The lady serving me was warm and very welcoming. I communicated using sign language, thank goodness she was patient with me. It was near closing time so there wasn't as much available as in the morning. Going back to the hotel with a lovely baguette and enjoying it with the cheeses I bought earlier.
Wonderful pastries, reasonably priced, polite and happy looking staff. The maxi palmier (twice the size of a normal palmier) and apple tart is really nice
Decent bakery option which seems popular amongst locals (albeit many others are shut at the moment). Fairly priced and products are good.
Tried my best to introduce myself (in French) as someone who didn’t speak French. Was ridiculed infront of all other customers about how I should speak French to visit the country. Yup, do not recommend the staff here.
Amazing bakery to buy all kind of French pastries. It's not longer called Multi Pains and is now La Petrie
We spent a month in Epernay and tried a lot of bakeries and this was the standout. The bread is the best in town and everything else we tried was great too.
This was not the bakery close to our apartment, but by far the best one we tried in Epernay. Their baquettes are epic, and you can see them being prepared in the oven. Definately worth walking 10 mins extra.
Best bakery in town we come here every year and they are a must.
