    For me, Movement is really the best gym I know. It is a place where you can really focus on yourself and receive all the guidance you can think of. Both Stanley (owner) and Mario (my trainer) are very good at coaching during and after training. They do much more than come up with training schedules and show you how to implement them. The trainers at Movement really do everything they can to achieve the set goals. The gym is spacious, clean and all materials are new and of the best quality. Movement has enough options that, I think, everyone could go there.

    Had PT with Joël every week for about six months. It was great fun every week to learn new things, practice techniques and see progress. I can recommend it to everyone!

    For the past six months I have been exercising twice a week under the guidance of a personal trainer: in this case my physiotherapist. Movement Club 033 is so different from an "ordinary" sports club. If you want to exercise under expert guidance in an inspiring space, that's the place to be, or so I was told. I don't really like sports all my life. BUT: I have been enjoying exercising twice a week for six months now. I am always greeted very personally and casually by the owners/trainers. Strangely speaking, I find the space very relaxing, despite the fact that they have a lot of first-class quality equipment; inspiring because of the open, pleasant atmosphere where performance is achieved on a personal level. The visitors are very diverse but have in common that they would like to work on their performance, fitness or rehabilitation. The atmosphere, in combination with the space and the trainers, makes me really enjoy coming there and am becoming more active.

    Super nice gym! I have achieved more here in three months than spending years on and off in a cheap gym (rhymes with lasic-mit;) with the help of Stanley and the other trainers. No endless waiting for old equipment, but nice new machines and lots of weights/bars so you can always follow your own schedule. The trainers are all fun to exercise with, know how to motivate you and are always willing to share tips and tricks outside of your training sessions. The help with fat measurements, nutrition schedules and drawing up a training plan is also very nice. Furthermore, excellent facilities and as someone who often forgets their water or towel, it is great that everything is available in the gym itself. The small online community that is created is also a nice addition. In short, highly recommended for anyone who finally wants to achieve something. Even though it is a bit more expensive, I am sold, you will no longer see me in the aforementioned lasic-mit!

    What a great gym! Good guidance, a relaxed atmosphere and, above all, very sincere, professional and friendly people from Movementclub 033. It is always pleasant to train in the beautiful sports club, it is a beautiful building with a comfortable and relaxed interior. Highly recommended!

    I have been working out at Movement Club 033 in Amersfoort since January. Coincidentally, I found this club when I was looking for personal training and I certainly don't regret it. Now I not only do personal training, but also kickboxing, which is highly recommended. Professional, highly motivated trainers who really know what they are doing, top new equipment and just a pleasant atmosphere. You are not just a number, but really part of a nice community. I go here to do something for my health and body, but I also really enjoy it every time. If you are looking for a good sports club with some of the best trainers, Movement Club 033 is definitely the right place!!

    I have been working out with Movement for almost a year now. As a skater and cyclist, I was looking for a training method that would appeal to all muscle groups and I found it. Trainer Stanley ensures that you always go just a little deeper than you think you can. The atmosphere at Movement is wonderfully informal and there is plenty of room for the 'personal' side. In addition, as an athlete you have access to the latest equipment and no training is the same, so you remain challenged. They also offer a complete package with physio and nutritional advice, all under one roof. The trainers are super knowledgeable and genuinely interested in you. A very nice team who always greet you with full enthusiasm. A very modern club where they work with a handy app so you can arrange and view everything digitally. In short, a club where you feel at home and where you would like to come back and no question is too crazy.

    When I first entered Movement club 033 it immediately felt good. I wanted to exercise more, but I know myself. I didn't exercise much at the time, I didn't mind doing it, but I could also think of 1000 other things. I was told to try it for 2 months anyway and I did that. My plan was to exercise twice a week. Because I know myself, I had already decided to aim higher and instead of 2x a week I went 3x a week. This is because I thought that if I exercise less once a week, I will have achieved my goal. Now it's 1.5 years later and I still exercise 3 times a week. I am motivated, I genuinely enjoy exercising and it doesn't feel like I have to. If I can't attend my regular training time, I make sure I go another day that week. This is due to the personal approach. The trainers really know you, they motivate you and challenge you every time. No two workouts are the same.

    I have been training with Larissa for a number of years, strength training 1 out of 4 twice a week. She is very professional and provides excellent guidance. She knows exactly what I want and how I can achieve my goals. I think it's great how she organizes each training differently so that it remains a challenge for me and I go a step further every time and push my limits. I also think it is important that it is social and pleasant. I really wouldn't want it any other way. Go for it!

    This is really a top club if you want to achieve your goals. If you are no longer motivated, you can leave it to Movement to get you motivated again. They guide you through the entire process in terms of physical training, mental coaching, dietician, physio and massage. Movement Club 033 is definitely recommended!
