ordering

They
have
the
worst
policy
on
how
to
deal
with
"bad"
deliveries.
There
is
enough
competition
nowadays,
so
I
assume
that
they
will
do
down
soon
enough
with
this
behaviour.
My
story:
product
(table
~300euros)
delivered
broken,
they
do
not
reply
in
my
email,
I
call
them
(~1hr
waiting
time,
no
joking),
they
say
that
they
have
to
contact
the
supplier
first
and
then
come
back
to
me,
they
reply
after
a
few
days
giving
me
2
options
which
both
included
me
bringing
the
item
in
one
of
their
stores,
second
call
(~50min
waiting
time)
to
ask
a
third
option
(because
they
didn't
reply
in
the
email
again)
of
them
picking
it
up
from
my
place,
they
tell
me
that
they
need
to
contact
the
supplier
to
ask
him
(?),
I
am
waiting
but
no
answer,
I
call
them
third
time
(I
am
a
bit
done
with
their
behaviour
and
how
much
of
my
time
they
have
wasted)
they
haven't
talk
to
the
supplier
yet
-like
I
care-
and
they
cannot
guarantee
when
they
will
find
him,
I
am
telling
them
that
I
will
find
a
way
to
bring
this
table
to
a
store
of
theirs
(the
store
is
1hrs
away
from
my
place
and
I
borrowed
a
car
of
a
friend)
so
they
can
refund
me
because
I
want
no
more
wasting
of
my
time.
And
that
was
my
solution
at
the
end.

have
an
awful
customer
support
policy

the
table
we
initially
order
wouldn't
worth
the
money
even
if
in
perfect
condition
-
never
again
supporting
a
company
like
this
one
