It's not very cozy or inviting but it makes up for these shortcomings by being very expensive. You feel like being in downtown Paris without ever leaving the airport... A monotonous humming of the ventilation was the only thing portraying an atmosphere in this otherwise poor excuse for a coffee shop.

You have to go up the stairs to the store. Downstairs there was a sign “open”, upstairs the store was closed. Please remove the sign when you close...

Shocked. I've never had worse customer service in France, or at a Starbucks. Very weird in such a lovely, chic, high end part of the airport. The staff was rude, we were ignored, and generally felt like we, and all customers, were making their lives complicated. Usually, Starbucks is my happy place. 😢

Poor service, could not use voucher we got due to delayed flight. Reason: the person who could operate the cash register that was able to read vouchers was on dinner break. Maybe share the knowledge between the Staff?

Shocking experience, never seen that much trash in one place, all the tables were dirty and full of trash and when asked the staff if they could clean the table after charging over 15€ per the cappuccino, black tea and a bottle of water their reply was we don't clean the tables only take away. They could have told me that before I order so I could go to another place as I'm in an airport buying a coffee to get a table while I wait for my plane. To top it up the staff was extremely rude.

Welcome to the worst Starbucks experience ever! All the staff is rude, yelling at each other, swearing, do jokes about foreigners because their own incompetence of French to speak English… yelling at some customers for asking to go cup, and drinking in the store… and a staff membre was laying on a table when speaking on the phone!!! And the best (worst) part, the coffee was definitely not good and the cake not fresh at all! It’s unusual to see that 100% of a team should be fired! I love Starbucks, definitely not this one…

Worst Starbucks branch I visited. No Staff. Staff that's here are incompetent and miserable. Line of about 30 minutes. One cashier. One making coffee

Atrocious - paid €7 for a small macchiato that was essentially a cup of hot milk. Took it back and explained they’d given me a latte by accident - asked me for proof of purchase - as if the Starbucks cup and the fact I’d been there 5 minutes previously wasn’t proof enough - and then made me one exactly the same if not worse. Don’t work in a coffee shop if you don’t know the difference between different cups of coffee!
