Room is okay but reception was very strange. No sign of welcome at all. The access code was not received by email or SMS and we could not get in or even not able to ring the reception from the entrance

Hotel was easy to get to but checking in was terrible. We arrived at 2305 and the front desk apparently closed at 2300. Just getting into the hotel required a door code that we weren't provided with (booked through Hotwire). Luckily, another guest let us in. Once we got to the 2nd floor, we retrieved our key card in an envelope with our name on it. So far so good except the only number written on the envelope was the door key code, which we thought was our room number. The room started with 17XX but there are only 11 floors. Hmmm So I called the hotel and was told to go around back to another entrance. We did, found what I believe to be maintenance entrances. Called them back and talked to a different guy who explained the number was the front door key code and not a room number...ok, cool. What's our room number? We didn't have one. So he had us go back to the safe and pull out a generic envelope labeled "Easy" (hmmmm) and told to go to room 5XX. Ok, we got into our room. This process took nearly 50 minutes from when we arrived. Once we were in the room, we also noticed there were little stars, likely left over from New Year, left on the ONE blanket on the bed. This will likely be a cold night since there is no thermostat access. The ONE towel was helpful, for my wife. I used the bath mat. The shower also ran out of hot water when my wife was showering. We would never reserve this hotel again.

Great location, perfect room for our needs, clean n tidy, 5 min walk to all amiens attractions. Helpful friendly staff 14 euros for 1hour later checkout only negative.

Great location and wonderful viewed room. The bed is very comfortable. They have a good breakfast. The room has. Mini kitchen too! There is no parking on site but street parking is free along the street. Or you can park in a parking garage. Otherwise, many restaurants along the canal and good food. We had a best Mojito near here. Plus steak and frites and mussels too! If parking is not a problem, then this could be a perfect place to stay!

The view is the best thing about this place. There was no air conditioning and the room was too hot, we had to leave the hotel and check into somewhere else. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and it was very smelly.

Love staying at these appartments whilst travelling through France. Always clean and a friendly welcome. This was the 4th time we have stopped off here - within easy walking distance of the quayside where there are numerous restaurants and bars, and just s short walk from the Cathedral and train station. Only 90 Mins from Calais so not too far to get to and from the Channel Crossings.

Nice rooms, nice staff, nice location close to the station and nice pricelevel. We stayed at the place for 3 days and were able to make our own dinner and breakfast in the kitchen witch even had a dishwasher. What more can you ask for? Maybe a little more toiletpaper but otherwise a fantastic place.

The elevators suck, hallways are dark and gloomy, the room was sparsely furnished with no wall hangings or decor to add peek of, no air conditioning even though it was advertised and the beds were uncomfortable. As a final note breakfast ends at 9AM!

The hotel is very well located in the city center of Amiens. The room is spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, kitchen facilities and a dishwasher. We are satisfied with our stay.
