeal (they sell rooms for Eur25 sometimes via their website) check the area as there is enough choice with comparable prices but actually are 4* (Van Der Valk, NH Amersfoort, Berghotel..)
