A nice station modern and seems less busy than when I first came to Amersfoort in early 2000s. I am told a new railway line has taken some rail traffic that used to come via Amersfoort. There are limited places inside to sit eat and drink especially on a weekend. The big bug Bear for me is the lack of a destination board where you come onto the concourse before the gates. But nice all the same plenty of cycle parking and links to busses.

6and 7are in the same platforms

When we changed from the train to platform 1, the escalator worked upward. To go down, and the transfer time is 4 minutes, you have to carry a heavy suitcase down the steps

Great open air experience. Classical industrial ambience. Nostalgic building.

It is a nice station. Clean and tidy.

3 month that the escalator from the platform where the IC from Amsterdam is coming are broken.

Great station with good facilities, little unclear where to step into the trains, but easy to understand platform set up, good bus and taxi services, a little out of the centrum, so enjoy the walk in wonderful amersfoort
