Best hotel we could hope for! The staff is fun and caring. Great breakfast too and it's open 24/7. Also the night life of Amiens is somethimg else!

Lovely hotel, staff were brilliant. Only downside was parking in underground carpark.

Having arrived at the hotel at 4.15am I received a very warm welcome from a member of staff and this extended to the arrival of my 3 adult children who joined me because my husband had taken seriously ill enroute to England. The staff, particularly Wendy, Georgine, Camille and Soumia were kind, compassionate and accommodating at a time when we were feeling vulnerable and frightened by the circumstances we found ourselves in. They went over and above what would ordinarily be expected and we are extremely grateful to them. The hotel was comfortable, friendly, clean and central.

Good as a base for exploring the local area or the wider parts for battlefield tours. Friendly staff, good breakfast facilities. Not the cheapest, although there are some deals available. Parking is an issue, especially for groups. No restaurant although there are plenty of really nice bistros, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are OK, although could benefit from maintenance. Overall a pleasant stay.

Me and my girlfriend arrived a bit late to the city but we were very pleased by the way Abraham received us. Nice guy , joyful and fun... this will only give you a very good impression on the city. The rooms are nice and clean , just expect to wake up at 9 if you've a car in order to pay the parking.

Grand staircase. Beautiful large rooms for relaxation or meeting people. Every employee that worked the front desk was so helpful. We were from Canada and the service they offered us was priceless. Thank you Grand Hotel!

The room was great, clean. Staff friendly and helpful with the right balance of interaction. Bed was comfy, shower was great. Great for the price.

Good place to stay, very attractive hotel (from the interieur). Some rooms are now coming into the years, but no problem at all. Central location, restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

Love it. Central and close to everything - a nice place to stay if you just want to spend an evening walking around and enjoying the city. Very close to cathedral. Not a single complaint. :)

Yes no heating and was very cold. No English TV. A very over rated breakfast and price. We would never go back to this hotel

This place was absolutely wonderful true old small European hotel. The location was superb and we could walk everywhere. The rooms were lovely and very clean, the only thing missing was AC for us who are not used to just having big windows. The staff was lovely and very accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. The breakfast in the hotel is extra, but well worth the charge to enjoy the breakfast salon. Our stay was part of our Honeymoon trip and we actually extended by 2 days. We cannot wait to go back again!!!

All the staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, Good bed, clean room. Good value breakfast. Location was great too.

Great location, service and staff. The rooms are a bit outdated and if you open the windows - flies get in, as well as it is very noisy.
