Fantastic little restaurant, simple set menu but great quality products and relaxed atmosphere. They really found the right balance in offering high quality food in a simple set-up for a price that makes you double check the bill! Score 6 out of 5 on value for money. Great staff.

Good and simple Italian food for a fair price. Sandwiches cost € 5 for example. Cosy and clean.

Nice little Italian restaurant in the centre of Amersfoort. They have a limited menu, you can choose between a 3 or 4 course menu and that’s it. This makes choosing what to eat refreshingly simple. The food was on par and the prices are definitely friendly. Wine was good too. Friendly staff. We will come back, for sure

My favourite part of 3 course meal in the restaurant was limoncello tiramisu, tasty 😊 Apart from that, I am not very happy with the place as the portion were quite small and the food did not have much flavour. Also I am vegerian so I have asked for vegetarian menu but my boyfriend asked for meat version and we both have received the same vegetarian meals. I would expect something else since the menu supposed to be a surprise. The price is okay considering the prices in Netherlands but still I would not recommend going to this restaurant.

Riposo is definitely the best value for money in Amersfoort. Everything is fresh, lovely bright flavor combinations, and it's always changing. Because there's only a day menu with the 3 course or 4 course options prepared by the chef with whatever was fresh that day, the only thing you can predict is that it's going to be delicious. (obviously this can be done vegetarian as well). Coffee is also brilliant, btw. Try it, you'll like it. ;)
