Friday evening dinner (not busy) on the Quay. Cheese board Ok followed by Cod with black rice. Cod was very small (about 100g) and ok. For 2 adults and a child bill was just under €100 for shared cheese board, 2 mains, 3 drinks and a children's menu. Felt it was just 'meah'. Definitely had better food for a better bill. Would go to the other side of the canal next time to a different restaurant.

As we walked down the dock , the only person who said hello was a waitress from this bistro . we replied and carried on walking looking at menu , deciding to go back to 31 as staff friendly . we sat outside as no smokers to be found ! Bonus .. Staff spoke English very friendly . drinks came out quick and food in good serves unfortunately was too full for dessert . thank you for making our time a pleasant one and we got to watch a white swan in the lock..

My wife and I were at Amiens for short getaway, randomly pick this restaurant and we had great time. We had a full 3-course meal (ordered a la carte), including aperitif and wine (en pichet), the bread is warm and soft (in France bread is free). Both the food and service are great, We had to wait a bit for the desert but it is acceptable at Saturday night.

Good service and food of quality. Good location if you are in terrace. I recommend the filet poulet italy if you are hungry.

****SERVED MEAT TO A VEGETARIAN**** this was the worst restaurant experience i’ve ever had. First of all, the staff were rude and ignored our multiple attempts to get their attention and order drinks. Then, I ordered one of the very few vegetarian options - ravioli. What came was ABYSMAL. It was tortellini (NOT ravioli), it was cold, it was CLEARLY from a packet, no different to what can be purchased at your average supermarket. It was dry, garnished with (a drizzle at most) some pale bland sauce described on the menu as pesto but certainly not like any pesto I’ve tasted. There were a cluster of half disintegrated clearly tinned vegetables slopped on top - barely edible. Then to add insult to injury, after eating some of the dish I cut open one of the tortellini to find a pink paste in side, which was CLEARLY MEAT. The staff insisted it was spinach and ricotta filling which was evidently a lie. They then told me that their staff had inadvertently used food bought for their own use for my dish and yes I had inadvertently eaten meat. The inedible food, the fact that I had been served meat despite not having eaten it for years and the total inadequacy and lack of apology from the staff was totally inexcusable. What an embarrassing excuse for a restaurant. Do not come here.

This place was really bad. We had to wait about an hour for three burgers and something called "Wok légumes avec Linguine".2 of us had a carpaccio and a salad as starters. The italian salad was about 9,00€ and included some lettace with less than 1 tomato, 1 piece of ham and a slice of mozarella. When our plates finally arrived, the burgers were cold and the meat was not good. In addition, the bun was dry. But a totally catastrophe was this "wok légume". The "vegetables of the moment" were nothing else than eggplant and zucchini. The linguine which went with them were swimming in a load of oil and it was really salty at all. So, all in all, it was a big disappointment.
